The property was very dated. No real investment has been put into the property to make it look nicer or more updated. I will say my bed and linen on my bed was clean. On the first day, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking. They responded, quickly, on that day and sent someone up to look at it and he said he fixed it. I went to take a shower later that night and when i got by bath towels together, there were 3, one had a hole, one had a huge yellowish stain and one had long hair on it (that was not mine). I called downstairs again and they gave me new towels but that also had hair on it. I told the lady and she continued to insist there was no hair on the towel until i had to point it out more that once to her. I finally got new towels and proceeded to take my shower. Once in the shower, i noticed the water was not draining so it continued to fill up as I was showering. This had me thinking, if housekeeping cleaned the bathtub, they should have also noticed this issue. I called downstairs for the 3rd time that night and let them know about this issue. It was fixed the following day but the faucet was leaking again. I called, again, about this leaking faucet in the bathtub and was told to wrap a towel around it so I didn't hear it. I was there 4 days, the faucet never got fixed in the bathtub. I'm from the area so I never had to stay in a hotel but now I live in another state so now I'm forced to get a hotel when I'm in the area but I don't think I will be staying here again

The room was severely outdated, with worn furnishings and poor maintenance evident throughout. A strong, persistent odor of mold and mildew made the air unpleasant and unhealthy. Furthermore, we observed multiple insects, indicating a significant pest control issue and unsanitary conditions. The combination of false advertising, the unhygienic environment, and the persistent mold smell made for a very uncomfortable experience. I urge management to address these serious issues immediately. I would advise potential guests to look elsewhere. Nowhere near the $500 plus I spent for a two night stay.

Had some smoking smells. Biggest issue was the horrible beds we endured. Sinkhole in the center, making you feel you were not only at an angle, but could hardly get out. Other bed in the room was the same. I would have asked to switch rooms, but I wasn’t confident it would be different elsewhere in the hotel. Sad.

The room I had was HUGE! I didn't expect that. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room/bathroom very clean. Areas I saw outside were also clean. Convenient to where I was going. Breakfast was pretty good and there were a lot of choices. Interaction with lobby staff and the staff in the breakfast area were pleasant. Would stay again.

The entire staff was incredibly nice, respectful and kind. Starting in the front desk and ending with Mr.Angel (maintenance). Everyone was willing to help and make you feel comfortable and welcome. My room 303, was the best! Super quiet and very nice beds. Full breakfast with so much variety. My daughter and me have a great time.

Poor Management. Overbooked my reservation then asked if we can book another hotel while we checked at 11P.M while we have 4 kids in my family group. Like seriously? Front desk people are not sure what they are doing. Manager doesn’t even want to address what the issues were and doesn’t seem to care when I talk to them. We will never come back!!!

We chose this hotel through Expedia since it was listed as a VIP hotel with a free beverage, early/late check in/out and room upgrades when available. The front desk staff ignored my question about the Gold status perks and talked over my questions. When directly asked about the Gold member VIP perks again since the hotel is marked as a VIP property, he said it was an Expedia thing and continued with his check-in speech. The staff made no effort to explain. The hotel should have to be removed from the VIP hotel listing.

Have stayed here a number of times but this hotel is in need of better managment and an update. Stayed 2 days. Arrived and were sent to a room that was not ready. Returned to our room later after it had been cleaned. Thin walls made it impossible to sleep as young children of large family next door were yelling until 1:30 AM. The maid service NEVER came to service our room the 2nd day.. With a few improvements im sure this place could return to what it once was.

I enjoyed the full different breakfast daily. The workers keep the tables clean and the food plentiful. The staff was very nice and friendly. I liked the ice machine and vending machines on each floor with snacks and drinks.

The bathroom had mold on tile grout. The beds were rock hard. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and breakfast used to be good, but this time breakfast was substandard in terms of choices and tastes and we got sick from the eggs. For the price of this hotel stay, wish we had stayed elsewhere.

It seemed like the breakfast wasn’t quite as good as other Best Westerns. There was only one pancake machine. (So it was crowded).

Breakfast was above average because of the variety (including meat and cooked eggs, etc) offered. Breakfast was outstanding! It is a standard basic old hotel that has been nicely remodeled in some ways. A refrigerator and microwave are guaranteed in every room. It is standard and dependable. It was very quiet. The A/C was a little loud but I turned it off in the middle of the night so it was ok. The whole area has lots of stores, restaurants, etc. right nearby.

Very comfortable room. Everything was clean, and well placed. The corner chair and foot stool is a nice touch. Breakfast was very nice. Omelette,sausage, potatoes as well as the usual waffles…

Overall good. Just that when we requested for a room clean after 2 days of stay, it was NOT Done!! Very very disappointed with this. Location is great. It was clean. Breakfast too repetitive.

Staff are excellent! Property is a little dated, but the buffet breakfast is definitely of better quality than one might expect from a Best Western. Amenities were listed and provided as expected. Staff were very helpful and friendly. And the cleaning crew seemed to be doing great. However as mentioned the property is dated in both design and infrastructure. For example, the elevator freaked me out a bit and there were lots of marks on the hallway walls, scuffed tiles and an aging design. The bed was comfy, but firmer than I’d prefer. Thankfully, I was so exhausted from daily events/schedule that the firmness didn’t cause any missed sleep. There was some roadwork at the entrance, but had nothing to do with the property itself so it can’t decrease my grading of the property itself. All in all, I had a lovely stay mostly due to the good brekkie, lovely staff and perfect location (near a bunch of main roads and highways).

It was really affordable, appreciated the outside entry for my dog that was traveling. The bed was comfy, big tv, the shower was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again.
