Mostly very comfortable and clean. Couple things. Ice machine not working on our floor. Parking was very crowded area.

Was horrible. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor and then to top it off my room when I got up to take shower shower was broken the handle so couldn’t use it had to pack my things and move to another room to shower. Was in a hurry to get to ball field so no breakfast for me after packing to change rooms and unpacking to get ready. Tried to reach manager for a week and he was always out sick or something I need someone to let me know how they are gonna take care of this.

Good thing : The place does have the suites. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Not good : inside it looks a bit run down. Dirty, dusty, carpets in room and corridors. Washed away paint in spots on walls in corridors.Scrambled eggs don’t taste well. Hot Water has chlorine smell.

There was No lugage carts available at 6 am, had to manualy carry luggage out to car. I am handicapped, and it was an issue.

Amanda was very helpful getting us checked in to a room with a view of the parking lot to keep an eye on my motorcycle trailer for safety! Thank you!

We were appreciative of how quiet the facility was.

Housekeeping was not good. Scraped drywall in hallway and candy spilled in stairwell were not cleaned up for out three day stay which we cut short. Had to plug in lamp to make it operational and notice dust and cobwebs that accumulated under the bed for quite some time. Will not stay there again and will not recommend.

Starting from check-in, the lady checking us in was very friendly, pleasant, and efficient. I was very pleased with that interaction. The lobby was very nice, except for a stack of boxes (unloaded delivery?) by the front desk that made the area feel unkempt. Later in the evening as we were getting ready to leave the hotel for dinner, a group/party began to gather in the lobby and breakfast area. When we arrived back at the hotel later that evening, the parking lot was full except for one spot that we were luckily able to park in. There was a large group of people hanging out behind the building, including children playing in the parking lot. When we entered the hotel, it was full of people in the hallways, elevator area, and lobby being very noisy and rambunctious. Children were running around and had left shoes in the middle of the hallway. There was food all over the floor. The doors in the hallway between the elevator and rooms were closed, I am assuming to help keep the noise level down. The next morning, the floor looked like it had not been cleaned (at least not very well) from the night before. The breakfast was very nice, with a good variety of choices. The lady from the kitchen was very pleasant. She seemed too understaffed, but she did a great job keeping up the demand. And she was very nice and helpful. As for the room itself, it was ok, except that the bed sheets were not very soft or as comfortable as I would expect. This hotel was not worth the price I paid.

The check-in host was super nice & accommodating. The location needs some cleaning & refreshing.

The room was worn. The bath had rust and mildew. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Also it wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

There was a smell in hallway and room smelled like chemicals . Door was off the cabinet that housed the refrigerator. Comforter had stains . The elevator floor and lobby had stains . Trash in bags in hallway and in front of property. Overall poor sanitation.

The area was dirty and moldy, and the room had sour, mildew/smell to it. I did not enjoy my stay. I was very disappointed. If I had a chance to go back and do it again, I would not. Please save your money and go somewhere else that you will you would enjoy. There was mold in the bathtub and around the ceiling area. I was told that they were sold out and couldn’t offer me another room.

It was.Very dirty and completely different from when I had stayed there five times previously. Everything looks worn and the carpets were absolutely filthy and the place smelled. Very disappointed as at one Time it was very nice hotel.

Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Sadly, this hotel has gone to waste. This hotel sits in a great location, and it is conveniently near everything. However, some of the staff I encountered at this hotel are not customer-centric. I experienced several issues with this hotel. There was scum on the bathroom floors, the furniture was super dirty with food stains, the bed sheets were filthy, the bed was hard/ uneven, carpet stains, the room smelled terrible, towels had stains, the room was very dusty, there’s broken furniture, missing light bulbs, paint stains everywhere, door peep holes covered with what I believe is paint, and the list can go on. After seeing all the issues during my stay, I decided to go to the front desk with pictures to show her (the full-figured Caucasian lady with silver hair) what I experienced. She seemed annoyed that I brought it to her attention but faked the funk and thanked me. I later came back before checking out and attempted to show her the travel guidebook that was in my room that had a note on it. The note read, “This was the worst motel stay ever,” or something similar (see photo). A previous guest left that note and the cleaning staff overlooked along with other areas in the room. While waiting to show the front desk this info, the hotel cleaning staff (skinnyvlady with dark brown hair)told me that the front desk lady was doing a room checks, so I decided to leave it at the front desk and call her later. I called and she accused me of writing it. Highly unprofessiona/ Rude!!!

