Staff was great. Hotel is nice. States it has a bar, but its only open limited hours.

Found out that bar wasn’t open on Monday Tuesday or Wednesday’s and no food available and didn’t feel comfortable leaving property

Very clean and well upkept rooms, the rooftop continental breakfast was good, and they had a great bar

Great hotel. Valet parking costs about $40. Free rooftop breakfast was pretty damn good as well. Will definitely come back.

Very cool decor and vibe with valet and in and out parking (although expensive). Decent location but closest grab and go food option was 7-11 and no room refrigerator. Great rooftop views of city and Hollywood sign, bar option, and breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, the rooftop is amazing, location is excellent.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very nice. However with no shower curtain, there was water everywhere after showering and limited towels to clean up. The beds were comfortable and the valet parking made it easy to come and go. Convenient location if you are interested in the night life.

I booked through Hotels.com, but when I arrived the hotel couldn’t find my reservation and tried charging me more until I showed proof. Parking was $38 for “valet,” yet when I checked out there was no valet and I had to wander around an unfinished lot to find my car myself. The room was bare and disappointing—no fridge, no trash cans, no safe, no iron, only three pillows, and just sheets on the bed. For a hotel that’s only a few months old, it already feels poorly run and cheaply put together. The bar was the only redeeming feature, but overall this place is not worth the hassle or the price.

Our room was not ready at check-in time had to wait over an hour to get in our room which had no bed linen, pillows or towels. We were told there would be towels when we got back to our room later that evening. We had 2 hand towels. We had to ask for compensation since the amenities were lacking. We were with other people who had the same issue with their rooms. Very disappointing and cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Breakfast was not hardly even a breakfast. Just say you offer eggs and coffee/ tea , and that’s it. Next door neighbor was loud two nights in a row, we complained and still was noisy following night. Our room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping one of the nights and we requested towels, it took over 2 hours to get and 2 phone calls. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is convenient and valet is decent. But for 60$ extra per night for your CA destination fee taxes was just horrible,

The hotel was decorated in a dark, but classy way that was very welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean. The bathroom was a great size. The location was very convenient and most attractions are within walking distance.

Hotel does not provide do not disturb sign and housekeeping walked in on me unclothed 2) housekeeping didnt even wipe the sink or toilet btw nights **moved rooms bc of noisy guests (not hotel's fault except that generally promote drinking, offering shots at checkin) 3) new room, got into bed at 1:30 am & the untrained housekeeping short sheeted the bed by over a foot (& there wasn't a mattress cover). They didn't offer to remake the bed, instead only offered me sheets to remake my own damn bed at, then, almost 2am!! ***Bonus, they charge an extra "amenities fee " and originally lied and said it was a tax, before i pointed out that taxes should be about $30, not $65

Underwhelming, and dissatisfied, one of the worst places I have stayed. I booked a specific room and was given a heap. Our bathroom was unusable we were given an accessible room for some unknown reason. When asked to move they told me they had no other rooms available and said sorry check back tomorrow. The biggest problem with the room was the shower sprayed water onto the bathroom floor causing my wife to almost slip and get injured because there’s no shower curtain or way to angle the shower head down. So it sprays full blast straight on and splashes water onto the ground outside of the tub. After she told me what had happened I went downstairs to the front desk to demand another room they said sorry you’ll have to talk to someone tomorrow they would leave a note because there are no rooms. When I asked for a manager they said no and they said they were the acting manager. When I asked who I needed to speak with tomorrow to make this right they deflected the question and said whoever is here. I’m not a confrontational person but this interaction was unacceptable brushing a guests safety off. Eventually after a heated confrontation I just asked for extra towels and they said yes. They eventually gave us another room but mine and my wife’s day was already ruined. We drove 8 hours and all we wanted was a hot relaxing shower to wind down for the night and we couldn’t even get that. Unacceptable.

Free breakfast, but most food ran out when we showed up at 8am and 9am on each day. Food not replenished. No housekeeping service. We left the hotel at 9am and back to the room at 4pm and the room was not made. We left the room again at 6pm and back at 10pm. The room was still not made. We asked the front desk for fresh towels and they brought 2 bathroom mats. The hotel is close to Hollywood walk of fame, but in the seedier and sketchier side. Not safe at night. The neighborhood reeks of urine.

The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the tourist attractions. Room was on the small side but not a big deal. Gorgeous view of the Hollywood sign and a great rooftop bar. My only complaint is that they allow airplay on the televisions but don’t name the TVs. So, every 30 minutes or so in the evening, someone would try to airplay to our TV. We finally figured out how to turn it off. I’d also appreciate some control of the lights near the bed. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

AC did not work and it was a very warm weekend. When I booked the room it said City View but there was no view No fridge They said they had fridge only for certain rooms and especially them, knowing that we were there for two nights they should have given us a room with a fridge, for How much I paid Definitely not worth it.

Good brekfast, beautiful room, very clean, amazing service, the only thing is that in the night is very noisy, party people by the hallway screaming and laughing, walls and doors are like paper, you can hear every noise.

