Courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen

Courtyard Marriott is a great place to stay! Roomy rooms, clean, quiet. The website lists a restaurant, but it is more like a deli-take out restaurant. Breakfast is à la carte.

Staff eager to help and signed us in earlier than expected. They were very helpful. The room was well fitted out, beds comfortable and all was clean. They were eager to help and provided additional towels when asked to do so. Definitely a place to stay when in Middletown, NY

Staff was attentive. Someone brought us up some soap when needed after hours. Place was nice and clean. Lobby was nice and spacious. Room was nice. The only thing was the pool was too small for our liking. Other than that it was great stay.

Our whole room felt like it needed a wipe down… there were smudges on the walls and headboard. Sheets felt and looked clean. Pool was disgusting. It was so murky you couldn’t see the bottom. And there was easily 30 kids crammed into it. Also there was flooding around the pool.

Zoila at the cafe was amazing- she was by herself that day and she was still extremely pleasant and very friendly despite being so busy. Room was for the most part clean. Only complaint regarding cleanliness is that I found a random plastic end of the ironing board under bed and hair on one of the towels.
