Kim at the front desk was so friendly, informative and kind. Made me feel welcomed. My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also have a great outdoor pool.

Every day (for 3 days) we were told they just put chemicals in the pool and it remained locked. The very reason we booked this particular hotel was for the outdoor pool.

Water was off the first 4 hours after I checked in, bathroom door was off track and wouldn’t close completely, swimming pool was closed

The staff is amazing! Very helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and well maintained.

We came for a music festival and didn’t have many hotel options. Thought this would just be a place to land so didn’t worry too much. They were GREAT. Staff was lovely and helpful (especially front desk) Room was very clean and neat. It was basic but totally fine. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast was even nicer than I expected. It was sold out and you would have never known. We never heard a peep and had plenty of parking. Loads of restaurants within walking distance as well.

First night, I didn’t sleep well. My AC was extremely loud and neighbors were slamming doors until around 1 AM. I moved rooms for second night and AC was better. Since dogs are allowed, I could hear them barking nonstop down the hall. So didn’t sleep well most of my visit. Their pillows were small and uncomfortable as well. The smell of marijuana was in hallways and in elevator. On the positive, there were a lot of TV channel options, and great area for restaurants and shopping. Pool was a nice size.

The breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Both hot and cold options. Libby is very nice and parking area was clean and well lit. While I don't expect luxury at a place like this, there are minimum things that I do expect no matter the price point. The facility is very in need of maintenance. Paint was bad. There are areas of the room that was painted and the paint didn't match. Paint around the shower in the bathroom was done poorly...as if done by someone who doesn't know how to mask before painting. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. The room keys stopped working after one night. We had a two night stay and my wife and I both had keys. It was not an issue with demagnetizing the cards because they were close to a cell phone. Both our keys just didn't work when we came back to the room after breakfast on the first morning. It's one thing to be an inexpensive hotel. But that doesn't mean you skimp on basic maintenance.

The hotel is in a great location and the price we paid was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable.

This property was as advertised. Nice outdoor pool, clean comfortable room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

Pool is not operational. Rooms are very small. Beds are hard. Pillows are very worn to almost no cotton inside.THERE ARE NO BATHTUBS. ROOMS ARE DIRTY. Housekeeping didn’t offer clean towels or sheets. horrible place.

Our room was clean. The AC was cold. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs some updates. Our whole floor smelled like marijuana!

It was clean. No bed bugs...I always check. Good breakfast... eggs, sausage and other stuff. It's an older building, but they take care of it.

The room was not updated holes in the walls ,rooms needed painting and there was a musty smell when you walked in the room there was mole in the bathroom after paying 240 dollars for one night I was extremely disappointed but I was visiting my son in college and couldn’t get another room at another hotel because I didn’t have the finances.I have been to some nice sleep ins but this one was terrible.

We stayed 4 days, three nights. First day the card holder was janky. Second day we came back from breakfast, we could not get in went to front desk. They said oh probably just need new batteries, replaced batteries. Nope still not working. Needs to be replaced. Told us to leave the door open so when the maintenance guy gets there, he can get it replaced. Waited several hours. Had things to do, so went back to front desk and they said oh we were waiting on you to leave so they can fix it. Wait, what. I am not leaving my door open when we are not there. Okay just go ahead and shut it and he can figure it out. Left came back a few hours later. Still not fixed had to get someone to let us in again. Had to go back out for competitions. When we got back around 10:30pm. It was finally fixed. Had to have front desk reprogram our key cards. The key holder is still janky, had to wiggle it to get it to unlock. Not once did the house keeper come and asked if we need clean towels or trash picked up. I had to hunt them down and ask them if we could get clean towels. Took our own trash out. Anyone could get in, the back door was always propped open. And house keeper brought her whole family to go swimming. Rooms were not very clean. Lots of mold in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. As much as they charge, I expected better service. The door/lock issue really upset us. Made it very inconvenient.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was terrible. Room 109 had mold on the bathroom ceiling and the desk chair had stains on it and was broken. The carpet was filthy. The entire room had a bad smell. Very run down.

The entire building smelled like smoke, but in every room it says ' this building is smoke free and if you're not pleased with your room let the desk know'. I know people break the rules and do what they want but when the entire building reeks its an issue.

Very quiet great location but room was extremely small and dried blood splatter on walls and bed.

Bed bugs and air conditioning is very old unit. took long time to make the room cool.

