La ducha con el borde exterior con moho el edredon con manchas amarillas, una humedad enorme en la pared, el segundo dia mientras me dormia la siesta me desperté porque se cayó el cabecero de la cama sobre mi, cada vez que alguien hablaba por los pasillos se escuchaba todo no hay ninguna insonorización como dicen ni tampoco caja fuerte como dicen MUCHO CUIDADO PORQUE LA FOTO QUE PONEN DEL EXTERIOR EN ALGUNAS PUBLICACIONES ES DE LOS APARTAMENTOS ISABELIA NO DE SU FACHADA, al llamar a atención al cliente me lo cogio un chico y su respuesta fue que bueno viendo mi edad sabiendo que tengo 20 años es normal que me queje por todo se les pidio una hoja de reclamaciones y no me la han dado y el dia de la entrada tardaron porque segun ellos no se habia mandado la documentación cuando estaba enviado una semana antes del dia de entrada la chica del hotel que se llama andrea la verdad que super amable que tuvo que dar la cara y estar pidiendo perdon por las faltas de respeto de sus superiores la verdad que una experiencia pesima mucho cuidado porque por lo que vale no merece la pena

This property exactly as described. The continental brkfst was ample and with some healthy options. A great benefit to grab brkfst before hitting the street! The staff Andrea & others were helpful & very attentive. Overall made my stay great! Great location for seeing Granada. Note FYI the street facing rooms can be a but noisy as this is a university district and thus the kids are OUT all nite. For the same reason NOT alot of better eateries, but tons of fast/cheap eats! Ans close to several markets. Also, ensure you understand there is ZERO hotel staff, check in is more like an Airbnb. So make sure you follow the directions for check in and getting your details to enter, get your keys and access your room. Great Value for the price!

Ontbijt was goed, mis wel croissants en warme bacon en ei en andere broodjes( bruin of brood om te snijden) en bij drukte 1 broodrooster is wat minder. Op loopafstand van parkeergarage en centrum. Beetje oude en verpauperde buurt, accommodatie zelf is wel prima. Wel gehorig omdat het grenst aan 1 patio, meerdere kamers en ontbijtruimte. Gehorig ook de airco en koelkast en waterleidingen. Kamer is stuk kleiner dan op de foto.
