Brand new building, very nicely decorated. Breakfast was good! Can't wait until they get a parking lot. Love all the marble floors and walls! Nice visit! I will be back!

There is No lobby. Only 1 elevator is working and it is slow. The breakfast was limited with very water-down beverages. The room is very small and cramped with no closet. No microwave in the room and the only microwave available for guests is the smallest one on the market and not digital. There was a constant smell of smoke, especially marijuana while in my room.

Overall it was a good stay but the parking situation is terrible. Street parking only and its limited so good luck. Other than that staff was great and the free breakfast was not bad.

They did not have the parking lot ready as advertised. The room was great and staff was friendly. We missed breakfast because it ends at 0930 but other than that we would stay there again when the parking lot is ready.

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable but the pillows are terrible. 3 half size rough pillows on each bed. Water pressure wasn’t great but the bathroom itself is decent. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a free continental array but the location is cramp and doesn’t warrant staying in the hotel room sized area. Fine to grab and go.

Upon entering my room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a strong chemical cleaning product odor. This smell was so potent that within an hour, it caused me to feel dizzy and lightheaded. I contacted the front desk to request a different room, but I was informed that all rooms had the same odor and was advised to turn on the air conditioner to alleviate it. Unfortunately, this did not help at all, and I ultimately had to leave the hotel and find a new hotel. In addition, I found the shower to be filthy upon my arrival (hairs on the floor). They did clean it immediately after I informed them. The room only had an overhead fluorescent light and no bedside lighting. The hotel was also very noisy, and I could hear everything through the walls and doors. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

There’s a really heavy cleaning chemical smell in whole hotel including the room which is very unsettling. The front desk is behind a glass barricade which gives the hotel a pretty seedy feel. The floors are a nasty looking tile and the mattresses are placed on metal cots which move on the smooth floor. The people who built this place clearly went with the cheapest possible option for every facet of the building. Just unpleasant.

Parking was a little difficult, I had cleaned down surfaces with surface cleaner and a paper towel, all of which were very dirty, wiped off bathroom floor and the rag was black. Hallway is very noisy, and people slam doors.

The staff at this hotel was quite courteous. The hotel was clean on the outside and inside and beds were comfortable. The only downfall is finding a cockroach on the wall on the second night of our stay. We did inform the staff and they did want to assist by spraying Raid. Due to the smell, chemicals and being late we declined and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, there was no room available to be transferred to that night and we were told in the morning. They will let us know if there was a room available. Morning came and there was no room available The following day so we asked them to please clean the room and ensure it was clean by the time we returned. Aside from that the room we were in was close to the stair door, which was annoying because every time someone will open the door it was slam Which would wake us from our sleep. For the price we paid we got a fair stay. Will I rebook probably not.

The room is not sound proof and so loud with noise from the hallway. It was hard to communicate with the front desk clerk. For the area we were in, it was fairly clean. The floors were sticky from their cleaner.

Room was small particularly for two people. Rooms could use some table lamps for reading in bed at night. The noise from other guests slamming their doors close in the early morning and late at night was unsettling. Hotel room doors could use some type of cushions to mitigate the sound.

Comfy room. I'm never crazy about non-carpeted floors although I understand why. The "breakfast" was in a room which was cramped and awkward, and was hardly a breakfast, although offered instant coffee, a waffle maker, and yoghurt as well as fruit loops. The smart TV was not hooked up to the internet and the front desk (rather un-sympathetically) said it could not be hooked up, so no streaming. :\ Beds had surprising "sleep valleys" after only two months open. I'm sure those will worsen with time. Soaps (Dove products) were a nice touch. Housekeeping offered service at 4:30 pm after I was out of the apt all day. I asked for 5 mins and they said they were leaving. So I declined. So: an ok room. Never felt welcome or important by staff. Prob won't come back unless nothing else available.

It’s so obvious that this place is brand new because everything looked clean and new. Loved the towel, loved the bed sheets no stain, loved the view outside our window. Only cons is no microwave for left over food and when ur in the hallway you can hear people in their room so it’s not that sound proof. But all un all loved this place.

