Property has been recently renovated so rooms are modestly updated with new bathroom fixtures and flooring. Overall feel is shabby and surrounding area is very rundown, just off I95. Coming in at night felt unsafe. Temperature control in the room was inconsistent and though it had a fridge and coffeemaker, lacked a microwave. On my first morning, the sink completely clogged. I reported it and it was repaired by the time I returned to the room 10 hours later.

Overall its a basic hotel nothing luxury but clean and the staff was friendly & nice. Breakfast was good. They only have a refrigerator im the room the only microwave is in the main lobby Theres no elevator. The room was very clean but it was noisy at night you can hear the ppl upstairs walking and other guest loud in the hallway

Potential guests should know ahead of time that the property is under major construction. I did NOT know this. Ice maker not working, no wash cloths in bathroom, no wastebasket in bathroom, no facial tissues in bathroom, no lamps on end tables, microwave was disgusting, NO BREAKFAST, no elevator, no refrigerator in the room, no closet, no hangers, I feel the amount i paid for 2 nights was ridiculous considering the conditions. When it rains the parking lot is a swimming pool. Hotel was clean and staff was fine. Keisha at the front desk is amazing

The hotel is still under renovation. It’s done in most parts, I believe. So it’s nice and clean, just missing a few minor essentials, such as hangers, towel hanger, etc. It’s a two-story hotel. I do not see any elevator. If anyone has mobility issue, it’s a good idea to contact for special request. We had great experience with staff and cleanliness. They just need to update online pictures.

I like the fact that the property is been renovated and it will be of standard when it’s finished

Newly renovated location, still under construction. New everything but missing average amenities such as, chairs table lamps and dresser. Fridge and microwave not in cabinet and stacked on the floor.

Hotel is under construction. Rooms not finished. Hallways full of debris, external doors including back doors not locked at night, front deak left unattended. Hotels.com falsely advertised this hotel. No ice, no security lat he’s on doors. Unfinished work everywhere. This hotel should NOT be open for guests yet, it is unsafe, filthy and most things don’t work.

The first room we went to missed a security locck at the door,the second room in which we were transferred to was so dirty and dusty that my wife had to use a wet towel to clean up everything since we were already there…

Do not stay here at any cost .. it’s filthy and gross and unsafe .. this place should be shut down . We walked in our room and in the bathroom maggots of every stage . Thank god hotels.com gave me a refund . And I reported this to Wyndham .

We left within five minutes after attending a festival and despite it being in the middle of the night. We decided to drive home exhausted. There were bugs crawling on the bed and table when we turned on the light. The staff was very accommodating with a refund.

Good and clean

The lamp was broken. The wall had damage to it. There was a used soap in the shower. The room was slighlty musty also. Overall not worth the money.

Checked in room with my son and used condoms we’re on the floor and bed also, beer bottles were everywhere

First off the front desk person was not welcoming. Also I didn't appreciate her taking a copy of my license and she told me there would be a hold on my credit card so she needed that also. Front desk person the next morning told me there was no hold on my credit card. At first sight the hotel looks fine, recently refreshed with paint and went from Super 8 to Quality. The hallways on the first level reminded me of prison and FREEZING cold.White walls dark doors and the numbers on the right hallway are wonky. The room 135 was also freezing, very clean, recently refreshed. The heater seemed older but worked well but the bathroom remained cold. The mattress was fabulous, wish I knew the name. After getting situated after traveling all day, ready for sleep there was a beep. Loud disturbing beep. We tried to ignore it but after an hour my husband went to the front desk and we changed rooms. Packed up walked past front desk down left hallway, room 105. Heater looked newer but hardly worked. Room was cold like hallways, bed was comfortable.

The hotel currently is under construction. The AC didn't work, the fridge and the microwave not plugged-in. the water pressure in the shower basically not existent. There was a desk in the room but no chair. The nice receptionist organized one. When touching the walls in the shower the fingers turned white. I believe much was due to construction and I would have appreciated a heads up from someone at the time of booking.

Very nice hotel for the money. Only one complaint is the noise outside of the hotel is a little bit disturbing but other than that it was a great stay was nice and clean, but was very comfortable. Check and check out was very easy. Yes, I would recommend it.

First night it was too noisy, people were screaming, you can even listen to the people walking through the hallway. It was 11:00 pm and it didn't go quiet at all. I asked the front desk lady to cancel my reservation for the next two day and she said she does not have authority. And her manager will come 10:00 am on next day. I asked her to give manager a call or give me his contact and she declined to do that. Very poor breakfast, no drinking water in the breakfast. room and bathroom got remodeled but there was no towel hanger. No carpet on the room floor. Area and parking lot did not look safe, I found two of the car had their door wide open for the entire night, not sure if there was vandalism or owner forgot to close the door. I will never stay in this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the shower felt amazing however the smoke alarm kept beeping. When I checked in around 9:00 PM Thursday and entered the room I noticed the smoke alarm was beeping. I called down to have the battery changed and the responded immediately and the beeping stopped until 6:12 AM the next morning. I went down for a cup of coffee Around 7 AM and informed them that the smoke alarm was beeping again, they advised they will make a note for someone to look into it. Around 9:45 AM they let me know they were going to fix it. I went out for a few hours and when I came back the lock was reset and my key card was not working to enter the room causing me to go back downstairs to get them to reset my card, while doing this they advised me the smoke alarm was fixed and would not be going off. Then at 1:21 AM I woke up to the smoke alarm beeping once again. I don’t know if the alarm is at its 10 year life span or what the situation is, but I think management needs to look deeper into this because if there were a major emergency and the smoke alarm is not properly working, the person in that room may not be able to respond to it.

