Appartement convenable calme et propre. Malheureusement, il y a une forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain il semble que ça soit le réceptacle de la douche qui dégage cette odeur. Porte papier wc qui reste entre les mains, gel douche quantité insuffisante. Cuisine propre sauf lave-vaisselle il restait un morceau de fromage à l'intérieur j'en ai pris plein les narines pour la deuxième fois. Le.parking est juste en-dessous et c'est très pratique pour les valises ascenseur direct. Commerces de premières nécessités, restaurants, lidl. Jeux de terrain pour les enfants. Conclusion : une fois pas deux la vue sur les citernes de la raffinerie et sur des bureaux de l'autre, un appartement sans climatisation et l'eau instable sous la douche achève l'expérience.

We had a fantastic family stay in an amazing modern apartment with all the facilities you need to make you comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were incredibly comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. The rapid response from the service team when a teddy was lost in the cleaning was the best customer service I have experienced. The area has a good variety of options for food and other essentials. Plenty of nice restaurants covering a wide variety of food styles. Our recommendation would be the Indian Mediterranean restaurant Safir. There are four supermarket options nearby of varying sizes. For children there is an amazing modern style amusement arcade in the basement, and due to the fantastic thought put into the design of the Etang area there are several parks and playgrounds within walking distance of the apartment. The transport connections to the airport, city centre, and the wider Geneva canton area are great and all included in the free Geneva Transport Pass that comes with the apartment. I would highly recommend here for a stay either as a family or as a business traveller.

Our stay was mostly very good. Laundry was the most frustrating thing as it required an account with a different company and the account had to be manually confirmed by that company which took until the next afternoon to be completed. Staff replied to my first email with questions after check then did not reply again which was also frustrating. The show was wonderful as it had a lot of pressure but we had to be careful not to flood the floor.

Great comfort. Clean apartment and laundry available. But getting the app sorted a bit complicated. The self check in is great. Need a bit more instructions for operating the oven and stove etc. else it was great stay. Would recommend the pace to anyone coming to Geneva

The property was immaculately clean and twin beds were really good in the bedroom. It had a well equipped kitchen but there was no microwave. The sofa bed was huge, and not too comfortable. It was okay bed. The property was fully secured. I highly recommend this property and if ever travel in Geneva, I would definitely stay in this property.

Absolutely beautiful location! Clean, comfortable, brand new, and quality! Soo nice! Everything you need in the kitchen. I wanted to stay longer. Laundry was pricey and needed an app to run the machines. I usually don’t do laundry but this time was necessary. Grocery store close by and transit minutes away.

Apartment was ideal for what we wanted. Close to the airport and easy transport. Nice and new clean property. Everything was fine, only thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom stank a bit and it was very warm at night as there’s no A/C and you can’t have the windows open due to the noise of the airport.

The apartment was clean and located very close to a tram line and there’s also a bus stop outside the building, taking you to the airport in 10 minutes. There are a couple of supermarkets within close walking distance / ground floor of the building. There’s also a corner shop selling world foods across the road. One con, is the bathroom. There’s quite a strong sewage smell in there. Hence, why I’ve knocked off one star. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay here and the convenience of the location to the necessities.

Literie assez confortable, emplacement bien, accès au trabsport facilele, des supermarchés par tout a côté, mais le canapé lit est trop brouillant, pas de climatisation ce qui a rendu nos nuits terribles avec la canicule, un apprthotel sans climatisation n est plus du tout accepté.

The best apartment we have stayed so far. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. It even included the dishwasher and oven. The quality of the kitchen utensils were also great. The only negative was the hose in the bathroom that was loose and needed screwing to the shower head a few times. Very close to the Geneva airport. Grocery shopping options close by. Prompt response to the queries. Geneva Travel cards were provided a few days in advance. Overall very happy with the stay.

There’s no air conditioner. We’re asking to get soap and shampoo, stuff didn’t bring, then we call they said they forgot to bring soap and shampoo. Stuff promised to get us second fan for kids and never brought, however we are asking twice.

The rooms are very clean. I like the flexible online check-in system. While we did run into an issue with a door which was challenging since there's no in person reception desk, the staff were quite responsive by email. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of sending the Geneva transit card by email prior to my arrival so I could use it to get to the hotel easily. It's also near a station so it's easy to get into the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!

The location was perfect, close to downtown and airport, ease mobility. Any question a had the host reply very fast. The space and cleaness of the apartament was excelent.

Personnel disponible par téléphone. Chambre propre. Manque des oreillers confortables. Gel douche à disposition uniquement pour une seule douche, plus de gel. Obliger d en' acheter. Tout comme le papier toilette:1rouleau et demi pour 4personnes pour 4jours,tres limite pour un hôtel !

We had a fantastic family stay in an amazing modern apartment with all the facilities you need to make you comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were incredibly comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. The rapid response from the service team when a teddy was lost in the cleaning was the best customer service I have experienced. The area has a good variety of options for food and other essentials. Plenty of nice restaurants covering a wide variety of food styles. Our recommendation would be the Indian Mediterranean restaurant Safir. There are four supermarket options nearby of varying sizes. For children there is an amazing modern style amusement arcade in the basement, and due to the fantastic thought put into the design of the Etang area there are several parks and playgrounds within walking distance of the apartment. The transport connections to the airport, city centre, and the wider Geneva canton area are great and all included in the free Geneva Transport Pass that comes with the apartment. I would highly recommend here for a stay either as a family or as a business traveller.

New build, well stocked kitchenm including a freezer and an oven. Property close to public transportation. A few restaurants in the neighbourhood, new grocery store being built at ground floor (Apr 2025) and specialty grocery stores also in building and across from hotel. We were nervous with the contactless check in, but communication was easy to follow

Apartment was ideal for what we wanted. Close to the airport and easy transport. Nice and new clean property. Everything was fine, only thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom stank a bit and it was very warm at night as there’s no A/C and you can’t have the windows open due to the noise of the airport.

The apartment was clean and located very close to a tram line and there’s also a bus stop outside the building, taking you to the airport in 10 minutes. There are a couple of supermarkets within close walking distance / ground floor of the building. There’s also a corner shop selling world foods across the road. One con, is the bathroom. There’s quite a strong sewage smell in there. Hence, why I’ve knocked off one star. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay here and the convenience of the location to the necessities.

The drawback was no microwave. Recommend either a longer shower curtain or plexi glass to separate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom as water was settling near the toilet. The location was also near the airport.

The Good Cleanliness and Comfort: The apartment was immaculate, spotless, and matched the comfort level of a high-end hotel room. Location: Perfectly situated for exploring, making it easy to get around once settled. The Bad Check-In Disaster: Online check-in was completed beforehand and the PIN was saved in the app, but upon arrival, the PIN vanished and the app stated the property was occupied. With no direct phone line and an unresponsive WhatsApp support number, we were stranded. We only avoided sleeping on the street because a kind resident let us use her phone to reach customer service just in time. Missing Essentials & Amenities: The bathroom lacked hand soap / hand wash, leaving only a used, broken bar of soap on the basin - a deeply disappointing touch that was never resolved despite requesting a replacement. The kitchen also lacked paper towels, and while we needed a power adapter, staff did bring a couple quickly after we asked. Communication Breakdown: Customer service responsiveness and arrival coordination were completely inadequate, earning a zero in this department. The lack of communication cost us half a day of our trip and forcing us to miss a planned itinerary.
