This was the biggest dump I’ve ever stayed in. Stained pillows and sheets. No full sized towels. Vending machines, ice machine, waffle maker, and juice machine all out of order. Dead cockroach in the hall, and live on in the room

Recent renovation puts fresh paint on a little run down. Common areas and windows and doors dirty.

The property was quiet were i could rest peaceful. There was a great deal of parking.

I waited for 15 minutes when I arrived at 4pm on a Saturday and ended up calling the hotel as nobody showed I was then told she will be “right there” which was another 8 minutes JUST to check in The snack and drink machines don’t work and neither does the juice machine The coffee is brown water in shot glass size cups The walls need painting and fixing especially in the rooms No coffee maker in the room or many other conveniences you get elsewhere and for a much lower price The room was more than Donley what we paid the night before in Savannah in a much better hotel, area and city

I did like the location in regards to how close to the interstate. I did not like the fact the elevator was out of service I did not like when asking for a receipt/summary of charges. the answer was given to look at my Expedia account.

I'm a no frills type of traveler. Still, it'd be nice if things worked. Broken: Ice maker on 3rd floor, juice machine for breakfast. Arguably broken: Elevator: Slowest elevator I've ever seen. By a long shot. Shower: Couldn't get it to stop leaking. YET: Front desk was nice and the place was clean and that's really all I ask for.

Run down.renovatins of poor quality. Elevator not maintained. Floor in room not level. Rooms not equiped properly. Construction debri around hotel grounds.

Hotel needs renovating. The doors to the room are damaged walls are damaged elevator is slow and no real continental breakfast it’s just coffee and waffle

Pros: Staff is friendly, coffee is always available, parking lot is well lit, affordable. Cons: Room walls were filthy, killed two bugs, sheets had stains, adjacent room was on sex phone call ALL NIGHT, breakfast is subpar, no ice/water except on floor level

We booked for one night because we were out of town. Upon arrival, we noticed a smell right off. The attendee that checked us in was polite. She said several times that their hotel was nonsmoking. We are nonsmoking, so no problem. After walking into the room, you could obviously smell the smoke/musty smell. The walls were filthy. Sheets were dirty, looked like old mold stains. There was wig or hair stuck in the hairdryer they provided. We just didn't feel comfortable being there with two young kids. We left and booked somewhere else for the night. Lost the money, but learned a lesson!

Hotel has roaches

We booked a handicapped accessible room. When we checked in we were told the air did not work in that room. We were given a regular room. We went to bed and my daughter-in-law found bugs in the bed. She moved to the bed with me and found bugs crawling on the pillow. At 3:30 am we switched rooms with an infant and I am totally non-weight bearing on my leg due to surgery.

Beding wasn’t clean

Absolutely gross, walls were paper thin and covered in filth, garbage in the heater, dirty bedding and holes in towels. Carpet had huge stains in the hallway and was literally ripped up from the ground. I’m all about cheap no frills, but this was cheap gross. Absolutely gross- see pictures.

When we walked into the property it looked decent. The Lady behind the desk was nice and informative. We walked into the elevator and it was dirty. The hallway carpets and floor was nasty and stained smelt bad. We had 2 eooms we checked out the first room and the bathrooms were nasty stains on the walls, well most of them was just because no one had the brilliant idea to just wipe them off there was a blood smudge on the door frame to the bathroom then when you went into the room your feet stuck to the floor. Looking at the beds the sheets, pillowcases and the top blanket had stains on them, well I hope they were washed. That was just the first room. The second room was the same minus the blood on the wall. We did go to the dollar store and bought cleaner and cleaned the room and blankets. The breakfast they served was just a couple honey buns, waffles, cereal, warm milk, and coffe everything was broken and if you did not get to breakfast at 6 am you got nothing. Really the only good thing about this place were the cute kids that we got to talk to and the other people staying there. The Marijuana smell was so bad inside the building and even outside was bad. Honestly with a little hard work to clean it up and take care of the place it would not be bad but I really can not say I will be back there at all. Thank you to everyone there for being nice and helpful.