They did not clean the sheets at all. Hairs and wrappers found in the sheets. Horrible shower pressure. The only good thing was the lovely receptionist.

When I arrived to check in, there was 2 men behind the counter. I said I had a reservation on hotels.com. They informed me there was a 100 cash deposit for "smoking and damages". I explained that it was not listed anywhere in the description, nor were there any posted signs stating there was a 100 cash deposit for rooms anywhere. A couple came in, I let them go in front of me, and they were told 100 cash deposit, the couple said when they called they were told a 50 cash deposit, the entire thing was beyond shady. Even on my check in form, no mention of a cash deposit anywhere, my husband (who came in from parking the truck) had them write and intial that we gave them 100 cash. Being that it was midnight, I had just worked a 18 hour day, outside we stayed, just needed a bed and a shower. We go up the first room, open the door and get hit in the face with strong Marijuana smell. Go to call the front desk, so they can come up to smell the room, (and not attempt to keep my 100 deposit) no phone. My husband had to walk back downstairs, to get someone.. neither one came up, just issued another room. We switch rooms, again no phone, no remote for the television (we weren't going back downstairs, as no elevator to tell them) When we were leaving, I went downstairs and left my husband upstairs, so they can inspect the room to get my money back. While in the room, the man informed my husband that a woman checking in by herself is shady, and made a hand gesture. Disgusting, misogyn

Everything was very clean and the gentleman at the front desk (from Shrewsbury) was incredibly friendly. He was always at the desk when I came in even after a late night at a music festival. It felt very safe even though I’d traveled alone to an unfamiliar area. It was also just off the highway and very accessible.

Quick check in with the clerk lady. She was very sweet. Room was wonderful for price.

They entered my room WITHOUT my consent to hang and ironing board and “clean” my room. I wasn’t there for more than 6 hours. I left to run an errand and came back and they entered to “clean”?? I would not stay here again, nor recommend it. This is creepy and unsafe vibes. After 6 hours! You enter my room to clean it? To hang an ironing board up? That couldn’t wait 24 hours ?

this was a very scary place. I stayed one night, and cancelled next night reservations. They would not give me credit for the two nights I did not stay. My situational awareness revealed many dangerous circumstances. It was in a very isolated location. Dark with poor lighting. The office desk has plate glass. Guest were very scary. I truly feared for my safety. There was a $50.00 surcharge for potential damage to room. The room had NO trash baskets. Folks came and went. Several vehicles just cruised the parking lot very slowly. Not since living in the ghetto area in St. Louis during college did I fear for my safety. Very great potential for negative event in my opinion.

Hotels under renovation but our room was clean, everything worked, and the staff was friendly. All i really need in a cheap hotel. If you're expecting Ritz Carlton amenities, This is not your place. If you're looking for cheap hotel to crash, not too bad. Good location. 15 min trip to just about everything. I'd stay here again.

Check in was fine. Breakfast was underwhelming but then again it was free. The coffee was weak and the muffin was one wrapped in plastic and in the refrigerator. There was yogurt available and that’s about it. There was plenty of parking be sure to lock the doors as the area is questionable but there are cameras in the parking lot so I suppose that’s a good thing. I don’t know if I would stay here again. Overall just ok.

Very pleasant stay at a hotel that is trying hard to stay ahead. The area is rough, but the hotel management clearly strives to improve the location by offering a quality hotel experience, with new upgrades and good facilities.

Super sketchy area, and the hotel was beyond dirty! I have asked the receptionist upon my arrival if the place was for families, he immediately offer to cancel the reservation….he suggested I looked inside the room and hinted it would be better for us to cancel….which we did and went somewhere….

She said my payment was denied when my card was charged 8 days ago. No breakfast, coffee pot or microwave as advertised.

Unsafe no grab bars or railings to hold on to. If you are elderly. Their claim of a good breakfast is not true. Hardly any thing for breakfast. Orange and apple juice is watered down. No bagels or any cheese only dry bread and fake butter no pasties absolutely the worst breakfast

For an budget hotel it was clean. The bare essentials which was fine considering it was the cheapest place in the area. The staff was friendly. A small to go breakfast with microwave sandwiches, juice and dunkin donuts coffee. Yogurt. The only issue was noise from highway.

I was very happy with my stay. The motel has been renovated so it is very clean and nice. The bed was great. The yogurt and muffin they provided for breakfast was good. The staff came right over when I couldn’t get my heater turned on. It was a little tricky to find since it is off the street.

couple of things to fix up, should add a little to breakfast mean, but all good, will stay again
