Great location, just two blocks to bus stop and short drive to town. The property accommodated our family of 6 easily. We did experience some issues with the hut tub and washing machine but the MGMT company responded within the hour to offer assistance. I will stay here again.

Loved our stay here. Very spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and 2 children. Great game room and hot tub snd close to hiking and biking trails as well as the town of Breckinridge.

Stayed over a long holiday weekend and the house was perfect. Very close to the Breck shuttle stop and also downtown. Two families stayed and there was plenty of space. Loved the views, hot tub, and large garage to park out of the weather.

Our only complaint is a lack of hot water. There was not enough to fill the master bath even halfway, when no one else had showered. But that said, we would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, only a few minutes from downtown. The house was dirty. The area rugs and Berber so worn and filthy they need to be replaced. Limited kitchen towels, garbage bags. The walls need fresh paint from all the nicks, dings and missing paint. All molding, doors and stair banister need new stain. The majority of bed pillows had yellow/dirt stains. Every wall picture had a layer of dust. Several blinds were either missing the turn rod or broken. Many windows were missing screens. The hot tub was hit or miss on heat button. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Patio furniture was minimal. A few chairs on balcony would be wonderful to sit and enjoy the mountain view. The deck and railing either needs to be repainted or replaced.

The house is larger in person than the pictures show with plenty of space to hang out after skiing and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. The highlights were the large kitchen, the hot tub that fit our entire group, ample parking space (which can be difficult to find in Breck), and the proximity to a bus stop on the Purple line (about a 8 minute walk from the front door).

This house was perfect for 7 adults! Bedrooms were spacious, the living rooms gave us plenty of space to hang out, the pool table in the basement was a pleasant surprise, everything was neat and clean. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Very nice and clean location, even if you don’t have a car easy access to Breck using free transit. Well maintained house, including the hot tub. Enough parking space even for our 15 passenger van. Good communication with Summit, the property management company.

This home was the perfect place for two families to stay together. Beautiful, spacious and CLEAN! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. We really appreciated the vaporizers to help us cope with the dry mountain air and the boot dryers to dry out our boots between ski sessions. Communication was quick and easy. There was zero evidence of pets being there despite it being a pet friendly property. Next time we will bring our dog! We would definitely rent again - summer or winter!

The home was decorated beautifully, nice couches to relax in for hours, comfy beds in all rooms. Plenty of space for everyone in my family! Everything was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with essentials, cookware, etc. perfect for cooking meals. My family loved the extra space downstairs that had another couch, bar, pool table, and card table. We had to contact Summit Mountain Rentals once during our stay in regard to one of the fireplaces. They responded quickly, were very caring and professional, and resolved the issue making sure we were satisfied. We loved this home and would definitely stay here again!

Lots of room, great mountain views, and plenty of accomodations - the hot tub is a great bonus as well! Also very close to the free ride bus stops to easily get to downtown Breckenridge.

Beautiful big pet friendly place! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was amazing! Proximity to town was just right. Not too far, not too close. Great response when we had one concern. We rent at least 3 times a year and this was the quickest response we have received! Highly recommend as a pet friendly place!

Beautiful, huge, well appointed and super clean. It doesn’t get any better! Walking trails by a creek for long walks with the dog. And the neighborhood is super quiet. We will be back!

Stayed over a long holiday weekend and the house was perfect. Very close to the Breck shuttle stop and also downtown. Two families stayed and there was plenty of space. Loved the views, hot tub, and large garage to park out of the weather.

This home was the perfect place for two families to stay together. Beautiful, spacious and CLEAN! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. We really appreciated the vaporizers to help us cope with the dry mountain air and the boot dryers to dry out our boots between ski sessions. Communication was quick and easy. There was zero evidence of pets being there despite it being a pet friendly property. Next time we will bring our dog! We would definitely rent again - summer or winter!

This house was perfect for 7 adults! Bedrooms were spacious, the living rooms gave us plenty of space to hang out, the pool table in the basement was a pleasant surprise, everything was neat and clean. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Three separate areas if you need some space away from each other or for the kids to go downstairs to be away from the adults. Only advice would be to have a car rental. Breck has a good bus system, but the stop a block away from the house quits running shortly after 3 so you need a car to really get into town. Would stay again.

