I did not say and allowed the hotel to keep my from Rae paid. It smelled from the moment I walked in. My husband and I arrived early and I asked about purchasing a standalone room so for the night before, so that we could rest. One lady (white female slick back hair) yelled out “I can’t do that.” Or something to that affect before fully hearing what I was asking for. The Man then stated that he could not add a night or his charge me separately for a night due to the current reservation. I told them that I had done this before. They stated the oils not help. I then went around the corner that he Hilton property and the treatment, smell, and customer service was amazing. AND we were able to check in at 7:45 AM with no additional fees etc.

The tub was stopped up with a whole bunch of hair. They need to do a better job at removing their hair from the tub.

The place was perfect for an overnight stay. We were traveling back from Florida and needed a room for the night. It was clean and quiet. Bed was great, bath was updated . Overall a great experience. Would stay there again.

Loved to pay a little extra for more comfort and hot breakfast
