UH Suite The Coex

We had an incredible 16-night stay at UH Suites COEX and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I stayed here with my daughter while I underwent surgery in Seoul and from the moment we arrived until the day we left the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Anna and Taylor who went above and beyond every day. Whether it was helping organise reservations, arranging pickups, answering our endless questions or simply checking in to make sure we were okay, nothing was ever too much trouble. They even made a point of being there to say goodbye before we left which was so thoughtful touch after such a long stay. The location was perfect for my surgery incredibly convenient and the rooms are every bit as beautiful as they look in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the entire suite was spotless and welcoming. My only tiny personal preference would be blankets rather than sheets, as we’re very light sleepers and found the sheets a little noisy when moving around at night but that’s purely our preference and in no way takes away from what was an exceptional stay. They also offer one bag of free daily laundry what a bonus! and given the heat we definitely took advantage! We are so grateful for everything the team did for us and will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Seoul. Thank you for looking after us like family ❤️🤗

Reste med en 5 åring. Poolen i rummet var perfekt avkoppling med barnet. Udda planlösning men mycket mysigt. Rummet kändes fräscht och hade massa förnödenheter, och personalen var hjälpsam. Erbjöd gratis tvätt en gång om dagen vilket var perfekt för oss som packat lätt för rese runt. Lämna in på eftermiddagen och fick på kvällen. Det har påpekats i andra recensioner om att duschen läcker, och ja det stämmer men det är för dålig design av duschdörren där man verkar ha missat plastbiten man brukar sätta nedanför. Vilket gjorde om du sprutade på dörren så rann vattnet längs med och rann ut i springan som fanns kvar. Håller med det kan vara störigt men skulle inte avskräcka mig för att välja hotellet igen.

Excellent place to stay with family or friends. Love the style of the hotel. Very calming and safe. Love the shampoo and conditioner that they provide. Smell so good and clean for my hair after washing. Taylor were very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcoming. We will definitely come back to UH suite the Coex. Thank you, Taylor!!

Stayed as a group of 6 ranging in age from 7 - 75 years old and stayed for a total of 3 nights. This hotel is very stingy with their amenities. They allowed us to borrow 2 universal chargers. When asked for extra, we were told the max was 2 per room, even though we were a party of six. We requested for extra pillows and again were told the max was 2. Then at checkout, they tried to charge us for those extra pillows. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The shower glass was frosted but you could see everything, so even though we had two showers, we showered one at a time. I would not recommend this hotel.
