Rent hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Flinkt personale der hjalp med bookning af bord, transport og vejledning. Morgenmaden på hotellet var super og blev spist direkte på torvet i Portofino. Umuligt at spise morgenmad et flottere sted i Portofino. Vand var gratis i minibar og de andre ting var faktisk også med rimelige priser. Jeg kan bl.a. nævne at 100 ml Portofino gin kostede 18 euro i minibaren imens det kostede 19 euro i det lokale markede. Har ikke før oplevet at minibar var billigere end butikkerne.

Highly recommend this hotel in Portofino! We got the junior suite and the room right in the heart of the harbor. Small balcony to sit and people watch. The room is two stories with the bed in a loft. The stairs going up are kinda steep. It didn’t bother us but if you don’t want to go downstairs to the bathroom at night, I’d ask for another option. The AC worked great and bed was super comfy. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was really good and the staff was friendly. The front desk helped us arrange a taxi to the train station when we left. Overall, we highly recommend

Needs an upgrade in renovation. Why breakfast outside under a roof during heavy rain and not possible indoor? Far too pricey for an average hotel like that. Friendly staff.

Awful hotel. Wi-Fi didn’t work, hair dryer was older than my grandma and windows had no blackout curtains. We slept with the outdoor lights in our face. Breakfast was also very poor. To resume, there is nothing good about this hotel other than the location. You can stay somewhere else and get a taxi. Sleeping comfortably should be a priority!

Great location to main port square, to the bus back to s.Margarita and ferry if you choose. Breakfast is great and they do night service which I didn’t know. They give you beach towels too which I didn’t know. Good staff and place but they need to go through what you get

Perfectly located right on the marina. A simple breakfast was included- eggs, bacon, breads, granola and yogurt and cheese. Beautiful setting to have breakfast. Super nice staff and very helpful to direct us to little swimming coves or walks. The hotel itself is a little dated, like staying at your granny’s … flowery carpet and mahogany furniture… but the rooms were immaculately clean… little fridge/mini bar and room to make tea/coffee… just ask reception for milk 😉 we’re irish it’s a must. But all hotels in this area are dated… but it wasn’t tired looking. Shower was great and shower cap and shower gel provided etc. overall a great choice- but note we had no balcony or no beautiful view from our room. To upgrade it would have been €150 more an night and we couldn’t justify it as it was expensive anyway- the whole area can be.

Beautiful little boutique hotel right in the port of Portofino. Breakfast was a huge bonus as well. The staff was so helpful and the rooms (at least mine) was newly renovated. A word of caution that it is a walk-up hotel and definitely not handicap accessible. I would stay again in a second.

While public parking is the only option, bell hop service was excellent. Hotel is so conveniently located only 100 yards from the marina and with dozens of stores and restaurants within a two minute walk. Very clean rooms, highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Muy muy buen hotel la ubicación la verdad estás súper estás al lado de un hotel carisimo y tú ahí mismo limpio cómodo atención súper Frente a la plazita todos los lugares que en el día van los turistas pero en la tarde te queda nomás para ti salir a cenar caminar etc está increíble nos pasamos una estancia súper cómoda ya quiero regresar

Perfect location near waterfront in Portofino. Modest hotel but honestly preferred it over a couple of more run down, overhyped 5 starts. Excellent staff. Room was comfortable and clean, no frills but great for what we needed. Quiet. Was a pleasant surprise.

Property was ideal, central to all the beautiful sites of Portofino. Everything was there that we needed. We even had a small balcony overlooking a side street, which was v pleasant at the end of the evening. Breakfast buffet was lovely and how fantastic to look out over the square snd the water. Staff were charming throughout, so helpful. Good value.

Fabulous location and room. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Room had fantastic balcony overlooking water, castle and church on the hill. It rained the entire day we were there, but our room was perfectly situated to still enjoy wonderful Portifino from our balcony. All restaurants nearby so very navigable despite heavy rain.

Litet mysigt Hotel med fantastisk utsikt över hamnen från vår balkong. Vi valde juniorsviten just med tanke på utsikten. Trevligt rum med loft, allt fräscht, mycket bra service från den trevliga personalen. Kan inte lämna något omdöme om frukosten då vi lämnade hotellet tidigt.

Wonderful hotel right in the Portofino harbour area. Staff were amazing and provided excellent restaurant recommendations and ensured our stay was memorable. Best breakfast of our whole Italy trip. Thank you so much - we will be back!

Fabulous location and room. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Room had fantastic balcony overlooking water, castle and church on the hill. It rained the entire day we were there, but our room was perfectly situated to still enjoy wonderful Portifino from our balcony. All restaurants nearby so very navigable despite heavy rain.

Great location to main port square, to the bus back to s.Margarita and ferry if you choose. Breakfast is great and they do night service which I didn’t know. They give you beach towels too which I didn’t know. Good staff and place but they need to go through what you get

An absolute GEM in the heart of Portofino. The staff were incredible and the service was so great. Having breakfast every morning looking out at the water was a dream come true. They made our stay very special and we even got a little private terrace and patio! Next time we are in Portofino we will be staying only here ❤️

Perfect location near waterfront in Portofino. Modest hotel but honestly preferred it over a couple of more run down, overhyped 5 starts. Excellent staff. Room was comfortable and clean, no frills but great for what we needed. Quiet. Was a pleasant surprise.

While public parking is the only option, bell hop service was excellent. Hotel is so conveniently located only 100 yards from the marina and with dozens of stores and restaurants within a two minute walk. Very clean rooms, highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Property was ideal, central to all the beautiful sites of Portofino. Everything was there that we needed. We even had a small balcony overlooking a side street, which was v pleasant at the end of the evening. Breakfast buffet was lovely and how fantastic to look out over the square snd the water. Staff were charming throughout, so helpful. Good value.

The hotel is one of the best located right at the center and fronts on the harbor. Charming and comfortable rooms and a very helpful and friendly staff. Unless one is looking for super deluxe, this is the place to stay. We loved it.

Perfectly located right on the marina. A simple breakfast was included- eggs, bacon, breads, granola and yogurt and cheese. Beautiful setting to have breakfast. Super nice staff and very helpful to direct us to little swimming coves or walks. The hotel itself is a little dated, like staying at your granny’s … flowery carpet and mahogany furniture… but the rooms were immaculately clean… little fridge/mini bar and room to make tea/coffee… just ask reception for milk 😉 we’re irish it’s a must. But all hotels in this area are dated… but it wasn’t tired looking. Shower was great and shower cap and shower gel provided etc. overall a great choice- but note we had no balcony or no beautiful view from our room. To upgrade it would have been €150 more an night and we couldn’t justify it as it was expensive anyway- the whole area can be.

Rent hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Flinkt personale der hjalp med bookning af bord, transport og vejledning. Morgenmaden på hotellet var super og blev spist direkte på torvet i Portofino. Umuligt at spise morgenmad et flottere sted i Portofino. Vand var gratis i minibar og de andre ting var faktisk også med rimelige priser. Jeg kan bl.a. nævne at 100 ml Portofino gin kostede 18 euro i minibaren imens det kostede 19 euro i det lokale markede. Har ikke før oplevet at minibar var billigere end butikkerne.
