Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Peoria

Easy access, friendly staff, ample free parking, comfortable bed and room. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback is no daily service but overall had a very enjoyable stay

It was an average experience, I didn’t realize that there was no pool and the breakfast was substandard to what I was expecting.

It was a little run down. The hotel didn’t have an ice machine. It said it included breakfast and coffee, Tea and granola bars are not breakfast.

Cons:Phone did not work, no coffee makers available. Pro: clean, quiet, friendly employees, easy parking

It was totally non-smoking. No designated smoking area.

I had a great visit, the room was clean, the staff was nice and really had a great price. My problem is this: There is no ice maker in the hotel. I had to leave and drive to a convenience store and purchase ice. By the reaction from the front staff - this is not the first time they've heard this complaint. It's three ice makers, some buckets and liners! That is a realistic expectation from a guest at a hotel.

Elevator was not working.

Love that we can have our dog with us. Only downside is they don’t have enough coffee pots for all the rooms so I had to get coffee from the lobby. Should have brought my French Press

Rooms nice. Lack of pool is unfortunate, but not possible. Gym could be done? Biggest issue was not all kitchen items were available. Plastic forks (others were metal), no toaster, one pot but no pan. Really need to have paper towels and a sponge provided. I had to go buy those just to clean up the kitchen

Very helpful and friendly staff and guests! I like they lock the doors at 11:00 pm for keyed residents. Felt very safe and my dog was very comfortable. The carpet was a little old and probably will need replaced. The room and hotel was worn in but very clean and all appliances worked well. The hot water for showering was wonderful and hot!!

Mold in the shower. Dirty towels. Dirty sheets. Stains on the mattress. This place was filthy. The fact its almost $300 a night is absolutely laughable. I will never stay at any extended stay ever again!

This was supposed to be our honeymoon. Our honeymoon was ruined because of this. It was an awful experience. The bathroom was dirty. There is stuff inside of the bathtub on the outside of the bathtub. There's black marks on the bathroom counter.. The little island for the kitchen had sticky stuff on it. Underneath the TV there was spots of I don't know what and the table that they provide in the room so you can eat and put your stuff on. It was so wobbly that we were afraid to put anything on there afraid it would break the table. The dresser where you can put your clothes. One of the drawers was broken. Try to tell the office. There was nobody there.. Our upstairs neighbor was stomping. All all night long, until about 4 o'clock in the morning went to the office, nobody there to talk to. Finally was able to tell somebody in the office about our neighbor the 2nd day we were there. The lady told me we'll take care of it. I'll call them up. Tell me why my upstairs neighbors were still stomping. The second night we were there. Oh not to mention the smell of the cleanser that they use in their rooms still lingered until the evening time. The worst experience i've ever had staying at a hotel. We spent three hundred and seventy one dollars and seventy seven cents for this experience. We got home and i cried as i was so uoset. Floor was sticky. Room was dirty. Beds were clean though.

Floors were disgusting and room seemed dirty. Because they allow pets the elevators smelled gross. Would not stay again.

Generally dirty in rooms and around elevators stayed on 3rd floor and had unpleasant odor in hallway and room

Smelt like cat pee, killed a cockroach in the room. Long hair on the pillow not min I’m bald.

The place was old and run down inside. Our room had blood drops on the floor the bathtub was so filthy and not just the stains but there was hair on the walls inside the tub, the bathroom door had coffee or something dried up on it, the air conditioner did not cool the room the fridge kept going on & off really loud, and the free breakfast was lil debbie muffins. This room should have only costed 39.99 if that but definitely not $272.00 like I paid, I was so horrified that we left before the sun even came up. I feel like I should get my money back.

In spite of the no smoking signs and the no-smoking policy, our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. And so now do all our clothes. It was unbearable and unacceptable, even in a budget hotel such as this.

Smelly. Dirty. No coffee/machine unless you asked for it. Hair in the bed. Poorly installed cabinet doors. Beds were one step up from roll-away beds. Popcorn ceiling. Wetness in spots on the carpet. Unprofessional maintenance person. And so stinky!

Front desk staff friendly. Room seemed clean but we found cockroaches. Which is the main reason for a mid to low score

I am 68. I have stayed in every level of Hotel. This Hotel was very disappointing. I can not recommend. The online photos and descriptions were not close to reality. Everything was poor quality. Room flooring was poorly installed (not carpet as in pics) as well as base moulding throughout the room and bathroom. Cabinets and a “dresser” were very cheap. Zero insulation between room walls Neighbors were not loud. But walls were very thin and regular conversations and TVs were always heard. Front door was not fitted or sealed correctly. Light was present all around the door. The so called breakfast was a joke. Coffee, a cheap small muffin and a pack of oatmeal (although free) was not a breakfast. We only saw muffins 1 day. The room bed was a single mattress on a cheap steel bed-frame, without a bed skirt so frame was very visible… resembling a military bed cot. We would have walked out but room was pre-paid for 4 days. Room rate was excessive for what was provided/advertised! We will not choose this Hotel and other locations in the future.

