As per previous reviews, the property is extremely dirty. The couch in my room needed to be thrown out. The walls and outlet covers needed a deep clean. The bathroom needed to be hised down from mold and dirt. Will never stay again.

Very decent for a motel, no roaches thank God. Heat/AC unit works, but extremely dirty and dusty. Some of the pillows gave a scent of urine.. floors could use a sweeping and mopping for sure.

I get it, it’s a whistle-stop hotel stay off the I95 for about $112. The hotel lobby as well as our room had the overpowering odour of mothballs. To the point that we woke up at 4:30 am to leave after a 14hr driving day because everyone felt ill. Not sure if it’s a tactic to keep pests at bay or if it’s something else but it’s not acceptable. Combine with the proximity to the adjacent local highway and travellers need think hard about how much sleep they want/need. It should be noted some of the chemicals in mothballs can cause reversible health effects that include headaches, nausea, eye and nose irritation and coughing, all of which with the exception of nausea we all experienced.

I did not stay. I booked for Saturday- Sunday stay. Ended up having to contact my booking insurance for a refund. Dont know how i ended up being booked for Sunday - Monday stay. Hotel was not receptive or cooperative over the mix up on the phone

My car was stolen with important paperwork in it. Had to get a rental. needed a motel. paid around $230 around 12 a.m ahead because last 2 rooms was posted. Upon arrival plenty of rooms were available. Noticed, trash, toys outside and then smell inside the office, was told partial payment only. decided to stay. now he refused Service animal that detects when sugar is low. after showing 3 tags of shots, registration and service animal tag. He wanted paperwork, but only after I said it was in my stollen car. This motel manager is deceiving and dishonest. He was allowed to mistreat a disabled woman and her dog and keep the entire payment. We slept in the Car in that heat for 3 days running gas for air conditioning. Had to go back to the hospital for swelling endema. What we went through was hell. I Shouldn't have to post the videos of him cursing at me to get national attention over $230 Expedia bots called him. The police couldn't help they said its civil. Expedia is a huge company and thought would treat customers much better than this.

The staff is unprofessional. I called the hotel to cancel a reservation and spoke with someone who was very rude and hung up on me multiple times. I was treated like I was bothering them by just calling. When I finally reached a person willing to assist me it was too late to cancel or reschedule. If I had stayed at the hotel, the customer service I received over the phone leads me to suspect my stay wouldn't have been much better.

I get it, it’s a whistle-stop hotel stay off the I95 for about $112. The hotel lobby as well as our room had the overpowering odour of mothballs. To the point that we woke up at 4:30 am to leave after a 14hr driving day because everyone felt ill. Not sure if it’s a tactic to keep pests at bay or if it’s something else but it’s not acceptable. Combine with the proximity to the adjacent local highway and travellers need think hard about how much sleep they want/need. It should be noted some of the chemicals in mothballs can cause reversible health effects that include headaches, nausea, eye and nose irritation and coughing, all of which with the exception of nausea we all experienced.

Honestly I wouldn’t ever go to this place again. There was a dead bug caked to my bed sheet and I was paranoid of bed bugs the whole night. It wasn’t that clean.

The room we were given at the start had a leaky roof and drywall all over one of the beds. After receiving a new room the water was cut off at they resolved the leak. I asked the front desk person about it and he told me it would be back on in 1 hour. It was still off the following morning.

When checking in, the office staff wasn’t overly friendly but I think he was stressed because there was a plumbing issues this led to water being turned off later that evening, I will make note that he waited till we had showered. Kudos to him for that. We woke in the morning to no water. We asked for a refund but he asked for another hour. Within the hour the water was back on so we could shower and get out fod our day. I can’t say it was the cleanest. The switch plates were very dirty. The room was cool but stated muggy. My daughter and kids were 2 doors down. She had flying ants in the room and horrible WiFi service. The first night she couldn’t get the AC to work properly. We weren’t able to get the breakfast offered the first morning due to the water issue. We didn’t even try on the second day. Sadly, I don’t think I can recommend this place.