Stay was fine. 12-15 walk to closest subway. Breakfast had coffee , yogurt, waffles and sandwiches. I just had coffee as dining room was not pleasant. Shower was hot and clean. Bed was comfortable Air con was loud but functional. No clisets. Fridge was fine. TV sucked. Cheapest and cleanest lodging I found so I guess it was worth it.

It was just ok. Room was small as was bathroom. Street noise from Empire was bad. Recommend you ask for a room as the back of the building. The caulking contractor should be fired.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is no proper lobby, and when I arrived, the staff seemed indifferent to my presence, sitting behind bulletproof glass without acknowledging me. I even had to double-check the address to confirm I was in the right place—it hardly felt like a hotel. I arrived early and asked if I could leave my suitcase, but was told that wasn’t allowed. When I asked to use the bathroom, I was only given directions after practically begging. For a hotel charging premium prices, the complete lack of service and hospitality was shocking. Once inside the room, things didn’t improve. There was no closet, the floor and shower were covered in hair, and overall the room felt unclean. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. This was far from worth the price.

Front desk staff was rude. Was told we could have late checkout at 12 , called us at 11:45 and told us to leave as it was “12” (it was 11:45) and when we corrected him he gave us a very big attitude. we had a roach crawling on our bathroom sink and when we told the front desk he told us he “didn’t know what a roach was”. hair was stuck in our shower drain, towels were dirty, bed was nasty, whole room and hallway stunk of weed, people banging doors all nighter

The general manager was incredibly accommodating and we enjoyed our stay I booked two rooms and it was very clean and well maintained and secure Plenty of delis and food options within walkable distance. We were incredibly pleased with our experience here would stay here again

The entire building reeked of industrial cleaner that was still in my clothes when I got home. The motel was thrown together quickly with shoddy workmanship. Many tile and grout spatters leaving an unfinished appearance. The tile floors in the hallways and rooms made it the noisiest property when inconsiderate guest yell and scream. The front desk worker did not speak English and was not helpful. This appears to be a rush job to house migrants for profit.

Aside from that the room we were in was close to the stair door, which was annoying because every time someone will open the door it was slam Which would wake us from our sleep. For the price we paid we got a fair stay. Will I rebook probably not.
The staff at this hotel was quite courteous. The hotel was clean on the outside and inside and beds were comfortable. The only downfall is finding a cockroach on the wall on the second night of our stay. We did inform the staff and they did want to assist by spraying Raid. Due to the smell, chemicals and being late we declined and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, there was no room available to be transferred to that night and we were told in the morning. They will let us know if there was a room available. Morning came and there was no room available The following day so we asked them to please clean the room and ensure it was clean by the time we returned. My 9 night stay at this hotel was great, and priced right! It provided all that I needed. Great location close to my family in Flatbush, modern nice size room, spacious bathroom w/ shower and glass doors, comfortable King bed, Free Wifi, breakfast, daily room service and quiet hotel. I felt safe, there are cameras everywhere. The staff was very nice, and accommodating, on two occasions the annoying smell of weed smoke had entered my room. I'm allergic so I complained, and staff promptly addressed the issue. I appreciated that! Note: There is a $250 fine for smoking in the room. My only critiques would be the following, Shower pressure could be stronger, wish TV was smart TV w/ Netflix or Prime login option or device streaming option. Cleaning ladies should remember to sweep behind hotel door. Tile in bathroom although nice, craftsmanship is not the best. Overall good hotel, very comfortable stay, and great value. New hotel, so bed very comfortable and general hotel condition is very good. Location is not incredibly convenient, and they don’t store luggage. While there are plenty of pay luggage services in the general area, it’s pretty inconvenient. It’s one of the reasons one chooses a hotel and not an airbnb for short stays. They’ll let you check in early if there is a room, but not something to count on.

on my second day of stay, my friend reach the hotel around 10:30pm, took a shower and head out to get some food.When she got back around 11pm the key to the door didn't work.She went downstairs and the front desk guy gave her another key, that she didn't work.He attempted to get the door open, by 3am in the morning i was upset because i still could not get in the room with my stuff.He put us in another room after 4 1/2 hours of trying and asking him if he can do something us for us.It was very upsetting, i was tired sleepy and was on my woman month.it was not fair that i paid for 3 nights and only got 2 and was treated very nasty. do not come with here!!