It was ok… nothing fancy. It was really old and the smells from everyone cooking reminded me of the projects. The worst part was the bed and pillows. None of us slept well - it was so uncomfortable. Other then that, it was clean.

this is an older hotel, and it shows. However, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It served our purpose of having somewhere to sleep.

Saw two roaches in the bathroom. Had to check out a blow dryer. When asked when we had to return it was told to keep it but if someone else needed it an employee would get it. Told the room was remodeled but that didn’t include the bathroom. No chair to sit at a table.

Room condition was not bad but the refrigerator was pretty old one. It made a sound all night so I couldn’t sleep very well.

Nice basic hotel room and staff is attentive and friendly. The only issue was that the TV didn’t work and maintenance person was not available to fix it.

The staff were great, the facility generally clean. The walls are really thin and noisy neighbours make it less comfortable. Also the bed was very firm. Could probably use some updated curtains.

Mattress did not sit evenly on frame so we slept at a slant all night. You could feel ALL springs in the mattress. Did not have extra blankets or pillows for our kids. Very dissatisfied and very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. Thankfully it was only 1 night.

The staff at front desk lies to you . Called up in evening asking them to hold my prepaid reservation as I would be coming directly at 7 am . Staff said no problem . On reaching there , they told me my reservation is cancelled . Made a whole lot of drama before I could talk to manager . The manager did take care of it . No instructions on checking in after that , not even hours open etc etc . Didn’t ask me if the room I was given was ok as I sleep during day and was on nightshift . Worst hotel I have been to in last 10 years . Rooms and carpets have an awkward smell . Will avoid any extended stay as it’s legit bad service .

Room not ready at check in time took a hour for room to be cleaned. Front desk staff were excellent! Room very average and smelled like bleach.

Room was good for a quick visit to AZ. Joe at the front desk was very prompt, friendly and helpful.

Upon arriving for check-in at 1130pm, i was told that i could not even enter the lobby because the system was "performing and audit" and they could not check me in during that time. So because they could not check me in, apprently it was also against policy to have me in the lobby. Horrible experience. So i waited in my car with the air running because it was 105 degrees out still for almost an hour whole their computer finished its "audit". I had proof of payment, proof of reservation...i offered to leave a credit card at the front desk. Anything to get into a room and out if the heat. Nothing was accepted. Needless to say i will NEVER stay here again.

Terrible! I showed up and had no room available under my reservation info evethough I paid. The supervisor from earlier shift game my room up to a totally stranger by editing my reservation and replacing my info. Took a good hour to figure out!

My husband and I got there before midnight to check in and I was refused to be able to check in the lady at the counter. I thought she was parked dragon refused to let us in even though it was before midnight she didn’t want to do her job, they won’t refund my money And we slept in the parking lot that night don’t stay here. It’s horrible and it smelled bad and she was walking around with without her shoes on stay away.

This is very convenient to the project I was working on. And I did sleep well.

Great location! Close to food and shopping. Restaurants within walking distance. Older property, but being updated.

Hotel staff are wonderful.The location is ideal-near Trader Joe's, Arrowhead Mall, Target, Nordstrom Rack, thrift stores, etc. The room was cozy & quiet. Even though it was the busy holday season I slept well. Kitchenette was great, and I was able to control the room temperature with the AC/heat unit. Nice hiking trail just to the south, the Skunk Creek trail.The only thing I would change was the hot water was not quite hot enough for me.

I stayed for 2 nights. I enjoyed everything from the beginning to the end. I had a great time and it was clean, especially the neighborhood was safe.

Room was clean but clearly showing its age including corroded fixtures in the bathroom and threadbare towels. Claims of continental breakfast are a joke. Coffee only.

The host was polite and very helpful. The room was cleaned to the best condition possible. The facility is definitely old but safe and quite enough if your expectations aren’t too high. Breakfast is coffee, tea, oatmeal and prepackaged muffins.

Our rooom was not the cleanest. The bed was great but the sheets were dingy. Time for new ones. Something sticky in the counter and table, i just cleaned it up. There was something on the bathroom door too. No blow dryer. Went to wash clothes, no laundry soap. Breakfast was a cereal bar to go with your coffee and no place to sit at all. It wasn't what I paid for. We stayed but I wont go back there again.

Hotel is dated and overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was limited and for the price is a joke and I am turned off from this hotel brand until I find a better price and location.
