The room isn't great, there's mold, water damage, the door to the room doesn't close all the way. There's only sheets on the bed, no blankets. The place is just over all run down and no worth the price.

Reserved for 4 nights. 1st room 3rd floor oh and the elevator was not working, No curtains and ac didnt work, down to reception. Another room, 2nd floor, ac again didnt work. Down to reception. Angry at this point. Wanted to go somewhere else. She assures me she would give me a good room this time. They allow pet to stay free. Rooms are clean, but they don't clean floors. Overall, the property needs an upgrade. First night the room (king) had a kitchen sink that was running and couldn't be turned off. Even the shut-off valves under the sink wouldn't turn it off. The window AC unit was busted with all the buttons broken and embedded like someone had beaten it with a hammer. 2nd night they allowed an exchange to a smaller queen room. It was ok, but a downgrade. If the facility was fully rehabbed, the prices would be higher, so you get what you pay for.

It was extremely dirty room with bad smells. The lock on the door didn’t work. There were roaches in the room. My 8 year old freaked out seeing cockroaches so I went and asked for another room. They gave me keys to another room and when I reached to the second room, I noticed the door was already open. Beds were not made, extremely dirty and seemed like someone was using the bathroom. I went back to front desk, told them and took keys of the first room which seemed like better choice. I got stuck in this situation due to a long drive and needed just few hours shut-eye before continuing forward. It was a terrible experience. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PROPERTY !!!!

I paid for a queen room with kitchenette and was informed by front desk when I called if I booked that type of room it came with the kitchenette just to arrive and be placed in a twin double bedroom with no fridge, microwave, and no iron or ironing board. I had reached out to hotel.com and received no help and then the office claim they will inform management and nothing was done. Then when I would ask was told they had to wait til one came available but was told when I booked it was available. I would never book there again.

The atomsphere of the place is unlike anything I have ever dealt with. You have random people knocking at your door trying to push your door. One guy followed my wife and kids around the hotel in his car trying to see what room they were in. The rooms are super small to be a studio 6. Cable didn't work. Room was non smoking but smelled as if someone smoked 30 packs a day. The battery on the lock died so a crow bar and screwdriver was used to open the door. Kids and adults running around the floors until late hours. Management seems ok but they don't tell you the hotel isn't family friendly.

it was truly horrible. the first room did not work. second room the door had a gap you could see in the room with the curtain closed the bed was unmade with NO blanket no toilet paper and there was about 20-30 dead roaches i will NEVER recommend that spot and WILL be getting a refund

I did not get the king size bed I reserved, the toilet took forever to fill between flushes and when we tried to turn the water up on the toilet it just leaked everywhere so we had to turn it way back down low kNew I didn't even want to bother asking for help. There was obviously someone doing caulking in the bathroom It was everywhere all over the floor the fixtures definitely uncalled for and it was still wet around the door frame going into the bathroom and coming out of the bathroom. Not impressed with the room at all only hard chairs that was set up with a table cemented to the floor. Will definitely st at elsewhere next time in town

The customer service/ front desk staff were polite and apologetic. The room I booked was supposed to have a king size bed, but we ended up in a room with a double bed. The bed had two half size pillows, no blanket and was hard as a brick. There was no table and chairs in the room as advertised. The room liked nothing like the room advertised. The roaches crawling up the wall kept all of clothing in the truck of the car. The smell of the room only got worse due to smell of weed being smoked in the breezeway. They should pay you to stay here.

THERE IS NO ONE HERE!!! I can’t check in till 11pm! I have a photo of the sign they’ve put up - the Laminated sign they clearly reuse. It says no one will be here from 7-11pm. Sorry for the inconvenience. Security can help with key cards but not new check-ins…It was 7.20pm - I was supposed to wait for 3.5hrs to check in to my room at 11pm??? Someone staying three already came by & told the group of me & other guests that yes in fact we cannot check in till 11pm & yes this is the norm here. That is insane!!! I initiated a chargeback with my bank. The studio 6 extended stay less than ½ mile away had two employees sitting behind their counter. Don’t want to hear how they can’t find employees.

Property was dirty outside people smoking drinking in the stairway. The room didnt look like anything like the room on website. Bathroom shower drain was nasty shower curtains nasty toilet seat was too small for toilet. Worst place ever.

The room that they placed me in the first time was disgusting and infested with Roaches and the second room smelled like dog piss. It was gross and the place would have people hanging around outside the hotel that was noisy.

The atomsphere of the place is unlike anything I have ever dealt with. You have random people knocking at your door trying to push your door. One guy followed my wife and kids around the hotel in his car trying to see what room they were in. The rooms are super small to be a studio 6. Cable didn't work. Room was non smoking but smelled as if someone smoked 30 packs a day. The battery on the lock died so a crow bar and screwdriver was used to open the door. Kids and adults running around the floors until late hours. Management seems ok but they don't tell you the hotel isn't family friendly.

My family was in a tight spot thanks to another hotel nearby. The owner Ozzy went above and beyond to help us when he didn't have to. It's hard to find decent people anymore, but he and his staff restored my faith in humanity that day. This property was safe, quiet and affordable. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

I got here and had to wait 25 minutes for someone to unlock the door to check in. Then when I finally got checked in, I found my room and immediately had to leave as there was a very weird man sitting outside my door. Did not feel safe. Place was disgusting

The only good thing about this place was the guy at the front desk. He was very nice and gave me my refund after seeing the condition of the rooms. We tried 2 different rooms and both had roaches, mold, stains, and horrible smell throughout. There were cops parked outside which tells me things must happen there often. I did not feel safe. I cant express just how bad the rooms were because it will seem made up. They looked like something out of a horror film. In the end i got my refund and left. Even if you are on a budget, go somewhere else.

Sadly, no hot water for most of my time at this hotel and as it was partially a weekend staff said there was nothing they could do. When the same problem happened on Monday afternoon I was told maintenance people go home at 4 and as it was 4:30 there was nothing they could do. Got some tepid water on second morning, then some hot water on my last morning, but otherwise no hot water for my whole stay. And infested with cockroaches. Staff appeared to be out poisoning for the roaches, but they were still plentiful. Overall, the physical side of the facility was also poor, extractor vents hanging down, doors and walls well chipped and generally very dirty.
