Staff was very friendly, rooms and lobby were extra clean. Parking was very safe and close to the front door entrance. We had a great experience!

Nice hotel close to the mall and a couple of good restaurants. It’s being remodeled on the outside and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but good and it’s included.

The property was clean. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The parking was free and there was no problem finding a spot to park in.

Hotel smelled like cigarettes when we got there and then they charge us for smoking in the room even though none of us smoke! No hot tub even though they advertised one on their site. Rooms smelled like bed bug spray and weird stains on mattresses. Promised a breakfast and did not get one. Terrible place to stay.

Please update your website to note that you do not have a hot tub. I booked this hotel specifically for that amenity as there were other hotels nearby that were cheaper.

It is advertised there is a nice hot tub in the pool area and there is NOT...the micriwave in the room

There was some construction to the building that made loud noise during the day on my side of the building. I was there on business. Had a job site meeting and was at my room trying to work on my computer for the next meeting. The noise was distracting and very loud

Arrived to my room and there was a huge roach on the bed !!

Room was clean, when we ask for extra towels they came right up with them. Hotel lobby was very clean also.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and although it has been a couple of years, I was surprised to find it in such a condition. The towels were extremely dingy. The piece of furniture housing the mini-fridge was worn to the point where the particleboard was exposed.

This property is nasty, and the rooms smell dirty. It is an old hotel with old service. The staff does what they can and is very friendly, but it is not enough to fix the hotel's poor condition. I do not recommend this hotel, especially when you travel with your family.

Dirty and tons of bugs, we refused to stay there and left

I liked walking into the hotel and no stale smell as found in many locations. I was struck by clean fresh air and the hallways were clean orderly neat . The staff was helpful and friendly responding with a positive attitude . Building has a weird smell

I booked the two queen, no microwave or refrigerator room. It was on the third floor. one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in that area by far. I’ve stayed in many places in Brownsville because I have family there . I have to visit often. This was one of the cleanest rooms stayed in a while.

Great stay. Bed was an older style.

The staff was great . Breakfast was great . But the mattress’s need to be replaced. We did not sleep very well .

It looks old and smells funny, bedroom was ok, but I think it was overprice for what you recive, cuz there was nothing special and the restroom had no extractor, beds weren't comfortable, but a little stiff.

Very comfortable stay, the bed was wonderful, able to regulate room temp.but room didnt have closet or place to hang our clothes.

The desk chair was disgusting, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

We liked the location, the cleanliness and the service of this hotel but unless you like sleeping on a rock we do not recommend. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, we asked to be moved to another room but we were told all the beds were the same (our room was accessible) and we thought that’s why the bed was like that.

Air conditioning didn't work well. The hallway was extremely (perfectly for us) cold but the bedroom wouldn't cool down and humid. The windows don't keep any noise out! Otherwise great check in and check out experience, very clean and felt safe.

The hotel didn't have the reservación AND couldn't do anything to resolve. No manager was available to resolver either. Worst experiences ever.

This is a great hotel. Great service and friendly employees.

Upon arrival, the front desk associate was very courteous, smiling, very respectful and educated. The next day I called the front desk from the hotel room to let them know that one of the shower doors became unhinged and it was at no fault of ours. We just wanted to report it and Jacqueline the front desk associate was very rude disrespectful and had a very bad attitude. She was very unpleasant and did not fix the problem . We were going to swim in the pool later on, and I asked for some towels and Jacqueline, who had a very sour face look. She stated that there weren’t any towels with a bad attitude and very sassy and disrespectful and said that we would have to wait at least an hour for some towels to be ready. We waited over two hours, and the towels were never ready. My wife then approached the front desk to ask for two small washcloths. Jacqueline again was very rude and disrespectful and stated oh were y’all the same ones that asked for the towels for the pool and we said we didn’t have any and I said yes, but we did not receive them and we no longer need them as we are dry, but we do need some washcloths please . A supervisor by the name of Rosario was also present. She was very nice and respectful, but Jacqueline was rude, raised her voice stating that oh well that I needed to understand that when they didn’t have towels then oh well, I needed to get over it and I stated that I did not have to put with her ugly facial expressions. My wife asked her for her manager.

Wonderful place to stay..Staff went above & beyond for us during our stay....Would stay again, if in the area!

We're in the RGV Valley quite a bit for work and we typically stay here when in Brownsville. It's a solid choice for the area, and the service and breakfast are a real standout (thanks ladies!!!). Everyone is always super nice!

It was quiet and loved that they had coffee available in the lobby. The strawberry waffles were great for breakfast.

One thing I found shocking was the exclusive use of plastic cutlery, plastic cups and plastic plates etc. for breakfast. So much stuff to throw away! This is not sustainable at all and should be avoided in our times.

Room was comfortable. Rooms are serviced every other day. Has a wonderful exercise room and great breakfast. Management & personnel are excellent. Our door had difficulties staying closed. We had to slam, pull or push until it shut.
