Villa Malu

Overall, we had a very good experience. Like many others said in the reviews already, the place is very hard to get to IF you don’t know the correct road. We were told the correct road we need to use by Maja after we first arrived. The roads up there are still challenging sometimes and should be driven on with caution. The house is very warm and comfortable. It has a great kitchen, a big living room and two clean bathrooms (even with a washing machine). The outside area is great too with an amazing pool, a big table to have dinner at, and many beach chairs to sun bathe. One thing we didn’t enjoy: One of the bedrooms has 4 very small beds + a baby bed. The beds are not really suitable for adults which should be mentioned in the offer. Maja was always very communicative and helped us when needed. The agency booked restaurant tables for us since we don’t speak Italian an made recommendations where to go. All in all, we had a very nice week in Massa Fermana.

The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house has a beautiful outdoor area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for grilling and a large pool. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is definitely necessary. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only the fridge should be changed into a bigger one considering the size of the house and the number of guests. The air conditioning costs additional.

If you are looking for a place to get away from the routine, this villa is the ideal choice. The private pool is stunning, the outdoor area offers perfect relaxation spots to enjoy nature surrounded by beautiful olive groves. The villa is clean and well cared for, the interiors are functional, and nothing is really missing for a perfect stay. Luigi and Maya have built a beautiful house, are incredibly hospitable, readily available for questions and give great suggestions for things to do in the area. Yes, you drive on a dirt road to the house, but the road is perfectly doable (especially if you drive slowly). The house is fully equipped (matches the pictures), the beds were nice, the large fenced garden was a delight for our dogs, not to mention the beautiful view! We enjoyed a wonderful week, so this accommodation is definitely worth it if you want to slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet!

A very peacful place with stunning views and a nice house. Small roads lead up to the house and a car is a must to be able to go anywhere, which is not a problem. The host Luigi was very nice and welcoming. Definitely worth it ????????????
