Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West - Middleton by IHG

It was ok but it’s time for some renovations everything is wore down. Make sure you have all of yours shots before getting in the pool or hot tub

The breakfast was all you can eat from 7am-10am. It was fresh and perfect since the restaurant was connected to the hotel . Staff was kind and able to accommodate putting our family on the same floor since we all booked at different times . The bar made drinks to perfection and reasonably priced .

Great hotel! Pool was wonderful; kids loved it. Hot breakfast was very good and had great options!

Everything was very good! Pool, room and staff. Busy at Breakfast and food was warm but was cold by the time you made it thru the line. Pleasant stay, will come back next year

Arrival, parking, and check in were easy. Unfortunately, the room key cards did not work in our assigned room on 4th floor. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up to room, still did not work. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up along with hotel employees and key cards to another room. Original room did not work, neither did the second room. I stayed there while employee went back down to try another set of key cards for a third room. That one worked. I'm pretty sure we were put in a smaller room than what we paid for, but I didn't say anything because we had a room. The next morning we are at the pool a few minutes after 9 to swim, pool opens at 9, doors were locked. Several other guests were also waiting to get in. One of them went to front desk and shortly after someone unlocked the door from the inside to access pool area. A few minutes later a lifeguard arrived.