I arrived at 5AM after a 9 hour ride on Amtrak from Virginia. I was so happy to find the hotel very well lit, clean, and the attendant was friendly. I shared my positive experience on tiktok and the video has more views than any of my other videos. This will be my goto hotel whenever I travel to my hometown, Brooklyn, NY.

Pros: clean interior, walking distance to good eats (Bagel Pub!), prospect park, botanic gardens and zoo. Didn’t need a car or Uber until we left for airport. Cons: not the friendliest staff, thin walls (heard our neighbours up all night), loud echo in halls (not just talking, people allowing their doors to slam behind them and loud cleaning crew walkie-talkies early in the morning), sidewalk trashed, smell of weed in the area, emergency vehicle sirens all hours of the night. Overall, good proximity to fun stuff but would not stay here again unless it’s free.

Though the immediate area surrounding the hotel is a little industrial (storage facilities and other warehouses), if you walk a little farther, you can easily access Prospect Park and all the wonderful restaurants and quiet streets nearby. The hotel itself seems relatively new and is exceptionally clean. Staff were more than accommodating; they were really kind to upgrade me to a king-sized bed, which I was grateful for.

In room refrigerator, no in room microwave. 30 min subway rides to Coney Island and Lower Manhattan. Subway connections all the way from JFK to Prospect Park Subway Station.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The room was fresh, clean and nicely renovated. They had a good air conditioner in the room, the breakfast was okay, but there is a microwave in the kitchen for your needs.

There is No lobby. Only 1 elevator is working and it is slow. The breakfast was limited with very water-down beverages. The room is very small and cramped with no closet. No microwave in the room and the only microwave available for guests is the smallest one on the market and not digital. There was a constant smell of smoke, especially marijuana while in my room.

Overall it was a good stay but the parking situation is terrible. Street parking only and its limited so good luck. Other than that staff was great and the free breakfast was not bad.

Comfy room. I'm never crazy about non-carpeted floors although I understand why. The "breakfast" was in a room which was cramped and awkward, and was hardly a breakfast, although offered instant coffee, a waffle maker, and yoghurt as well as fruit loops. The smart TV was not hooked up to the internet and the front desk (rather un-sympathetically) said it could not be hooked up, so no streaming. :\ Beds had surprising "sleep valleys" after only two months open. I'm sure those will worsen with time. Soaps (Dove products) were a nice touch. Housekeeping offered service at 4:30 pm after I was out of the apt all day. I asked for 5 mins and they said they were leaving. So I declined. So: an ok room. Never felt welcome or important by staff. Prob won't come back unless nothing else available.

The bathroom was cleaned completely. I had to clean the toilet and shower. The shower had soap scum on the doors and walls and floor of it. The drain area was dark due to not being scrubbed properly. There were no microwave in the rooms. The free breakfast was not what i expected. Cold cereal and waffles. Microwavable sandwiches is awful. I had to go outside to find me some breakfast

They did not have the parking lot ready as advertised. The room was great and staff was friendly. We missed breakfast because it ends at 0930 but other than that we would stay there again when the parking lot is ready.

Stay was fine. 12-15 walk to closest subway. Breakfast had coffee , yogurt, waffles and sandwiches. I just had coffee as dining room was not pleasant. Shower was hot and clean. But you better get there about 1 hour before they stop serving because they don't replenish in that last window. The only reason we stayed was because it was the closest hotel to our destination.

NYC hotels are a hit or miss at this price point. The room was clean but the strange thing was the old school TV with local channels only. Breakfast was offered but the eating area was very tight. Overall, if you just need somewhere to lay your head at night this hotel works.

Pris and Cons: The outside looks run down. The lobby is super hot and musty, but the rooms were nice, spacious, clean, up to date. The staff was friendly. All in all, I would book again.
