We enjoyed our 3 days here. Free hot Breakfast was delicious. Pool was so relaxing. Bed slept amazing! Staff was helpful and friendly. If we're ever in the area again we'll definitely stay here. We came here for our son's military graduation. ❤️

like the free breakfast and coffee. did not like that the Pool is closed...wanted to spend a little time in the pool

You should let people know the property is under construction 180.00 per night for a place that is under construction is ridiculous, very disappointed with Expedite.

Elevator was down during my visit. But staff was nice enough to mention this prior to me checking in. Not a deal breaker.

Elevator out of service, no vacancies on the first floor. Hotel's associate carried my luggage to the second floor, which was really very kind of her.

Excellent stay! Room was very clean and comfortable! Air conditioner was cold and comfortable! Bed and pillows very comfortable. Parking had plenty of light! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good coffee was good! On arrival the 1 and only elevator was being worked on had to take the stairs down 3 floors!

Elevator was down for most of the day. If you have problems with ambulation or stairs ensure you are on the first floor.

Beds were comfortable, staff was good, breakfast was good. Only drawback was that the internet sucked. It was difficult to log on and it wasn’t fast enough to get any work done.

The rooms are wonderful. Property is under renovation in the lobby. It is surprising when you come in and see the walls are taken down to the studs but we were pleasantly surprised that the rooms were comfortable and clean. Very roomy too! Beds and pillows are great.

Stayed here during my sons US Army BTC graduation. Hotel is updating its halls and rooms. I enjoyed my stay and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Showers and bathroom were great. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff said because I used you and the are private owned and Jane no corporate office report complaint to you, there were bugs in room I got there late ac fan rattling Al night and staff didn’t care and no one said remodel going on to me and I paid with pay pay which said to take it up with you first 8/17 left 8/18 early am

Rooms were clean. Shower was great. Quite place to stay.

The room smelled a little “smoky/musty” when we first entered but after running the A/C for a bit it helped a lot. Overall the room meet our needs for an overnight stay. Would recommend

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was that the room darkening shade was broken and wouldn't go down. There was a bright street light shining in the window that kept me up all night. Other than that the staff was nice and the room was clean.

Nice, newly renovated rooms. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it was very noisy all hours of the day and night.

Very pleasant stay and less expensive than other hotels in the area. We enjoyed the unusual room with two king beds, and everyone slept well.

The desk associate searched to find foam pillows for us when she was the only person working the desk because I am allergic to feathers. She also delivered them to our room and removed the feather pillows.

Staff is amazing. My stay is always outstanding. I give the a 10 plus. When I travel from NC this is the ONLY Hotel I stay at.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the lock on my room door and it was fixed quickly. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The room was also very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was a minor issue with the faucet on my shower but it was easy to work around. Overall, this was a great hotel with fantastic staff.

Night staff was amazing. However, morning staff not as accomodating. Couldn't do late check out. Breakfast was not hot and they didn't have sausage or bacon that I could eat, eventhough I'd emailed ahead to ask for non pork. Overall, a very average stay as I was awoken at 4am by a baby in the corridors, I'm guessing they didn't want to wake the other parent in the room. What I did like was tge microwave and fridge in the room. Oh, and the shower door was missing a handle, on one of the doors.

We also stay here because it is near our family.Staff is considerate and treat everyone kindly

Our family had to evacuate to Columbia due to Hurricane Helene. Check-in was uneventful. Ray sent a text checking on us. The lady at breakfast was very nice. She worked with me and the two little ones. The meal served on Monday was tasty. I looked forward to the same menus the next day, and was a little disappointed that it was different. Kayla was our housekeeper, and she was phenomenal. She made sure that we had all the fresh towels needed.The hotel manager, Kelly, was nice as well. No issues when I checked out.

Due to travel, we arrived extra early on the day of check in, the hotel allowed us to use the amenities & then early check in. Was much appreciated after a long night of travel

Easy to get to from highwAy.

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony at Fort Jackson. We are a family of 5 with kids ages 12, 8, and 1. I searched every hotel in the area and read every review trying to make the best choice. Ultimately I chose here for the pool and double king bed rooms and the stay didn’t disappoint. Breakfast: I found it to be super inclusive of dietary choices and my kids ate every morning of our stay. The coffee was also alway available and good! Housekeeping: We left quickly and came back to a perfectly clean room. Our housekeeper Mason even folded our kids clothing at the end of the bed they threw off in a rush out the door. SO kind! Pool: Truly a great size. Very clean water and plenty of places to sit in the sun/shade. The steps are also big enough for a toddler to hangout and play, which is a huge plus when traveling with toddlers. Staff/Facility: Excellent! Everyone was so friendly and facility was clean. Location: We felt close to Fort Jackson, spent time Downtown, went to Riverbanks Zoo, and a Fireflies Baseball game. We ate at Egg Roll which is close by and AMAZING. Our map wanted to drive us through a neighborhood but the hotel is right behind the Circle K at the red light. When we initially arrived I felt like it seemed unsafe of an area but truly it wasn’t. The only con was the people above us seemed to allow their kids to run wild and scream until 2am. The desk did try to get them to stop though and that isn’t in their control. All in all we loved our stay!

Great place to stop. I have stayed here a few times now and love the conveniences within walking distance. Not a busy or congested location very relaxing place to stay.

The property was very close to several dining options and coffee spots and gas stations.

Good hotel in a decent location. I could hear the highway starting early in the morning. I’d suggest asking for a room on the opposite side. Otherwise it was fine.

Enjoyed the stay quite area staff friendly. Nice breakfast especially the cinnamon rolls.

The breakfast was very delicious. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was great. The beds are very comfortable. I loved the soft and firm pillows. I loved the water pressure in the shower and toiletries that were provided. The staff was very nice and professional.

Everything was great. This was my second time staying at this location. Comfortable,clean and safe. I also truly enjoyed the breakfast. Great selection.
