Best Western Naperville Inn

I love it

Poorly staffed. Sheets were dirty with shoe prints and took an hour and a half to get new sheets and then were told there were no more comforters. There was also burn marks on the pillow cases and floor. Not to mention we were not told about the 6-8 police officers standing in front of our door due to some issue. None of my business but I felt that we should have been told prior walking up to our room. Sketchy place overall. Multiple police circling the building all night. Breakfast was very disappointing. Hot food options were chicken and turkey sausage and an omelette with ham, cheese, and veggies. No hot food that was accommodating to vegetarians other than a bagel/toast, potatoes, and oatmeal. Would not recommend!!

Ac didn’t work there was no pool like they said bed was dirty no help when needed

It’s a bit old and is partly a motel. Good price and simple.

Everything was great. Although it would've been nice to have a clock visible (not on the TV) in the bedroom. Hooks in the bathroom and shower would've been helpful.