Great hotel in a great location. Very modern and nice facilities. They're still a new hotel so are still working on having all amenities in every room i.e. missing safes and mini fridges. Staff were all lovely and they offered a decent complimentary breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and great shower. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was…fine. Staff was helpful and free breakfast was a nice perk. The room was pretty small but overall it was a good value hotel.

Overall, it was a good stay, but not having a refrigerator and the elevator breaking down during our stay—which meant going up and down five flights of stairs—were definite downsides.

The room and ambiance of the whole place is so nice and cool. Loved the decor. The service was exceptional and the complimentary whisky shots were such a nice touch! Great location and views! We’ll be back

The property and the room were great! Very clean. Posh decor. The easiest vallet experience I've ever had. Loved the view of the Hollywood sign from my room.

My family and I checked in to the hotel on October 17th around 4:00. Your front staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. We left for dinner around 5:00 and returned at 9:00. That is when we noticed how thin the walls are at the hotel. Our neighbors were very loud, we could hear their conversations like they were in our room. They then turned on the television that was even louder. My husband and I could not sleep. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved to another room but unfortunately there was nothing available. Then to make matters worse there was a lady on our floor near the elevator breathing heavily and yelling that her table was missing? After an exhausting day and sitting in traffic to get to the hotel we knew at this point we knew we were not going to get any sleep so decided to leave. We were disappointed to have to leave under these circumstances and to make matters worse we were charged $118 when I already prepaid on Hotels.com? I wasn't given a receipt or breakdown of what the charges were for. I emailed Alejandra (manager) on the 18th with no response. I called on Monday the 19th. Spoke to Maria who said she will speak to Alejandra and call me back. Maria called back with in an hour and said Alejandra would get back to me that day. I have not heard anything since then.

They weren’t able to check me in until 4:45. They said my room wasn’t ready

Terrible stay. I was told valet parking was available, along with self parking, $38 parking overnight. This was not true. Third party valet turned us away saying hotel parking wasn’t allowed. The hotel doesn’t seem to communicate with their own valet, nor do they control their conduct on the property. Very rude staff. Hollywood tourist trap.

Hotel is fine - not the best but for the price - fine. Gym is a joke - outside next to bar. barely any equipment. The staff was rude and not at all friendly and not even apologetic. I had to go back downstairs and up twice to the lobby because the key didn't work. To do this at 10pm is inconvenient and just lame - not even a sorry. Then they charge you an additional $40 for some service hotel hidden charge at check out so don't think you are getting away with a deal because they will charge you another $38 plus tax on that for parking. So whatever you got as deal - ADD $80 to your bill per day!!! Yeah, will not be coming back to this hotel. Unfortunately, since I have to come every night saturday to LA for work. Horrible customer service. Oh, amenities in the room is very bare. Coffee machine doesn't even work - had to move it to another outlet. There is nails sticking out so becareful. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. So hence three star

NO BS... I had an unbelievable stay! From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, the staff was excellent, the Room, Great Free Breakfast, Big Comfortable Bed and the shower pressure is a 10 out of 10! I've been traveling quite a bit lately and without question this is one of the best experience I've had recently! Close to the Hollywood Bowl & Dodger Stadium! ...Front Desk Staff, Sun Deck Bar Staff and Valet Staff are the BEST! Without question, when I'm back in town, I'll be staying at "The Whiskey Hotel".

They canceled my room even after asking for a credit card authorization. They were waaaaay overbooked apparently. Alan helped at first then totally ghosted. Feel bad for all the other guests who didn’t find out their reservations were canceled when they arrived.

The Whiskey Hotel is a new property with comforting, well designed rooms, super convenient location off Hollywood Blvd and a standout staff that delivers. The rooftop breakfast is a nice perk to fuel your day. I do think having bacon or sausage links would make it perfect tho. I’d like to thank Mgr Alejandra and Herbert for accommodating a request with ease. I will def be back

The staff was fantastic! Floors could’ve been cleaner. Beds super comfortable. Roof top was our favorite! Alex running the valet was superb! Overall loved this hotel!

The hotel location is very convenient. It just opens out to the Hollywood walk of Fame which was a big attraction for me.

We traveller for just a couple of days and we had a great time. The rooftop boasts really good views and the fact that hollywood is right at the doorstep was awesome.

Loved everything about the property except 1 thing. I guess everyone is new and nobody seems to know exactly what is going on with regard to food on site. You can ask 3 different people the same question and get 3 different answers. Seems like they are in desperate need of a hotel manager. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for just one night after a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The location is perfect. I loved the decor--eclectic with marbles statues to seating areas flanked with guitars. My room was clean & comfortable with a shower that I didn't want to get out of. The staff was friendly & professional. The rooftop bar offered delicious small plates & breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We were told there was a free buffet breakfast. There were only scrambled eggs (no bacon, sausage, etc) and continental breakfast food.

The hotel was fantastic! We both loved the room, the colors, the decorations and the service. The only thing we wish had been different was perhaps more of a variety of hot foods for breakfast.