This was a replacement properly for another property we rented. It was a nice house with comfortable accommodations. The rooms were nice especially the master bedroom with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The only annoying thing was the garage code sent to us was incorrect and we had to call an after hours service to get a new code. We were out of in cold at night trying to get into the house which was not preferable. Otherwise, really nice property.

Great location, just two blocks to bus stop and short drive to town. The property accommodated our family of 6 easily. We did experience some issues with the hut tub and washing machine but the MGMT company responded within the hour to offer assistance. I will stay here again.

This would have been a perfect stay, but unfortunately, the dishwasher never worked the whole 4 days. They sent over a repairman the first day who failed to fix it. Said they would send another one but he never showed. Washing dishes for 8 people after each meal was not fun!

Very nice and clean location, even if you don’t have a car easy access to Breck using free transit. Well maintained house, including the hot tub. Enough parking space even for our 15 passenger van. Good communication with Summit, the property management company.

The story is long and unpleasant. After arriving at the rental.(6 adults and 3 children) we discovered that there was no water. When we called the property management, we discovered they were out of India. Basically told us they couldn’t do anything for us that night and we would have to wait until morning when the office opened. With frozen waterlines there is no water and you can’t even flush toilets . In the morning we called the property management company only to find out they don’t open until 9 AM. We started repacking and reloading the cars from everything we did the night before. They didn’t find us a new house until the afternoon the next day. My question would be why wasn’t this checked before we got to the house? B/F you have a guest check in the house, shouldn't you-check for things like running water, heat, or other things. Come to find out this house has had issues with frozen waterlines in the past and it still didn’t get checked?! Why isn’t there a way for the Indta team to get a hold of someone in the US in an emergency? We had to go out and buy water to get us through the night. We were offered nothing to help that night. And the next day it took 3/4 of the day for them to figure out what they were going to do. Short family vaca was cut shorter dealing with issues out if our control. Today I’m back home and waiting for someone in the US management to call me. Disappointing to say the least!

We rented a home with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a family room with pool table and game area. When we got to the home, we were there less that 5 minutes when my phone rang. It was the rental agent telling us that the pipes had froze and there was no water in the unit. We had driven over 400 miles from Wyoming (6 adults, 2 kids and two dogs) so we had to stay somewhere. They put us in a unit with 3 bedrooms and a tiny living room and kitchen. They had never rented it before and it obviously had not been prepped, but becuase of the 2 dogs it was the only "dog friendly" unit they had. It was MUCH to small for that big a group, and truthfully it was filthy. My duaghter and her husband left the second day and the rest of us left the morning of the second. A pretty disasterous family vacation.

This is a beautiful, and spacious cabin. It's accurately described. We enjoyed the little trails that winded through the homes. We were in town for a wedding which was at Sapphire Point Overlook. It was convenient to downtown Breckenridge. I had a couple of questions which the management answered promptly. I would come here again. Thank you for letting us use your cabin!

We loved this property! Very spacious and well equipped. Really close to downtown Breckenridge. The kitchen had everything we needed. Most appliances are brand new and work well. We loved the game area downstairs for evening entertainment. Great choice!

Let me start by saying that the house is in a great location, close to the ski slopes and downtown. However, the reason for my rating is due to the lack of responsiveness of the rental company (Summit Mountain Rentals) and the owners. We checked in on a Wednesday and were immediately told that there was a problem with the dryer. Not a big deal unless you pack for 3 days instead of a week thinking there would be washer/dryer available. I was told they were working on getting it repaired/replaced on the day of arrival. By Friday, still no plans for repair/replacement and I had been in contact daily and was told they were getting the “vendor” involved. It turns out the vendor is the owners and the rental company said they could not make a large purchase without the approval of the owner. Good overall. Enjoyed access to downtown area and nearby attractions. Loved that we were able to bring our 13-year old dog. Two callouts for improvement.1) Photos give impression that house is more secluded than reality. 2) Minor upgrades needed. Blinds aren’t all functional and carpet needs to be replaced.
