Une nuit très confortable dans un grand lit! Le petit déjeuner à la carte est merveilleux mais attention aux quantités car c’est copieux (la photo n’est qu’une partie de ce qui nous a été servi). À 15min à pieds du centre de Bari, c’est niquel

The customer service was excellent. The staff let us store our luggage the night before our stay (and had it delivered to our room before we checked in), booked cabs for us, and packed us a breakfast to-go for our early morning check-out. Location-wise, it’s practical—a 10-minute walk to the train station and car rentals. However, the immediate area feels unsafe, and staff actually warned us not to walk late at night or to the station in the dark in the morning. The room was clean, but noticeably damp. With no bathroom fan, to ventilate the bathroom you had to open the window but that let in loud noise from the train crossing right next door. The room was also bright in the morning as the curtains didn't fully block the light. The staff truly go above and beyond, but the property itself has drawbacks.

The hotel was great! Very easy to get to from the airport and to the cruise port. The staff were super helpful! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast had so many options. Overall, extremely satisfied!

Bra läge, lätt att parkera i fint garage. Rummen är otroligt fina och fräscha med jättebra aircnfition, rummen är välstädade och frukosten är mycket bra. Det som drar ner betyget är att hotellet har stora problem med ventilationen och med avloppslukten i vissa rum. Vi fick först ett sådant rum och när vi sa till fick vi snabbt byta till annat rum med bra ventilation och där det luktade gott.
