My stay at Sleep Inn was okay for a one-night stay. The staff was very kind, helpful, and provided good customer service, which I truly appreciated. However, the hotel itself is clearly going through renovations, and unfortunately, it shows throughout the property. Honestly, I wish they would have temporarily shut the hotel down until renovations were completed because it just didn’t give the clean, updated Sleep Inn experience I’m used to. The room served its purpose for the night, but I probably wouldn’t return to this location until the renovations, amenities, and overall upkeep improve. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, and the continental breakfast definitely needs to be revamped. The food did not look fresh or appealing at all, so I chose not to eat breakfast there. Overall, it was a place to sleep for the night, and the staff made the experience better, but the hotel still has a lot of work to do before it feels like the Sleep Inn standard again.