The hotel smelled like musty stale cigarettes. The lamp even had a cobweb inside it. Stained carpets in the room and all the hallway. My room keys stopped working halfway through my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good, just the hotel needs some remodeling and new carpeting.

The bed was very comfy and the room was really clean. The AC didn’t work well, and the room smelled like weed. The TVs are stuck in 1996.

The hotel was fine for an overnight stop. You could tell the hotel had some age. They have done a remodel, but it wasn't well done. The faucet in the sink was short and had water coming out so close to the sink wall, we almost couldn't get a cup behind it. The baseboard trim in the water closet was short, so there was a gap. When they installed the trim around the water closet door, they used nails too long, so there was a deep gouge in the pocket door, where it rubbed back and forth. The shower head was a cheap plastic one that didn't give much pressure. That said, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Standard waffle maker, eggs, sausage, and the other things that you would expect. For the price, it was fine.

The room was fine and bed was comfortable and price was fair. However we could clearly hear any hallway noise through the night and early hours (hotel staff, guests, any talking or activities). More soundproof door would be helpful. It was very disruptive causing wife and I to wake up many times.

I was fortunate enough to be in a handicap accessible room, very spacious, nice bathroom with tub. The regular rooms don't have tubs

it's an older hotel but it was clean. The only complaint really is the noise level. The noise was just normal noise, people talking, other tvs, doors closing... and often sounded like doors slamming. Basically it's not very insulated/sound proof. So while they were basic standard noises, there just didn't seem like any sound barriers, so that was very loud.

Since it was winter, the room was very dry when i got there. Easily solved since my room had a tub, ran shower hot and captured water in tub until full, also put damp hand towel over heater to add humidity to room.

Everything was great until the maid knocked on my door at 10:50. Then she turned around and opened my door at 11 o'clock and she walked in the room. At 11:15 a man came to the door and also knocked and said housekeeping. Our checkout time was 12 PM That pissed me off they should've known that when they received their paper of who is checking out. The TV wouldn't work the bed was broke.

Didn't have any rooms cleaned staffing was very rude and didn't care wasn't able to Check-in until after 5:30. I left as soon as I could at 7:30 in the morning. The room was a mess. There were stains all over the beds and there was water all over the bathroom. I'm lucky I brought my own sheets.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Convenient. Staff was very helpful. We have stayed here many times and always a good experience.

It was very clean and fresh smelling as you walked in. It had a peaceful and nice landscaping that made it have a cozy feel. I loved the expressive decor that it had in the lobby and in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were prepared for me as I arrived and check in was probably one of the easiest and quickest one I have dealt with. I had a good night sleep and then was provided with a complimentary breakfast the next morning. I will stay there again.

Our room was given to someone else. We were given a different room that was small, dirty, the shower did not work nor the tub (in a handiaccessible room), and the door to the room did not shut and lock all the way. Thy also gave a us keys initially to a room that was occupied and we ended up walking into the room and waking the person when the lock over the door caught. We felt awful but it was not our fault. We stayed only the one night even though we paid for two. We tried to get reimbursed for the second night before checkout time and they still would not allow it. Pictures for their hotel are deceiving. Save your money or pay a little extra to have a better experience elsewhere.

Fast food within walking distance

Full breakfast with real eggs,sausage, eagles, oatmeal, etc. Clean rooms, good mall-like shopping nearby if you nead or have forgotten something. Very nice, safe area. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and kind.

Taco Bell, waffle house, McDonalds are all in walking distance.

Excellent location, near everything

Easy access from hi way. Lots of dinning options within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

The place is a little run down but was fine for the price. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Location was great. Overall...not bad for the price.

Right off the highway, close to restaurants, and nicer than a recent Fairfield Inn Stay that I had. I would give it a total thumbs up.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was not very filling. The staff that took care of breakfast on weekends was not as efficient as the staff throughout the week. Overall, I would stay again.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It was more like a Continental breakfast instead of a hot bar like we had at other sleep Inn motels. For the price we were charged we expected more variety.very disappointed.

Let us check in early, coffee is very good and breakfast is hot and tasty.

Just wish breakfast would stay open a little later. 6-10 instead of 6-9

Excellent breakfast including hot eggs, sausage and waffles, plus hot and cold cereals, muffins, donuts, bagels and toast, plus a wide selection of hot and cold beverages. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the sweet lady who scrambled all morning to keep the buffet well stocked.
