Checkin was a nightmare. Very rude no interest in helping as far as getting checked in. Seemed like one was upset as far as having to do her job. No parking other than over a block away all up hill to door. Room was ok but 1 small very small ac window unit that would not keep up. Had to go to bar to get ice and could not get waited on. Just looked at me and walked on by several times before getting me ice. Restaurant no service to get seated either night we were there. They were standing out side smoking and complaining about being there. Will not stay there again

The room was horrible see pictures attached, the staff was horrible, the bed was exceptionally horrible,….especially the tall skinny guy that carries around his red solo cup!! it seemed as if he was overwhelmed, but did not ask for help and treated the customers like they were his subordinates and not somebody who is about ready to give them money and use their facilities. Very, very rude!! When he finally did check us in, the threats that they give you that if you lose $2.50 key ( it’s gonna cost you $200) is BS…. if it were made of gold, that came from the gold filled mountain behind I would understand. !! bottom line the place was horrible. It was very very, very dirty. There are holes in the walls that we had to plug as the women did not feel comfortable, staying in a room, thinking there may be a camera behind the wall!! we woke up with horrible back pain due to having to sleep on what appeared to be a 30 year-old mattress with a indentation hole worn in the center of it!! The urine around the floor of the toilet was sick!! The stained lampshades and dust on everything was enough to make you puke!! The air conditioner that was incorrectly installed in the window was too small for the amount of square foot that it had to cool very uncomfortable to sleep in 90° weather!! The owner and red Solo guy need to be thrown in the local town jail for stealing peoples money like they are. After we left this horrible establishment!! if you have other options, do not stay here!!

Fantastic as always!!! Never had a bad experience here and always have a great time!!!
