The auditor at the front desk, Evo, was fantastic. He was kind, customer-centric, and a true service professional! The motel itself? Dirty, not like the pictures on Expedua website at all! No coffee maker in room, no continent breakfast, old building, electrical covers missing everywhere, lights and receptacles that didn't work. Had to movevthe microwave to findca plug that worked so I could use it. A cockroach crawled right up my glass on the nightstand, tv stopped working, but the auditor on duty could not have cared less. This place needs a major overhaul , updates, and brought up to code. Paint needed everywhere, dirty shower, floors, and a/c struggles to cool the room. Disgusted, and disappointed.

I was told at check in they were working on renovations but my room was not one of the renovated rooms. Too bad this info was not on the Expedia booking site, as it would have influenced my decision. Unfair to pay for something that is not as advertised in the website. :(

Staff was lovely but cleanliness was not good and it’s an easy fix. Just wipe everything down. Bathroom was in dire need of a cleaning and blood drops on the sheets. Had to wipe down toilet before we used it.

The property sufficed for a night stay. It seemed clean- linens, floor, bathroom, is all definitely being hit sufficiently by staff as far as I can tell. However, as I was leaving i saw a few cockroaches scramble around. And the caulking around the tub was black- both of which are concerning and disappointing. definitely due for some upgrades- but most of that doesn’t impact the utilitarian needs of a cheap stay. Check-in was a breeze, kind and welcoming.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I read the reviews and after staying there, the reviews had to be created by friends of the owner. There was mold everywhere including all over the ac unit. The shower floor was very dirty/moldy and disgisting as well and a huge hole in the vent above the shower.i wouldnt even try to take a shower in there. The deadbolt lock was even broken. Stay away from this place! I have never written a review before and felt like I had to for the first time ever.

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke, there were burn holes in the beds and the walls are paper thin. Heard every single word our neighbors said all night long, and got to deal with the smell of weed as they stood outside smoking and being loud until 4am. Worst night sleep we’ve gotten at a hotel, and if we hadn’t drove 12+ hours with an exhausted toddler we would’ve found somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend, especially with small children.

If you're looking for a roach infested room, this is definitely the place. It wreaks of stale cigarettes, cheap perfume and broken dreams. The tv didn't work, the phone didn't work and when I went to find the clerk, she was MIA (multiple times). We ended up leaving and going down the road to another hotel.

It said it had breakfast and there was none! Had to got to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper and the front desk agent questioned me on where my towels went! I informed him I had my children and husband with me and we needed more than 2 sets of towels. The gentleman that checked me in also said I need to change my room type and my price then jumped from $124 to $170 and they downgraded my room! Never again!

The room wasn’t available for check in at 4:20pm where we were told they needed another 30 minutes. An hour later upon entry the room smelled of a cleaning agent so strong we needed more time out of it or air it out. No one outside the office staff speaks English. No breakfast as stated in their page of advertisement.

Air conditioning worked great as did the TV and hot water. My only complaint is that at 3:30 in the morning the trash people came to empty the dumpster, my room was right near the dumpster and I was woken up from sleeping due to the loud banging of the dumpster being emptied. You should talk to the trash people and let them know that 3:30 in the morning is not a good time to empty the dumpster.

Good hotel at a good price. The room was satisfactory with a very comfortable bed and well working refrigerator. Some of the furniture could use a good cleaning. Overall, very pleased with this establishment, which is in a good location.

The sheets were stained and looked old; I had to stay there and used my own sheets. It was clean, but everything is very old—the bathroom, the bathtub—it was marked. I wouldn't go back there.
