STAY AWAY! Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable! This was hands down one of the WORST hotel experiences I have ever had! Our first room looked like someone had thrown a party and nobody bothered to clean up. It was filthy, lamps were broken, and when my sister simply sat on the bed, we discovered it was BROKEN! We requested another room, unpacked, and got settled in, only to discover the SECOND bed was broken too! We were then shown a THIRD room with a broken refrigerator and a chair with its legs broken off. THREE rooms, and not ONE was acceptable! We finally had enough and requested a refund. Chris, the third-shift employee, claimed he couldn't do anything. When we called the next day, we were told there was no manager available, nobody we could call, and no corporate contact information they could provide. Absolutely ZERO accountability! To make matters worse, they even threatened to charge our credit card for a bed that was ALREADY BROKEN! The audacity of trying to blame guests for existing damage is outrageous! We were forced to find and pay for another hotel. The conditions were disgusting, the customer service was appalling, and the entire experience felt like a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE! Save your money and go somewhere else. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had a lot of hair in my bathroom, there was three bugs in my tub, the staff was nice and organized, breakfast was OK. The sausages was not done, the hot tub was not clean in the pool was not clean. But overall, the price was OK if I had to go back, I would not go there.
