Parking was easy. Breakfast was good. Building was well maintained. It has Cracker Barrel next door, and it is near other restaurants, shopping. Keep in mind, though, that they do not have elevators. Front desk staff was helpful, too.

Holes in wall. Stains on chair. Smells coming from ac unit. Flying insects in room. Went to front desk to check out instead of staying and was told i can check out but there is no management to approve a refund. Told to call a number but that went to front desk who again said no management to make this decision on fri until monday morning. Spoke with someone who was to leave a message with management for refund and heard nothing. Oh and they filled the nice inground pool with dirt. That was our view from our room. Do no stay there.

Not the typical Baymont. This was clearly some other motel chain location that they bought. There have been some repairs and improvements, but it's clearly an old no-frills motel. Parking lot is awkward due to the big new hotel in front of it.

They have a problem with their key entry system. I had to do to the office 4 times during our stay to reprogram the entry cards. One time was 12:45 at night when I couldn’t get back in after walking the dog. Their $20 charges for dogs is great but they need to have bag and poop stations as their lawn is littered with feces.

A dump, needs renovation. Stinky, nasty blanket cover, thin stained towels. Popcorn ceiling is peeling and looked wet. A/C was leaking on the floor and not working well, bathroom smells of urine. General dank feeling overall in this room. Never again!

The room appeared clean. The floors were wet when we arrived, perhaps from the cleaning. We wiped up the puddles but the floors continued to be moist. We finally put towels down to walk on and left the room door open for a while to try and dry out the room. The bug in the bathroom was the last resort. We would have left but it was late and we were tired.

Well the rooms are extremely strong of mildew and mold smell. There was a man casing the outside of the hotel which even a couple at the near by hotel seemed to be watching him too. Check in was smooth and desk staff was friendly. It fell off a cliff after that. Room was hot, humid and mold was visible on curtains. We had to flée the room after an hour because both or our sinuses were enflamed and we had a bad respiratory reaction to the mold. Did I mention the ceiling was falling?

Clean, nice beds, able to regulate room temperature effectively, adequate plug ins for tech devices and had a decent shower. Two problems very low water pressure for bathroom sink and had difficulty in turning off shower as the main shower control is in the way for turning the faucet completely off.

I would give this a ten but i ignored other reviews about the pillows. We barely slept and have stiff necks this morning. Its a great hotel, wonderful staff, clean, safe quiet but the hard lumpy square that is supposed to be a pillow was horrible

The room was very small and outdated. Front desk staff not very friendly, asked for more packets of coffee (3 of us in room, only 2 pkgs) and were given only 2 more. Asked for additional 2 pillows and were denied. Noisy and smelly wall ac unit. Won't go back.

The front desk lady was fantastic! So helpful when it came to finding a place to grab a quick bite to eat. The property itself was very lovely. It was clean and updated with a touch of old school motel feel.

I booked through Travelocity. I chose this based on the rate of $75 per day. Once I went online to pull it up to pay, the rate increased to $95 per day in less than 24 hours! The website for Baymont did not initially mention any extra fees. Upon arrival, I was asked for $40 pet fee ($20 p/d). Upon checkout the final bill jumped $99 from the original price. The copy shows $99 was manually tacked onto the bill. I traveled to attend a funeral. There is a lot of expense driving in from out of state. I need my $99 back now! The man at checkout had someone update the website rate and pet fee which was not there before. He now only promises to give me back $11. Where is the other $90???

Fast check in even late at night. Room was exactly as expected. I appreciate all the hard surface floors as compared to gross hotel carpet. Appliances in good working order. Clock actually programmed to the right time BEFORE we checked in This is not luxury but it’s a clean, safe place to sleep with a Cracker Barrel right next door. Easy on and off the highway. Good lighting in their parking lot made me feel safe while walking my dog despite our arrival after midnight.

Good value for the buck. Clean and comfortable, not large. Bathroom had tight quarters. Water pressure low in sink. Breakfast basics: cereal, yogurt, juice, bagels, waffles, coffee, fruit.

A clean, comfortable hotel. Only downside was the minimalist breakfast bar with no scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Our third stay here and we will probably stay here again. Keith, Toronto March 2025

It was adequate for our traveling needs. We travel with our pets and the receptionist was very helpful. The only complaint is that there was no variety for our breakfast. No eggs or bacon, just cereal and waffles.

This is a good low cost hotel if you are just staying for a night or need a more affordable option. It has been recently renovated, and outdoor upgrades seem to be ongoing. Rooms are updated and clean. We were only staying one night while on the road, so it didn't make sense to pay more just to sleep. The beds however are not very comfortable, or in my opinion the pillows were note and need to be changed out. The breakfast is pretty good for this level hotel. Staff was friendly. There are plenty of food options around. Bring your own water bottles or buy nearby as they do not have any.

When entering room there was heavy musky smell but running the air conditioner on lower temp with higher fan speed alleviated that. Bathroom had a mildew smell at first. Taking a hot soapy shower made the smell disappear from the room. Otherwise the room was fine, the people were great and the price was super.