I switched from my original room because there was dirt on the carpet there was hair on the bed and mold in the shower. The second room was slightly better still dirty.

Bathroom was filthy (feces on the toilet), room smelled funny. Also, the breakfast was not good at all.

The toilet had feces up the back and only a small bit of toilet paper left on the roll with no backup toilet paper.

The room was worn. The bath had rust and mildew. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Also it wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

Check-in was great, staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint is room was very noisy. Outside traffic was very noticeable. Room next to us had music blaring, this was addressed by staff when we called the front desk.

No towel bars was inconvenient. Bathroom vent would be nice. HVAC good, bed comfy.

Breakfast in the morning was good. A/C units in one of our rooms did not work properly.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Our first stay was fabulous. This time, the room was way less clean. Visibly dirty upholstery on the chair, floors were dirty, ceiling was stained. Our room was also next to a stairwell. The handle on the door to the stairs was not functioning properly, so the door did not close, and instead a piece of the knob stopped it and made a loud slamming noise at all hours of the night. The pillows were also HORRIBLE.

our room needed better lighting. The lamp behind the arm chair had two light bulbs, but did not put out hardly any light to read. Same with lamps by the head board of the bed.

Everything was great except for the cover over the heating/cooling unit was detached. It didn’t bother me too much as I was too tired after driving all day to get too concerned with it. The person who checked me in was polite and accommodating. I would stay again.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms! Needs updating. Very convenient to local eateries and shops.

Walmart trucks were backing together dock all night outside the window , the security lock on the door was missing , the coffee pod drawer was missing from the coffee pot, the pic in g room tv didn't work , and the cabinet doors to the refrigerator were falling apart

Quiet, comfortable king size bed. The shower water was hot and relaxing. Convenient location. You can walk to Walmart, Sam’s Club, Moe’s & other great places.

The facility is well maintained and managed. Very quiet and extremely comfortable. The desk staff and facility staff were helpful and friendly. Very nice stay.

Hotel was not clean and a worker unlocked our room door and tried to come in the room.

After checking in we found the refrigerator in the room was not working. Amanda the night manager was quick to help and get us a new refrigerator. Later the same night we realized the electrical plug by the bed was not working! Again Amanda helped by supplying an extension cord! After our second night we inquired about maid service and we were told that service was only available every third day!! The day manager said they would supply any fresh towels we needed. We have stayed several nights over the past five or six years and never have had this mediocre service. We are disappointed and not sure if we will be back.

The Front Desk Attendant that checked us in was so friendly and outgoing. She is the true definition of top notch Customer Service. If I can recall correctly, her name is Amanda. Best staff ever

Very good. We would stay here again. Amanda at checkin was friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. We have no complaints about any part of our stay.

The first room the air was not working but Amanda at the desk was amazing and got me a new room. She was so nice and helpful.

The staff were wonderful! The rooms were very comfortable with easy access to food options we could walk to. We enjoyed a great hot breakfast every morning.

Staff was very nice and professional. Nice breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t self serve which I thought was very odd but other than that everything else was great.

My stay was quiet and comfortable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. My stay was due to a family funeral…

Breakfast was limited due to ordering issues. Room was okay but bathroom had mold along the outside into the bed room. Would stay here again compared to other places nearer. Just get the breakfast better and have a meat and something gluten free as a bread option. Bed was fine.

Staff were extremely courteous. Bathroom appeared to be under construction - poor caulking, toilet not secure to floor, floor dirty. Breakfast was mediocre - sausage tasted freezer-burned, very limited choices.

This is a nice place to stop for the night. The room was OK but the bathroom was not quite clean. There was a ring in the toilet and some hair in the sink. The breakfast was OK but the coffee is not good. We picked up coffee at a McDonalds after we checked out.