Mold in the bathroom, paint missing in from the celling. Maggots on the floor and durty floors. Wouldn't pay a one dime to stay there again.

We chose Wyndham trusting the quality of the name, but it was the worst and dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in our lives. When we first checked in, we arrived an hour early, the woman at the reception said that the room would be ready in 1 hour. Since we arrived early anyway, we gladly accepted and waited outside the hotel. When we came back 1 hour later there was another man at the reception. He said that the room would be ready at 2 (the previous woman said 1 hour) but if we paid the price difference, he said that he would upgrade us to a room in a higher category and that the room was ready. His mannerisms were not polite at all. We accepted because we had come from a long way and were very tired. We got the room by paying the price difference. This room, for which we paid money, was the dirtiest and most neglected room we have ever seen in our lives. towels, duvet, pillows were all stained. the bathroom was very dirty. We immediately asked for the sheets and towels to be changed, but only the sheets were changed (they were not clean enough either). Everything was disappointing in the hotel where we would only stay for 1 night. Doesn't suit the Wyndham name at all!!!

Lots of slamming doors well into the early hours of the morning. No hot water, barely warm enough to stay in to take a quick shower. Overall a very loud stay.

The young lady at the desk was super! Thats about the only positive thing I can say. Extremely noisy. No desk, table, bureau in room. Absolutely nothing to put anything on. No lamps, only lighting was 1 overhead light in corner of the room. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and it was not possible to turn on light without it, thus waking sleepers. Room was very baren and echoed every noise. Neighbors were loud late into the night with no soundproofing. Was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this stay. I had read previous reviews and was expecting somewhat better. Unfortunately will NOT stop here again. I will also be much more leary of Hotels.com recommendations.

The staff was great. My room was dusty & i was sneezing all night but when i spoke with the front desk staff it was resolved IMMEDIATELY. The floors/walls are very thin so I heard every step from the guests over me and i heard all the conversations from the guests on my floor. The bathroom needs an immediate makeover.

Definitely not like it looked in the pictures. It was super loud and hard to fall asleep.

The area seemed a little rough and the shower curtain had black stains on the bottom. The walls seemed very thin, as I could hear the room next door speaking at a normal volume.

The Hotel was Good Overall with Cleanliness and Comfort. But the insulation to noise in the place is terrible! We were awoken to all kinds of moving noise at 6am!!

The room was kind of cramped. The guide channel on the TV was not useful for finding channels to watch; maybe it was user error. Hot water was not very hot. Microwave turntable had a mind of its own. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was so-so (waffles, bread/muffins, cereal).

The Elevator is old and needs to be updated. To noisy outside in the night and inside. During the night my next door neighbor was to loud with the TV ,and i got no sleep.in the breakfast era there was never juice in stock,overall the room was clean but a very noisy area

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in! Only 3 hooks to hang clothes on. No dresser. Great desk staff!

You hear anyone who’s coming in or on your floor going into their room. Mad annoying if youre trying to sleep at an earlier time.

The receptionist upon checking in was being very rude to people on the phone. Talking about guest when they walk off. The room looked like the furniture had just been sprayed and not wiped off. The mattress had a huge brown stain on it. The walls were covered in dirt. The noise level at night was awful. I’m sure we were all escaping Helene but it was awful. Came in one night and a huge group of people were having a cookout at the gazebo. We had a do not disturb sign on our room and it was evident that someone had entered while we were away. Hallways look like that haven’t been vacuumed in years. This place needs some major work and noise rules.

HORRIBLE…Toilet seat was broken. Didn’t know until I sat down on it and fell off the toilet. Bruised both knees. I asked One of the managers what they were going to do. At least they could have gave me some type of refund. They said discount on next stay. I’m not plan on staying there anymore. My lawyer will be contacting them. I tried to be nice about the situation but they acted like they didn’t care.

