Super friendly/helpful staff; location kind of remote and not especially convenient; weird smell in one of the hallways, but the facilities otherwise were quite nice, including the room I had, exercise room, pool, and lobby bar.

The elevator was broken and they messed up my reservation. I paid for a king room but they said it wasn’t available.

We stayed here for a night while traveling through. Was clean, convenient and pretty comfy. Nice bistro available.

From the moment of walking into the lobby the staff members were always very nice. The check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed having the cafe and bar in the hotel especially since there was not anyplace within walking distance. Our room was spacious and very clean. We did not hear any noise while in our room. The check out was also very quick and easy. I would stay here again.

Everyone was amazing I mean AMAZING ALL THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND SWEET ESPECIALLY TO MY AUTISTIC SON like I had no issues everything was clean , comfortable I mean like everything pool was nice 10/10

The Starbucks/food option in the lobby for breakfast closed way too early. Not even coffee available to buy at 11am, even on a Sat. Morning.

Overall good experience. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working but not a big deal. We didn’t have a lot of bags. The beds were comfortable but the furniture was a little scratched up. The staff was very nice. My door lock broke and the lady working the desk came right up.

Nice hotel. Cafe for breakfast was a little expensive, especially for kids or light eaters. Barista does not know a tea latte from a coffee latte. Wasted $6.00.

As soon as we walked in we noticed a musty mildewy odor throughout the lobby area that was very offputting. If we’d had time and were not so exhausted, we would have changed our booking. The location was otherwise fine but the odor was very strong every time we went through the lobby.

Clean and quiet property, professional staff

The stay was good. Will give it a 4.0 out of 5. The beds were terrible not comfortable. The front desk lady was rude Ms C need to retire just rude. The bar area was nice the ladies there were nice. The hotel room was clean but hallway has a odd smell.

The hall carpet needed to be shampooed. Other than that, it was very nice.

Surrounding area did not feel safe. Overall hotel needs upgrading. Over priced for 1 night stay. Will not be returning.☹️ Give this hotel 2 stars.

Hotel lobby smelled musty- THEN, we reserved 3 rooms and ALL smelled like mold. Noticed a dehumidifier hidden behind a lamp, water stains along the ceiling beams, chipped paint above the shower. We had to keep a window open in order to avoid throat irritation. Had to then turn off air conditioner to stop the rancid odor

Very clean and staff professional

Ok stay. Had stains on linens and housekeeping was gone for the day at time of check in. Has to retrieve and remake beds ourselves. Other than that it was ok.

The property had an overwhelming smell of gas. I asked serval time if there was a leak and was happy to exit after a two night stay. There were very few TV channel options (local access TV, no cable) and our room faced the back dumpster. Booking through a third party (i.e., Expedia) means the hotel provides the worst of the room inventory.

Very small television did not fully function. Could not log into Netflix it kept restarting. It took my husband almost 5 minutes to get the remote to turn to a channel.

Beds were comfortable, amenities in room were nice. Appeared updated and well cared for. No issues!

The streaming services on the tv (Netflix, Amazon,YouTube, etc) did not work. We let the maintenance technician and front desk staff know the day of check-in which was a Thursday, he told me he would would call up the matter and keep us updated. By check-out Sunday no information was relayed to me and streaming services were still inoperable .

Nice room, clean & quiet. Bed was a little soft for me but mr wife loved it. Ill definitely stay again.

No information packet was given or in the room. The walls are so thin we heard every drawer that was slid above us and every footstep. It was a repeated thing all night. The shower was small and water pressure was very low. We had a suite and stayed for 4 nights. I picked this hotel specifically for a balcony and the pool. The pool was nasty and we were not able to enjoy it. It stayed closed. When we asked when it would be opened we were told that they didn't know and nothing else. I requested a balcony and got a patio with no privacy. I was told nothing else was avaliable and if I chose not to stay i would loose the money I paid. So we stayed. The fridge was dirty upon arrival and the cabinet under the sink and microwave was dirty and mildewed. They clean every other day. On the day it was to be cleaned we left at 11. Only to return to a dirty room with trash still over flowing and no clean towels or washcloths.The 3rd night the fire alarm started to beep shortly after 2. We couldn't reach it. We called the front desk only to be informed that we needed to take the batteries out. We told her we couldn't reach it. After another 20 minutes we walked to the front desk and she told us she called maintenance they couldnt come. We took it down after moving a night stand and my husband standing on it. The 4th night there was not one single parking space available when we got back. We literally had to park at the front of the door. Nothing was offered for our inconveniences.

I needed a place to stay close to my work. I will likely book a room here in the future. Everything was clean and nice. Plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t really like the TV in the room..the tv guide and remote control was not easy to control and was very slow to find channels. Would also be nice to have some free food items in the morning in the lobby with some juice and coffee.

Barbara at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. Professional and friendly. Mike a gentleman I ran into at the elevator was also very kind and friendly. Hotel was clean and organized. Furniture can use some updating for we had a suite.

Bad service from the front desk staff. I booked a room with two beds and they told me they had no more rooms available, that if I wanted to cancel it and go to another hotel, then they got me a room with a sofa bed without sheets. I don’t recommend

The toilet in my room was stopped up, called the front desk for help and got none. Had to go to a Walmart for a plunger because there was no one from maintenance on duty and again the front desk was no help. The outside is nicely updated but the inside is old and antiquated! I also complained of the weed smell in the hallways but nothing was done, I will never stay here again!!!

Very easy check in! We were able to check in early as we needed to dress and attend a funeral by 2 pm. Thank you to the most accommodating staff!

Friendly staff, easy to check in and out.

The check in staff was Great, but the staff in the dining area was phenomenal! We did have a little issue with the cleaning staff redoing the beds but we easily handle that on our own with the extra provided sheets from the front. We were there for my son's graduation at Fort Jackson and it was an easy 12-15 minute max trip to get there. The food on the property was pretty good especially the hot honey wings! I will definitely visit this property again!

Great location.

Check in was easy & quick. My room was very clean & comfortable. You can hear the vehicles on the Highway some but it didn’t bother me. I didn’t realize until the 2nd night that the refrigerator was in a cabinet. Very nice place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Good location right off the highway.

We have stayed at other Marriott hotels, but this was our first time staying at this property. It was very convenient off of the highway, and in a very nice location. There were several food options close to the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean and modern. Quiet heating/ac. Loved cafe food and service. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here if in Columbia area.

We stayed because it was close to the base. Disapointed breakfast wasnt offered.

Easy check in, check out. Property is super clean. Has a mini restaurant, bristo with good food options both breakfast and dinner (with a fee). Dinner had good drinks also. No need to leave but there are restaurants, fast foods near by. My son forgot his shoes and my sister was able to retrieve them later on. We were 3 hrs away. The staff are super nice. Even my son said this place was the best of our trip. Only issue i had was the bed was too hard for me. Would stay again.

The starbucks if that is what they call it, was horrible and expensive. No flavor coffee creamer was a killer for. The hotel lobby and first floor smelled like grease once the resturant closed

The bistro was extremely expensive- $8 + for a beer and $16 for a poor glass of wine
