Very good experience. Clean and comfortable. Expand parking lot since most spaces taken by the time we arrived at in the early evening. Service is great. Thank you.

Short stay. Everything was great. Clean hotel, clean bed and good breakfast. They did have a pool and a small exercise room but did not have a chance to use either one. Would definitely stay at again.

Exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast. Easy access to restaurants and the highway. The grounds were unremarkable. Sits amid many businesses. Perfect place for our activities this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was good. The staff while checking in were polite, friendly, and professional. The staff on the clock when checking out in the morning was not as pleasant. I was checking out about 5:15 and had to ask for hot water because they only had coffee out. He let me in the breakfast area to get hot water and watch me to make sure I didn't take anything that was already set up in the breakfast area. That is too bad, seeing that I have been to other HIEs that understand people have leave early and will let me get some breakfast if it's ready. It looks as if the room had newer furniture. But it still showed age. The carpets are worn. The bathroom had relatively fresh paint but was peeling and showed where there were water problems above the shower. The steel door frame of the bathroom had rust coming through the paint. I saw that the panel of the bathroom door had come apart, so they nailed it back onto the rest of the door. The stain/finish on the bathroom door was coming off. That being said, I have stayed at another hotel at this same exit. This property is cleaner, and better maintained than the other property. I just think that the three hotels at this exit are all aging and show it. By the way there is an indoor pool, but no hot tub.

Really quiet and room was clean. Friendly staff and obviously take care of the hotel with nice personal touches in the lobby.

Unfortunately there was a group of kids from a baseball team running up and down our hallway until late at night. Otherwise the facility was nice, very close to everything.

Great place with an incredibly helpful team. Thank you. One thing... When things such as the pool are closed, it should be public on all sites.

Bath timing floor was dirt stained.

There was a nasty stain on the carpet between the two queen beds. Looked dark and bloody

This property did not live up to the expectations I have of a Holiday Inn Express. All the carpets needed a good cleaning, rooms, halls and reception area. The tub in the bathroom was sunken in the middle, and thus retained water. All other aspects of hotel were up to the usual high standards.

Hotel was okay could use a little more of a cleaning.

Everything was wonderful except for the fruit flies in my bathroom. As soon as I walked in there were 3-4. Otherwise things were clean and breakfast was okay

The bathroom in our room was dirty and in need of upkeep. The floor was dirty and the bottom of the shower had a weird spot on it. There were four people in our room and only towels for 2.

Rooms were clean , staff members were kind and the breakfast bar was excellent!! Would stay again !!

Was a very nice and clean stay

They had problems with the suite i booked. So they called and changed my room. Which was fine but very tight for 4 adults, a toddler, and an 8 month old. The people in the room next to us were very loud. Staff was very nice.i was paying a little over 200 for the suite that would of fit us perfectly and paid 190 for a smaller room. Ugh

TV didnot work. Waited 2 hours before being told a maintenance man was not available. I made 3 trips to the front desk to report the problem and to get updates.

This chain consistently has comfortable, nice-sized rooms and an above average free breakfast. The tub/shower, however, was really narrow, so you had to stand at a small angle. Weird.

Nice staff, good location, rooms needed an update, felt run down. Breakfast was well maintained. Couldn't get our rooms sorted

For the condition of the room I thought it was overpriced. The bed was comfortable but bathroom needed updating,

Handicap accessible room was not! Bathroom was small with only a tub shower and a separate shower seat which wobbled inside the tub. It had to be lifted in and out. The fan in the bathroom was also for the light. It was very noisy and unusable to provide any light in the bathroom at night. This room is totally unacceptable for anyone with disabilities!!!!

Long story short the phone was also broken, so I then went back down to the desk and told the guy who was working it and he told me that maintenance wasn't there to fix it. He came up and took 10 minutes to remove the 9v battery but the thing kept chirping. Somehow he managed to get the chirping to stop and then told me that he would have to put a work order in to have maintenance put a new battery in. This was 3 in the afternoon. Fast forward to 2:25am, we are dead asleep and the smoke detector starts to chirp again. In my pj's with no shoes on I take the elevator downstairs and let them know that it is chirping again. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to be moved to a new room. At 2:25am I did not want to pack up a room and move us to a new room, so I asked her to find a 9v battery and I would put it in myself. She did find one, told me that she would take money off my bill, and I put it in and the chirping stopped. Upon checkout I was not in fact given any money off my bill. Other quirks: There is an outlet by the head of the beds that makes an incessant ticking noise. We had to download a white noise app to drown it out. There is also a 2 inch gap under the door so the noise from the hallway echoes into the rooms.

Breakfast was good, clean room. My room was ready for check in time. Been to nicer Holiday In Express hotels but this was good for one night. Could hear everything in the hallway. Door slammed to the room.

Our stay was great. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was phenomenal with our 3 kids loving everything they had to offer including pancakes. Samantha in the kitchen was so sweet and helpful. We didnt realize one our girls dropped their stiffed animal in the parking lot and Samantha saw and rescued it from the rain and wrapped it up in a towel. We will be back the next time we visit Pefect North. They have a LaRosa's close by too.

I’ve been coming here for many years and unfortunately this trip was filled with problems. Our check in was delayed because our room was somehow not released for use. When we gout up there there was a slight, but definitive smoke smell. That we reported because we didn’t wasn’t to be charged $150 for cleaning. When we retired to our room the following day , our room was not cleaned. We went down to get clean towels, but they never offered to clean the room. On a good note, complimentary breakfast is still good.

Full warning. This property is not like other holiday inns. It looks like it used to be something else but holiday inn did a good job at making it feel like the other property’s on the inside. Same cleanliness and high standard you would expect. BUT i booked a room with a jetted tub and they did not giving me that room and wouldn’t give me a refund. So be careful. Someone else told me they over book rooms so. Still love holiday inn. Just not this one

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always felt the service was good. This time housekeeping was not completed everyday as requested. we ran out of shower body soap, nearly out of toilet paper, our bed was never made and new towels not hung up when housekeeping was completed. The lobby and breakfast areas were freezing. The breakfast buffet ran out of items and they were not replaced, tables were left dirty and styrofoam was used for plates. It seemed they had new staff in the breakfast area who were doing a less than satisfactory job. We found out on our third day that we were entitled to a free bottled water daily without charge. The tap water tasted terrible so that would have been nice to know when we arrived.

All of the staff were so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the best I’ve had at a hotel. Will definitely choose this location again if I’m ever in the area!

Biscuits and gravy for breakfast is fantastic. Lovely, friendly staff.

Breakfast was cold. Had to ask to have gravy heated in microwave. Also, fan in bath runs when light is on. Glad we had a nightlight or we would have awakened each other going to the bathroom at night.