I stay here all the time, each time is a great experience. The staff here is very nice & polite.

My stay was good for the price. My only real bother was they charge you the $100 deposit at check in, but actually charge your debit or credit card. Then reimburse it after you leave, which can take days. Thats kinda behind the times, its usually just a hold on your card. But still would stay again

Never received my deposit back and was never told why. Was gone dispute but didn’t, I will just never stay here again. The breakfast wasnt the greatest either and I have had some great complimentary breakfast.

The staff was rude and lied. No toilet paper in the one bathrrom. Key cards didnt work after the first night. Dont restock the breakfast foods. Broken toliet in another bathroom. Staff wanted to argue that we broke it. Worse place i have evere stayed at.

Staff at desk was friendly and helpful. Room looked and smelled clean. Would have liked a bedside lamp rather than just the one on wall across the width of whole bed. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations for the price paid. Excellent value.

I stayed at this hotel from 9/11/2025-9/15/2025. My room was cleaned on 9/12/2025. When I returned to my room on 9/13/2025 after 5 p.m., I found that my room hadn't been cleaned. The same happened on 9/14/2025; I asked the front desk clerk on 9/14/2025 why my room wasn't cleaned, I was told that they were short-staffed & one of the housekeepers wasn't there that day. I then pointed out that my room wasn't cleaned the day before that & asked if the housekeeper was out that day as well. I think the desk clerk said she was out then as well, but I can't remember the reason she gave me. Since my room hadn't been cleaned since 9/12/2025, when I left the morning of 9/14/2025 to go to training for my job, I specifically told the front desk clerk that I wanted my room cleaned that day, & she assured me it would be. I returned to my room 9/14/2025, & the room was not cleaned. The front desk clerk was very nice & I felt bad for her, but I realized that I had no clean towels in my room because none had been brought in because housekeeping services hadn't been provided. I asked for towels. The front desk clerk gave me one hand towel (no washcloths or bath towels) & apologized & said that was all she had because the laundry hadn't been done that day either. WHAT?? I took the towel & went to my room only to discover that now, I was also out of toilet paper. I got a roll of toilet paper from the front desk clerk. I would never stay here again. Wyndham should be ashamed....

Sketchy people around here but affordable and my dog stayed free with no deposit, so I'm not complaining

It was ez off, ez on for the interstate. Stay was quiet. However, our room had deficiencies. The toilet seat is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! Barely attached to the toilet and needs immediate repair. Also, the recently installed wood flooring is buckling causing a trip hazard. I understand that we paid a lower rate, but c'mon. Simple safety issues and mainenance should NEVER be overlooked.

The hotel is under renovation. They decided to cancel breakfast but did not say so at the time of reservation. The indian-american manager was useless to talk to and her indifference to my concerns was clearly evident. There were kids running up and down the hallway slamming doors at 3am. But, at least my wife was able to kill the huge cockroach in the room. Unless absolutely necessary, DO NOT STAY HERE. It was last minute for graduation for us. This one will never happen again.

The front desk clerk at night was AMAZING!!! Lobby was clean and appeared to be newly remolded. My room was a bit on the small side, which is fine I made it work. The room and bathroom were clean. Fresh towels etc. bathtub was a little on the yellow side but just due to age. All in all it was clean. Sheets were on the older side but I wasn’t there for a spa day and my rate was $55.00 a night. TV worked great and the water was hot Parking lot was well lit but a bit on the smaller side. In case someone has a RV or Big truck. Now … breakfast is a bit of a stretch. Waffle maker and honey buns. I think some dry cereal. Outside of that if your flying solo and in town for work and on a budget. Not a bad place to stay for the rate.

From the outside it looks bad in the inside itz ok. It can be clean better maybe fresh paint are something. They really need to do better with breakfast u only get a waffle are cereal nothing else I dnt like it want be coming back

no decaf coffee food was waffles and pancake milk for dry flakes and muffins but only limit once gone no more
