The hotel staff was excellent 100 out of 100. Clean,organized breakfast waffles make your own great! the meat ahh couldn’t swallow nasty. The eggs ahh worse than meat. So that was 7 out of 10 total breakfast score. Pool/ hot tub/ sprinklers for kids. 10 out of 10 plenty of towels. Took shuttle to and from six flags was a breeze. I would stay there again.

Literally less than 10 minutes walk to Six Flags (don't need transportation or pay to park there). Also the pool area has a bar window so you can order food and drinks (alcoholic and non) to enjoy poolside. Fantastic bar tender too!! Will definitely be staying here again for future DFW visits!

Had a great stay even with our 2 small pups. My kids were thrilled with the pool and splash pad. Completely unexpected. The shuttle service offered by the hotel was also great. It made attending the Texas Rangers game a breeze. Would def stay here again.

The location, room, and pool were fantastic. The shuttle for big concerts ex. Stray kids, going was fine but getting home there was a line a mile long and 30 mins between shuttles. We waited over an hour for a shuttle to even be there. Not prepared for the amount of people that signed up for the shuttle. The shuttle for other places, Walmart, other hotels, fantastic. Again, location is awesome for 6 flags, football, baseball stadiums.

The lobby stinks. There is no excuse for the stink to be there for days if they had a plumber working on it as they claimed. The internet was terrible. It has high latency and disconnects every few minutes. There was a loud party that we heard all the way on the top floor. The room itself was really clean. It was quiet until the party on the bottom floor. My biggest complaint with the room is the internet.

The only negative I have is that while showering, the water in the tube backed up and didn't drain right away. Thus I was standing in dirty water. Draino should fix the problem.

Room smelt like wet dog with wet carpet, requested another room, AC unit had a moisture to the room. The carpet was wet and room felt terrible with the moist. There was hair everywhere in the restroom and the sink smelled like rotten eggs, not sure if it was the actual water.

Our room was big and spacious. It had a king bed and a full bed, however, the bathtub was so clogged with hair it would not drain. My wife spent about 20-30 minutes pulling hair from the drain so we could shower. I called the front desk and they didn't seem too bothered by it. I explained she was touching strangers hair in the drain and the solution offered was less than satisfactory.

Stay was excellent. We had room 523 and it had the best view of Six Flags. You'll be able to watch all the rides really come alive at night. It's really at cool site for the kids. Room was very very clean!! Quick Tip: If it's more than two in your party, be sure to ask for additional soaps before you go up to your room.

One of our room keys did not work and I had to walk around the whole building to get in. Room smelled terrible upon arrival and didn’t ever improve much. We arrived late, past 10, and were too tired to complain. The thermostat would only let you turn it down to 65, and that 65 was actually more like 75. Very hot and stuffy and the a/c would not stay on. And this is March - good luck this summer! Our floor was very noisy past midnight. We most likely will not return to this location.

Will definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet, convenient. My only 2 complaints: Hand held blow dryer in room was nasty, sticky and disgusting. Room did not cool down enough. But again I will be back.

Everything was good about our stay except we only had warm water in the shower. The sink had hot water that would almost burn your hands, but not the shower. Said something to the front desk but had no response. Basically, we would get in the shower wash our hair and jump out. Maximum stay in there was about 2 minutes is al you could stand.

budget hotel, useful location to most things in Arlington. The air conditioning is about as noisy as a small jet and constant. It would not turn off so no escape. Breakfast was typical of a hotel this type - polystyrene plates and plastic utensils, ultra processed.

I liked the spaciousness of the room. The two tvs was great too. Especially, if you’re traveling with children. I did not like how our mini refrigerator did not cool down anything. Also, the air conditioner was hit and miss. Cool, then hot, over and over again. The humidity in the hallways was ridiculous. The lady at the front desk who is originally from Tulsa, OK she was awesome. Great personality, sense of humor and great customer service skills. Darius, could definitely use some refresher courses on customer service. His attitude appeared like everything and everyone was getting on his nerves. Outside of those issues, it was a decent hotel for a weekend getaway.

This property does an incredible job. We were in town for an ACDC concert and the property and staff turned "a place to stay" into part of the event. They ran shuttles to the stadium and return trips back to the hotel until well after the concert was over. They kept the bar open late and sold food until after midnight on a Moday to accomodate the dozens of fans sraying with them. From check-in until I left, the hospitality was great. Thanks to the front desk, shuttle driver and the rest of the staff for a great stay. I hope I have another reason to stay in Arlington.

