The staff there is GREAT! They're really welcoming and made the experience great. The pool is small and was dirty but there was a net and once i cleaned it out it was all good! The breakfast was actually really good compared to other hotels

while the hotel was fine, the workout room was not. One treadmill and it didn't work. front desk said it's been inop for a month waiting on a part. I specifically look for workout rooms when booking hotels, so very disappointed here.

We stayed 11 days. The bed was comfortable and the front desk personal was friendly. The room itself was okay however, there was a dampness about it after running the A/C. The breakfast area was clean and the food selections were the same every day. The 2nd floor laundry left little to be desired and the dryer failed to dry anything, I had to hang clothes in the room that were still damp the next morning. This hotel is adjacent to the Cracker Barrel restaurant and Loop 101.

Staff was very friendly. Room appeared clean, and house keeping did great when they came around. Main issue with the hotel was the smell in the room we stayed in - it had a wet dirty towel smell that never went away. Also, noticed that the ice from the ice machine had brown flecks in it so I was hesitant to use it for anything other than putting in my cooler, and the housekeeping came at very irregular times (they were great when they came by). Overall a nice stay, and we were able to book a room last minute and stay for several days.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was very clean and it was a large room with very comfy beds. We were disappointed that the pool was not in working order because we were there visiting and planned on spending the days at the pool. Breakfast was good and the staff was awesome, Luis was particularly friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for all of the hard work your staff puts into this hotel!!!

All staff is super helpful! They are always friendly anytime we needed anything. Property - a little disappointed. The back door doesn't lock at night so anyone can just walk in. The bathroom by the pool is a storage closet. The breakfast is great but when you stay a week, it doesn't change from day to day. Other Holiday Inn's alternate their breakfast so there is a variety.

This place was just alright. Customer service was great. But the ice machine didn't work on our floor, the QR code for streaming in the room didn't work, we couldn't get wifi on our phones and we asked about laundry and that was also not working. The most annoying part is that the room keys constantly quit working and had to be reprogrammed. Even so, we often couldn't get in our room with them without multiple tries.

Staff was very friendly, but breakfast was so-so. Juice was 80%water. Bed was comfortable, but hotel has an older feel. The worst part about the stay was the odor of the room. Had an awful musty smell. Had to sleep with window open so we could get some fresh air through there.

The hotel lobby smelled off when we walked in. Our room smells like chemicals. It was so bad that we almost didn’t sleep at this hotel. The beds seemed clean, but we don’t know what the smell was. There was also a barking dog across the hall from us. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The only reredeeming quility at this hotel is the front desk employees. The room was dirty, and the halls have a terrible order. I saw a little water from the shower behind the toilet, I reached down to wipe it up and the rag was BLACK! Yuck. Then we requested housekeeping, they came, pulled up the sheets and blanket, gave us new towels, and that was it. no clean sheet or anything. They didn't even leave an extra roll of Toilet paper! Honesly, terrible

The front desk staff was terrific. The room was ok but the Tv had such a weak signal that I couldn’t use it. Plus there were two remotes and had to change hdmi to watch. So frustrating- called twice and they were supposed to get someone in to fix it but never heard back. Also hotel itself not very clean.

The front desk staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable with soft feather pillows. The breakfast was delicious with many types food from scrambled eggs & bacon, waffles, oatmeal to muffins and cinnamon rolls. The walls are very thin and I could hear conversations going in the rooms next to me. Every time they flushed the toilet it sounded like a giant waterfall cascading into my bathroom.

I was a bit disappointed in the room. My AC went out at my home so we grabbed a room at this location. The room was very average and had cracked tile baseboards. Some were even missing. The TV situation is a bit wanting. There isnt a way to use netflix or stream to the tv as the TV isnt a smart tv and only has basic coax tv. The mini fridge was pulled rom the wall and isnt secured well. If you open the door to the fridge it slides int the hallway. maybe some casters would help secure it in place. Just a very midiocre stay for a motel and not worth the price. On a positive. The staff was very nice and responsive.

The entire hotel sits by the highway, so there are no quiet rooms. This is an old HIE that's been remodeled to the new style. Very comfortable, but very squished rooms and very loud due to road noise. Beds were clean and comfortable but barely slept. A/C didn't work correctly so room never got below 72.

Expedia had messed up our reservation by guaranteeing us a room type that this particular hotel didn’t even offer, but the hotel worked hard to make it right even though they were unable to meet the terms of the original reservation. We truly appreciated their efforts especially since they were not the ones at fault.

I arrived and checked in at 4 pm, one hour after check in started for the hotel. I was asked to wait for about 20 minutes after checking in because my room was not ready. So I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting…… Not a great way to start my one night stay at your facility :-(

Unfortunately the room we were checked into smelt like mildew and just nasty. They did put us in another room but didn’t compensate us or even apologize just took the key and handed us a new one to a room that didn’t smell as bad. Staff was just ok, guy who checked us out was cool but then as soon as we got our receipt and asked a question on one of the charges he hit us with “you guys must not travel often huh” . We actually have been non stop traveling and been in 4 different hotels/resorts in the past month and this was by far the most unpleasant. We just laughed and told him no because it was clear he just didn’t want to do his job and help clarify a charge and was writing us off as inexperienced. Lots of room for improvement here.

Overall very happy with this property. What puts it ahead of other places I've stayed on the area is the staff. They are the ones who set it apart by extending themselves. Off the top of my head, Riana and Carlos did a fantastic job and catered to our individual requests while doing their specific jobs and duties.

We needed a room for the night. The price was expensive. The stay was okay. The hotel was in a good location. The area felt safe. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean. The room was cold, it seemed the thermostat wasn't working. Also, I could hear the cars on the freeway all night. Overall though, our stay was good.

The entire hotel sits by the highway, so there are no quiet rooms. This is an old HIE that's been remodeled to the new style. Very comfortable, but very squished rooms and very loud due to road noise. Beds were clean and comfortable but barely slept. A/C didn't work correctly so room never got below 72.

This location was very unappealing; views overlook a parking lot and industrial buildings & car dealerships; needs an upgrade; tub did not drain and toilet filling was noisy. GREAT, KIND people working there!

The room was comfy and clean enough. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the free breakfast if you can complain about free breakfast. The potatoes were dry and lacked any flavor or seasoning. I looked for ketchup, didn't see any and confirmed with the hotel employee staffing breakfast that they did not have ketchup. The scrambled eggs were fine. Muffins were hard and stale. All of the bananas were very green and not edible. Unfortunately you could not read the expiration dates on the yogurt so I didn't eat that either. Best part was the coffee.

Staff was very friendly, but breakfast was so-so. Juice was 80%water. Bed was comfortable, but hotel has an older feel. The worst part about the stay was the odor of the room. Had an awful musty smell. Had to sleep with window open so we could get some fresh air through there.

The bathroom by the pool is a storage closet. The breakfast is great but when you stay a week, it doesn't change from day to day. Other Holiday Inn's alternate their breakfast so there is a variety.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and check-in was smooth. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with a good variety of options to start the day. Parking was convenient, which was a big plus and made coming and going much easier. Definitely a safe place to travel with children. Overall, the hotel staff provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again!

From the moment we set foot in the hotel we were greeted with a smile as well as kindness. The room and the breakfast was great clean no issues and able to get extra towels without a hassle . Will be staying again.
