We did NOT stay! We booked the room as the last stop on our road trip and wanted to use the pool and hot tub and we were informed upon check-in that the pool was "broken". The restrooms in lobby and one elevator was out of order. We found another hotel nearby

The property was nice however the elevator was out of order and as an disabled person I had to walk up and down the stairs and that was not fun due to just receiving new hips however the staff inform me that they could reimburse me 50% of my stay. Because I book with Expedia the request have to come through you, therefore I am asking you to request on behalf of me for a reimbursement and let me know so I can fellow through with them. Thanking you in advance for service. Arshella Smith

Check in was fine. Once we reached our room I discovered what appeared to be a plaster dust mess on the desk stop. I took a picture and returned to check in. Front desk person immediately apologized and upgraded our room. We were in the fifth floor and only one elevator was usable. It creaked and clanked every time we used it. Ice machine on our floor was blocked off due to it being broken. Exterior of the hotel had construction debris around the entrance. This was not the usual experience with a Hampton.

Easy access off of I-95. Ample parking. Staff were terrific- friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but the facility interior is showing its age. Not surprisingly, it is in the process of being renovated. The fitness room and pool were not accessible because of rehab work, and there was construction noise in the breakfast area in the morning. There are at least 3 good restaurants a short distance away. We had delicious takeout from an Afghani restaurant- Kabul Restaurant and Cafe - and ate it in the breakfast area. Very satisfied with our experience.

Check in was easy. Front desk was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was the elevator. Only one was working. I had stayed there over a week prior with the elevator not working. Just disappointed it wasn’t fixed on my return visit.

Hotel undergoing a lot of construction. Almost no parking at hotel when we checked in. I’m sure once completed the hotel will be nicely updated, but for now plan to get there early to find parking

The shower was filthy. I went downstairs to ask for someone to clean it. The front desk person made no apologies and said it would be a few hours before anyone could get to it. I explained that we needed to get ready to leave. She offered us another room. There was plaster hanging from part of the ceiling in the new room. One elevator was out of service for the entire weekend. The single working was crowded and stopped on every floor. I was very surprised because I never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn.

This property is a mess. Needs a major overhaul. The fitness Ctr and pool are closed. Sent us over to Country Inn and Suites to use their facilities. They were a mess. The bed is not at all comfortable. Room is antiquated. One bar of soap in bathroom?? Carpet dirty. Sofa /loveseat filthy. Honestly can’t believe that Hilton would be associated with this mess. Front desk agent stands at front door and smokes and guests must enter/exit thru get smoke! Very disappointed! Hampton Inns used to be associated with quality experience, but not at this one. Go anywhere, but not here!

Check in was easy and the room.was in good condition except for the mini fridge, bathtub, and the coffee cups provided which were not good quality. The tub had dog hair in it. The mini fridge did not get cold at ALL. We stopped at this hotel midway between our 840mi trip home. With the mini fridge out we were unable to store our cold foods in there. We were too tired to complain or change rooms so we just used iced to keep our food cold in our cooler. Unfortunately an employee named Frank seemed hostile and suspicious of me as if I weren't a guest at the hotel. He was questioning me and demanded my hotel card in order to enter even though I used the front sliding doors. I was singled out because Frank didn't question anyone else's right to be there. It was very upsetting because we were on our way home from learning my mother in law has cancer then to have to deal with an employee making me feel unwelcome on a trip that was already hard for my family and I.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were SO TIRED and the room was newly updated, clean and so comfy. We chose two queens since we were cramped previously at a friend’s home. We both stretched out with our four pillows each. Quiet room with large TV. Good breakfast with clean dining room. Couldn’t ask for more!

I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the hotel. When I stepped into the elevator, I took a step backwards in disbelief at how filthy and grimy the elevators walls and floor were. When ingotniffnon my floor, I saw that the wallpaper was peeling everywhere. When I got in my room, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The wallpaper was also peeling everywhere. The leather in desk chair chair was peeling and ripped off in several places. Just not the standard I am accustomed to for this hotel. It was t worth the money I payed.

Overall the room was comfortable clean and quiet. However the 3rd floor is under construction and our room 314 was next to it. No work being performed but hallway and elevator very dirty.

The sheets were stained right where i would sleep The man at desk looked at it three gross brown stains and brought us a fotted sheet which we put on and it took a long time for him to return No apology nothing off the bill

A solid place to stay during our road trip down from New England to Florida. The morning breakfast was nice, they had some good healthy options. The room was fine, spacious with good water pressure. There is an amazing Indian restaurant right around the corner if you're looking for a nice place to have dinner.

