Très joli appartement, bien insonorisé situé au pied de la cité de Carcassonne. Lit confortable, petite loggia, parking inclus. Les lieux étaient vraiment agréables. Seul petit défaut, l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu succint, par exemple il n'y avait pas de passoire.

The location was great and the room was large. The balcony was pleasant, and overlooked a courtyard. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no sharp knife, sieve/colander, dishcloth or tea towel and there was only one pan and one frying pan. There is a hot plate and a grill/microwave oven. We had to buy washing up liquid and toilet roll for our 2 night stay, which is a bit annoying, but sufficient hand soap and shower gel were provided. Parking was very secure.

Surprise le logement se trouve dans une résidence senior. Mais tout est neuf et beau nous pouvons entrer et sortir à notre guise grâce a un badge et profiter des communs : jardin intérieur, salle de sport , piscine (qui malheureusement était en dysfonctionnement lors de notre venue) et parking privé. Notre studio au 3ème étage est spacieux très bien décoré et très propre. Nous bénéficions d’une petite terrasse privée avec vue sur le château. De plus le logement est a moins de 10 minutes à pied du château et de la cite médiévale et 15 minutes du centre ville ou du marché. Tout est parfait ici de même que la gentillesse du personnel. Nous recommandons ce logement.

A wonderful apartment, everything new and modern ...fridge and kitchen, large bathroom. . Lovely balcony, and the hotel has an elevator. Very close, short walk to the medieval Cite and the restaurants of Rue Trivalle. Note that this is a Seniors residence, nice snd quiet. Front desk staff very helpful when arranging for a taxi.

Un rapport qualité prix imbattable ! Appartement neuf, aménagé et décoré avec goût, nickel , quelques minutes à pied de la cité mais tout aussi proche du centre. Hyper calme, parking privé. Accueil souriant et attentionné. Bref, une pépite !

Overall great place. Everything is brand new and enough for a holidays. Few little things to improve cleanliness, staff friendly and kind. Just round the corner of Cité Médiévale and walling distance to rest of town, worth the money.

A really lovely place to stay - in the shadow of the castle itself which was a 10 minute walk away. It was more an apartment than a hotel room, with fridge/freezer, sink, living area and two separate bedrooms. Be aware that it was initially difficult to find because the rooms are within a retirement home and the facilities within our room clearly supported assisted living. Staff very friendly!

The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.

Fantastique. Tres bien placé. L'établissement est neuf. On avait un appart de 50m2 avec chambre, salon et cuisine.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Zimmer sind Bestandteil einer Seniorenresidenz und waren sehr großzügig angelegt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Dusche großartig und es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach. Wir konnten auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus parken, der durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns Empfehlungen für den Besuch der Stadt gegeben. Da wir kaum Französisch sprechen, waren wir froh, dass sie englisch konnte. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Very close, short walk to the medieval Cite and the restaurants of Rue Trivalle. Note that this is a Seniors residence, nice snd quiet. Front desk staff very helpful when arranging for a taxi.

Très joli appartement, bien insonorisé situé au pied de la cité de Carcassonne. Lit confortable, petite loggia, parking inclus. Les lieux étaient vraiment agréables. Seul petit défaut, l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu succint, par exemple il n'y avait pas de passoire.

The location was great and the room was large. The balcony was pleasant, and overlooked a courtyard. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no sharp knife, sieve/colander, dishcloth or tea towel and there was only one pan and one frying pan. There is a hot plate and a grill/microwave oven. We had to buy washing up liquid and toilet roll for our 2 night stay, which is a bit annoying, but sufficient hand soap and shower gel were provided. Parking was very secure.

The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.

Surprise le logement se trouve dans une résidence senior. Mais tout est neuf et beau nous pouvons entrer et sortir à notre guise grâce a un badge et profiter des communs : jardin intérieur, salle de sport , piscine (qui malheureusement était en dysfonctionnement lors de notre venue) et parking privé. Notre studio au 3ème étage est spacieux très bien décoré et très propre. Nous bénéficions d’une petite terrasse privée avec vue sur le château. De plus le logement est a moins de 10 minutes à pied du château et de la cite médiévale et 15 minutes du centre ville ou du marché. Tout est parfait ici de même que la gentillesse du personnel. A well positioned home from home, close to Carcassonne Medieval City for a fantastic price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was spotless, quiet and in a great place. Just over the road a street behind the main road is a lovely row of restaurants and bars, very chic. Access to the City is also very accessible, just across the bridge, 10 mins. Perfect 👌. Don't forget your swimmers cos there's also a lovely pool. The car park is secure and gated too.

The room was very clean and had everything advertised. My only concern was the inability to get the aircon doing what I wanted, no instructions!! Reception was a bit hit and miss when trying to ask about things. I never found the wireless password. However, I would stay again.
