We stayed here from June 11–16, 2026 with a large family group — 15 adults and two toddlers — and the house was a great fit. The property is beautiful, but what really made it work was how much there was to do without having to leave.The pool was a big hit, and the toddlers loved the playground and the pond (with Koi and frogs). The adults used the pickleball court, basketball court, ping-pong, gazebo, firepit, throughout the stay. There was enough variety that people could split off and do their own thing, and it never felt like we were on top of each other. It also helped that there were plenty of indoor and outdoor options, so the weather wasn’t a big issue (although it was mostly good).The house itself is huge and has a lot of character. It's a charming older property, but it has been updated and furnished so it still feels comfortable and current. It was clean, the listing was accurate, and check-in was easy.Susan was excellent to deal with. Communication was prompt and clear, which makes a big difference when coordinating a group this large.We also appreciated the smaller things: pool towels, plenty of toilet paper, bath products, paper products, and a well-stocked kitchen with good-quality cooking utensils and dinnerware, unlike many rentals.Overall, this was a perfect place for our family gathering. Everyone had something to do, the house gave us plenty of space, and the whole stay was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this home for a group of friends. The property and house is spacious, clean and has everything you will need. Located close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood.

This was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our three daughter’s and their families. It had everything one needed. There was ample space for the four grandchildren, ages 6-9, to spread out to play and for the adults to gather for quality sibling time. Communication was excellent with Susan and very prompt. We created wonderful family memories and hope to come back when the entire grounds can be enjoyed. It is very convenient to many things.
