We had a lovely stay at this condo. You can walk 2 blocks up the road to the Snowflake lift or take a shuttle. The hot tub and pool are fun and are in the complex just one over. Management was responsive when water in bathroom pipe had frozen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - make sure to get off of the 4o'clock run before the Pine Ridge exit or you'll have to walk uphill, but we figured that out after the first day. We didn't use the hot tubs because it was so cold and we were too big of babies to do the walk haha. Amenities were great and a wonderfully stocked kitchen which was super convenient and nice and parking was great. Staff was great on checking in and very responsive - we accidently left a duffle bag with some significant items and it was found and they are shipping it back. Will definitely stay again!

The pool area is very close by and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tubs with snow falling on our heads. There are a lot of trees around where the kids can play and the walk to main street is 5 minutes max. Even walking to Beaver Run is about 7 minutes if you pass by the pool area. The four of us were really sad when we had to leave. The only tiny detail was that the sofa bed in the bedroom was a bit hard, I'd say allright for kids, a bit complicated for adults or teens. Everything else extremely comfy!

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was spacious with plenty of closet space and a huge pantry. Kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to make dinner every night. The in-unit laundry is always appreciated. Snowflake lift is a short walk in the morning and skiing down four o’clock has a walk through right to where the unit is located. You’re also a short walk away from downtown. Don’t forget to pack a couple extra towels to use for the pool/hot tub house- those aren’t provided. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious condo with a perfect location if you’re looking to park your car and not get back into it until it’s time to leave.

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. Everything looks just like the pictures on the ad. The rental company (summit mountain rentals) is extremely professional, accommodating and customer service based. They went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had prior to arrival as well as being available for the duration of my stay. Great place to stay for a mountain get away.

5 minute walk to snowflake lift. Can ski down four o’clock run and get within two minutes if condo. The best part was the texting service. They were amazing and answered all my condo and non-condo related questions. Place was clean and well kept

The property was as described and was very clean. The location is perfect for easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. There is a free shuttle bus stop across the street, one and a half block walk to Snowflake lift, and about a block to downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend this property.

The space was clean and the property management group was surprisingly communicative. Overall, good experience! There are some small updates that could be done to improve the property, like refinishing the coffee table in the living room. There were just a few things like that that made the place feel a bit old and worn. THAT SAID, it’s very well kept and clean. Bed was great!

Excellent location! Prefect for walking to Snowflake run, 2 blocks other way is Main Street. Property as described and photos show. Very clean, pantry larger than ours at home, plenty of storage in hall and bedroom closets. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of excess pillows and blankets for comfort. Communication on point. Easy to check in and out. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Love the location of this condo! It was comfortable and the patio seating was amazing our favorite. We did run out of hot water (on the 2nd shower of the day) and found many outlets are so worn out that plugs won’t stay in them. Charging phones was a bit of a challenge. I’d also recommend replacing the pillows. But overall was a very pleasant stay and would recommend the condo to others.

Excellent location! Prefect for walking to Snowflake run, 2 blocks other way is Main Street. Property as described and photos show. Very clean, pantry larger than ours at home, plenty of storage in hall and bedroom closets. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of excess pillows and blankets for comfort. Communication on point. Easy to check in and out. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. 5 minute walk to snowflake lift. Can ski down four o’clock run and get within two minutes if condo. The best part was the texting service. They were amazing and answered all my condo and non-condo related questions. Place was clean and well kept

Great stay, perfect location for walking to ski lift or into town. Had minor issue upon arrival but management team, Dave W. and Ashley quickly addressed it and helped make our stay perfect, thank you!!

Perfect Location on 4'o clock road right in-between the snowflake lift and downtown. Other than some minor things like the tub / shower draining very slowly (management responded quickly), it was a perfect stay. Would return anytime.

We left early. Place was okay - not great. Management rules weird - clean the place before you leave, do the dishes, take out the trash... a bit draconian. It wasn't great - so we left early. We wouldn't stay with them again... plus they do an end-around VRBO and get you to pay them direct (no refunds of course). They have you sign their overly 1-sided agreement. Bunch of management things we found to be "all in their favor"

We didn't use the hot tubs because it was so cold and we were too big of babies to do the walk haha. Amenities were great and a wonderfully stocked kitchen which was super convenient and nice and parking was great. Staff was great on checking in and very responsive - we accidently left a duffle bag with some significant items and it was found and they are shipping it back. Will definitely stay again!

The property was as described and was very clean. The location is perfect for easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. There is a free shuttle bus stop across the street, one and a half block walk to Snowflake lift, and about a block to downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was spacious with plenty of closet space and a huge pantry. Kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to make dinner every night. The in-unit laundry is always appreciated. Snowflake lift is a short walk in the morning and skiing down four o’clock has a walk through right to where the unit is located. You’re also a short walk away from downtown. Don’t forget to pack a couple extra towels to use for the pool/hot tub house- those aren’t provided. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious condo with a perfect location if you’re looking to park your car and not get back into it until it’s time to leave.

This is a great unit and so close to the main street. It not the newest but everything was clean and plenty of cooking supplies and even a lot of spices to use too. Easy communication too.

We did experience a few issues with the unit. No router so no wi-fi; TV didn’t work; front door wouldn’t lock; no shower curtain. All of these issues were resolved quickly and effectively. Management communication was excellent. The unit is just as VRBO pictures illustrate Great location. Easy walk to town.

The room was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great location we walked to town for shopping and food. Short walk to catch shuttle for skiing and were able to ski back to the same spot. It was a great vacation!!