Hotel looks worn out. The box spring of the mattress was blown out at the sides and there was somebody elses hair cover bag thing left between the night stand and the bed. The pool was disgusting, pumps weren't running and the stagnant water had hair and junk floating on the surface. Both the pool and the hottub had a sort of filth ground into the surfaces such that you could see where more recent repairs had been done because those were the bright clean areas. The hottub wasn't very warm and when the jets turned on... well they just kinda bubbled up at the edge since the plastic things that direct the waterjets were missing. Also there was a commercial dehumidifier running 20 feet away.. that was plugged into an extension cord that ran across the (wet) pool deck. Overall it wasn't terrible, aside from the pool area, it just wasn't very good either.

Room was in what used to be the basement..noisy, thin walls.. reserved 2 nights. At check in our room key was set for only one night. Had to return to front desk to get into our room on day 2. At check in the clerk did not ask for our Hilton rewards info

Room was recently renovated and in great condition, but it was on the first floor, very close to the lobby. We heard the noise of people checking in and wheeling luggage all night long. Efforts should be made to sound proof the room, and eliminate the gap under the door which invited all the noise. Also, the AC made a ton of noise all night

Everything about this stay was great. Parking is plentiful. Our room was a newly renovated on the 5th floor, it was very clean. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold every morning. There's 24hr coffee/tea/hot cocoa station. Staff was friendly, especially the gentleman in the morning breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and a very good value.

One of two elevators was out. Being on the 5 floor it became a problem when it was busy. The rooms were spacious but looked like it was missing some furniture. There were no chairs other than a desk chair. The breakfast was very good for “continental”. The man talking care of room was on top of things. It was clean and well stocked. Overall it was a good stay.

Was clean standard hotel room with basic amenities. Two free bottles of water provided for Hilton Honor Members which was very nice. Decent breakfast provided to hotel guests including a food bag to go. The only criticism was staff at check in could show some way better customer service and be a lot more welcoming to guests of the hotel. Our check in clerk looked like she hated her job to the point of me asking if she was ok! A smile goes a long way especially in the service sector.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were SO TIRED and the room was newly updated, clean and so comfy. We chose two queens since we were cramped previously at a friend’s home. We both stretched out with our four pillows each. Quiet room with large TV. Good breakfast with clean dining room. Couldn’t ask for more!

I usually love Hampton Inn, but I was very disappointed with this one. I paid ahead for my room. We were attending a concert about 30mins or a little more away and knew we’d get in late. My fiancé called around 10pm to let them know we’d be late. We did not know exactly, but it would be after 1 am. Then we had a pretty rough family emergency situation and it made us later. We got there a little before 3 am. They have given our room away and had no more rooms. Someone screwed up.

Computers were down took 30 minutes to register, then while I was napping another guest was issued keys to my room and entered. Of course, in the confusion it was my keys that were disabled. Restless night.

Check in was excellent, the front desk agent was very helpful. Our rooms air is barely working. The fan is in but it is only cool right in front of it. Right before bed we requested an additional blanket for the pull out bed and the new desk agent would not provide one. Not a terrible stay but not an amazing stay either.

This is a great mid way point for our trip south from MA to GA. Easy on/off the highway and options for late dinners surround the hotel which is helpful. The room was nice and quiet. Comfy bed. Nice pillows. Great shower/bathroom

A solid place to stay during our road trip down from New England to Florida. The morning breakfast was nice, they had some good healthy options. The room was fine, spacious with good water pressure. There is an amazing Indian restaurant right around the corner if you're looking for a nice place to have dinner.

Everything about this stay was great. Parking is plentiful. Our room was a newly renovated on the 5th floor, it was very clean. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold every morning. There's 24hr coffee/tea/hot cocoa station. Staff was friendly, especially the gentleman in the morning breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and a very good value.

Check in was easy. Front desk was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was the elevator. Only one was working. I had stayed there over a week prior with the elevator not working. Just disappointed it wasn’t fixed on my return visit.

Room needed minor maintenance repair immediately - shades could not be lowered. Bathroom sink had a foul smell (p-trap needed cleaning) - I held my breath each time when using the sink. I attempted to use the indoor pool, but the water was much too cold. Elevator buttons were pushed out of their setting and into the wall on the second floor so that when checking out, I could not access the elevator and had to carry all of my luggage down the stairs. Staff should have been at the elevator assisting people with luggage knowing (and they did state that they knew when I reported the issue) the problem. After a pleasant stay of 6 days, I left angry due to elevator issues.

There was a little hiccup with the front desk receptionist was teetering on the line of being rude. He mentioned multiple times that I could not use my digital key because I booked using a third party and not directly with Hilton. I was told that the reservation could not be added to the Hilton app in order to use the digital key because I chose to book with a third party and not directly with Hilton. After I walked away and went into our rooms, I walk back down to the desk to purchase a bottle of water that is normally complementary for a honors member. When I stated that I would be contacting the corporate office to inquire why an honors member could not have the digital key added to the app just because they chose to use a third party for this particular booking, his tune changed. He was more than happy to add the reservation to the app so that I could finally use my digital key. He said he didn't realize that I was an honors member. Kind of sad considering he's a representative of the company and chooses to treat people a certain way based off of his thoughts.
