The rooms are rather cramped, with limited toiletries provided in the bathrooms. The sheets feel stiff, as they are not made of cotton. The ice machine was out of order, despite a complaint having been filed. The lobby staff makes little effort to provide attentive service—with the exception of Ms. June, whose efforts deserve special commendation—particularly given that they do not offer assistance in Spanish. The breakfast—as well as the service area where it is served—features high-quality service (Ms. Jane handles this aspect exceptionally well); however, the variety of food items offered leaves much to be desired. They need to vary the menu and make it more appealing to a wider range of tastes. The price-to-quality ratio does not meet appropriate standards. I hope they will seek a prompt resolution to these issues. The cleaning is of good quality, although they need to improve the light filtration through the gaps in the doors—which also allow noise to penetrate. I would visit again, provided they seek to resolve these critical issues that limit their qualitative growth.
