BAD+very very BAD // they do not have any management any logistics to manager an studio apartment //we never received an email with instruction in how to check in / arrive at 3PM as should be a no one available ever / the only communication with host was using Whatsapp (but only TXT) ?? // no phone and no email (this the email that they share at Hotels.com -.-@-.-.-.com) / speaking to address neighbors they told that keys maybe are in a different location attached to a flowerpot in the middle of the street under a tree ? / Probably for local clients (Argentinian) they used WhatsApp 24/7/365 and maybe is the only way they have to communicate but we are from classical standard way communication systema like phone and/or email (we do not use Whatsapp often at all) in a few word we had to book a different place cause this was not working properly at all and besides communication they ask in advance money for cleaning fee + city tax and on the advertising at Hotels.com and also they receipt state clearly to pay at property. Also the ask for a $100 deposit like an hotel but is not For all of this headache try to avoid them cause We do not recommend at all Hope get our money back before calling to “CONSUMER PROTECTION” here in US

El apartmento es tal cual las imágenes, es lindo cómodo confortable, tiene todo lo necesario, la entrada y salida es independiente tienes tus llaves, cama cómoda, ambiente de confort. Balcón amplio y ubicación excelente con muchas rutas de transporte y comercios cerca. Volvería de nuevo!!
El apartmento es tal cual las imágenes, es lindo cómodo confortable, tiene todo lo necesario, la entrada y salida es independiente tienes tus llaves, cama cómoda, ambiente de confort. Balcón amplio y ubicación excelente con muchas rutas de transporte y comercios cerca. Volvería de nuevo!!

Very distrustful management. I stayed there one week, and booked for a second week after having a conveniently located stay. They wouldn’t let me in after requesting for a bank transfer for their deposit even though the stay was fully paid. My deposit payment was done through the platform they suggested and they wouldn’t let me in until the “pending” international transaction clear which could take up to two days. Such lack of humanity after having flown for 11 hours and have my suitcases there with me.

The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. The area is great with lots of coffee shops within a few blocks (Dunno a few blocks away was my favorite). High shower pressure. Unfortunately, I had consistent intermittent internet outages throughout my stay and Fliphaus did nothing to resolve them and ignored emails while being unhelpful in response to Whatsapps. Given that internet is a promised amenity, this was unacceptable and leads to the low rating.
