Nice hotel. Wished it had a cafe, restaurant or bar on site. A coffee maker in the room would be nice. No safe in our room . Otherwise all was great!

No terrace/balcony as the online room description implied for all rooms, but otherwise excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were outstanding even during a lock down! Plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel to visit with other guests or to spend time alone. Pool area was relaxing and friendly.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel is because it has a pool, however, the pool is quite warm, like a bath, not just "heated" to keep it from being too cold. So if you are expecting a cool, refreshing dip at the end of a hot day, you may be disappointed. Having said that, we gave them feedback and there is a chance they will rectify the issue. I decided to make the most of it and used it at the end of each day, since the air would cool me down after getting out. The beds and linens were super-comfortable and the general energy of the place is serene. There IS filtered water (safe to drink) available in the lobby, so that you can refill your water bottles. Not all hotels in Mexico offer this. One thing that would improve this hotel is having a simple cafe on site, that offers coffee, juice, muffins/pastries, sandwiches/salads, wine, beer, etc. And, finally, the rooms (or at least our room) was lacking hooks, and places to hang things. There was also insufficient lighting in the little kitchenette...which had a mini-fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker...but no plates or utensils. A few small improvements would make a big difference, in my opinion.

This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing missing that pretty much all the guests agreed on….There is no safety deposit box in-room or available at the front desk. Kind of a confusing ommision for a premium hotel in Mexico.