When checking in I was given my room key when I went to my room there was a guest already in the room with a dog. I went downstairs and they acted like it was my fault they gave me a wrong room! When getting a shuttle for six flags one person was charging $8 per family the other girl was charging $8 per person! It was all a complete mistake going to this hotel

When I arrived they couldn't locate my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation and booking. Come to find out they had cancelled it. They did provide me a free upgrade since the room I booked wasn’t available. The room was comfortable but it wasn’t the cleanest. The tub wasn’t cleaned properly and the sink drain wouldn’t open. The breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast but it was good. The shuttle service providers were very courteous. Overall it was a good stay but I would suggest employees not complain to customers about coworkers, they clean more, check to ensure everything works and offer information. I had to ask about shuttle then ask how do I do the return etc.

They did provide me a free upgrade since the room I booked wasn’t available. The room was comfortable but it wasn’t the cleanest. The tub wasn’t cleaned properly and the sink drain wouldn’t open. The breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast but it was good. The shuttle service providers were very courteous. Overall it was a good stay but I would suggest employees not complain to customers about coworkers, they clean more, check to ensure everything works and offer information. I had to ask about shuttle then ask how do I do the return etc.

Will never stay here again. What used to be a great option has declined over time and this last stay was the final straw. I was locked out of my room multiple times during my stay. Once for hours. I was then placed in a room that had two small beds ultimately being displaced from the suite I paid for as well as all of my belongings other than what I was wearing and my purse. There was no apology and no offer for even a toothbrush especially given that I had nothing. Then at 5 am someone came to the room and said that I could go back to my original room. Again no apology just “here you go have a good one”. Just before 930 am I left to get breakfast, returned to my room and was locked out again. I called the office and was immediately told “ok well we will move you”. I told her that that was not an option because again my items were in the room. After sitting at my door for some time, someone came tried the key then asked me if someone was in the room. I said the only people that should be in the room are standing outside of it. He then went somewhere, came back and was finally let into the room. I called the desk to ask for some form of compensation. This was denied. I was ultimately only given the opportunity to check out late which I asked for because I was locked out of my room for hours the night before and then abruptly woken up at 5 am. To say I was tired was an understatement. The bottom line is that I wil never stay here again nor will I recommend this to my colleague

Stayed for one night. Chose this location because it was close to our concert at Globe Life Field. One of the perks for choosing this Hotel was on site bar/restaurant. The service was ridiculously slow, they obviously weren’t prepared for the amount of people prior to a concert. The times of the bar stated they served until 2 AM, we got back to the hotel at midnight and everything was already shut down. The beds were comfortable enough. No other issues. Just wish they had better bar service/bartender. We didn’t have much time to go anywhere else before the concert.

I was in town to watch the Red Sox March 27 to the 31st and had the pleasure of staying at the Six Flags. The personnel there was absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the maintenance guy to the shuttle guy to the bartender, I loved it all. The shuttle was great and was always there right on time. Thank you very much and I will see you again if I decide to go back down there to see a Ranger or cowboy game.

Check-in clerk was very friendly and very helpful!! Even though we had some trouble with locating the shuttle pick-up site, the driver was so courteous! And that service was indispensable for a concert at AT&T! I also saw the desk staff handing out towels to some of the returnees as we were caught in a downpour coming out of the stadium.

Arrived at property late around 11pm was traveling from out of state to take 3 kids to hurricane harbor went to check in front desk gave me key went open room there was somone staying in room front desk knew they idk why they would send me to do that went back down to see if it was mistake front desk said they were overbooked I booked like a week in advance so I ended up having to find another room at midnight had to load up my suitcases and kids and etc save your money don't stay beee horrible exp worst hotel exp by far some lady named Jill was no help stay at crown plaza Arlington so musher nice and same price

Good location off the main highway, no noise, we had a view of Six Flags from top floor. Professional reception staff, nice room which was very quiet. There's a bar (closed early) decent sized outside pool, laundry, and recycling bins on every floor. Breakfast was the usual boring fare, and unfortunately only single use plastic plates, cups and cutlery to add to the daily landfill.

The hotel staff was excellent 100 out of 100. Clean,organized breakfast waffles make your own great! the meat ahh couldn’t swallow nasty. The eggs ahh worse than meat. So that was 7 out of 10 total breakfast score. Pool/ hot tub/ sprinklers for kids. 10 out of 10 plenty of towels. Took shuttle to and from six flags was a breeze. I would stay there again.
