Nice place to stay for the money, clean room and easy check in. They do charge a small parking fee per day if you park a car in the parking lot. Also the vending machine and drink machine were both broken.

The internet service was horrible. Even if they want the guests to purchase the service, they should be able to provide the basic internet service. I ended up using my hot spot

Elevator not work

The tv was broke no Wi-Fi and the outside area was like if they where hanging out there didn’t feel safe at all

The property was quiet. Had to use the stairs due to the elevator being down. No knobs on the stove. And the refrigerator was making a loud crazy buzz. Overall the stay was okay.

This property is TERRIBLE: the only redeeming quality is the staff at the front desk, who are amazing! But, the owner/operator should be ashamed. My room is COVERED IN MOLD AND MILDEW the desk chair (which is also broken) and the bedside table itself are the worst offenders, and I am not opening any more drawers to find more. The furniture itself is also in terrible condition. They charge $8 for parking: who has ever heard of a motel that charges for parking? The "breakfast" is coffee plus a granola bar or pre-packaged muffin. The location is great, but -- again -- the property is terrible. Topping that, the elevator is broken "for 45 days." I had to walk up stairs with 50 pounds of luggage which is bad enough. What if I had a disability? Do not stay here.

Should an extended stay hotel have a working refrigerator, a hair dryer, a coffee pot (no matter the size), DISHES? What the heck makes it extended stay without these things? The fridge did not work in first room. We were moved to another and the stove did not work. There were only a few electrical outlets. Furniture was all beat up. Staff were great!

No one at reception on arrival (8 pm). Checkin process overly complex. Roaches in lobby at elevator and room-level hallway. Room-level floors filthy entire stay. Kitchen sink filthy. Over half TV stations “No Signal.” No answer at recreation; had to walk down, wait for attendant to show up. Wheels on luggage cart flat; hard to guide loaded; reception indifferent when pointed out. “Grab-n-Go” breakfast not designated on site. Parking fee (IN OUTSIDE LOT!) VERY few waste cans in common areas. Positives: low pet fees; comfy bed; overall value.

It was nice but no ice machine

The room was old and dated, appliances old, stains on the floor walls, countertops were chipped. My room had cockroaches

The biggest terrible thing was as soon as you walked into the room it smelled horrible. I slept with my face covered since I was only there 5 hours. Location was fine 1 mile from dining, 5 min walk to river. But rooms were old, rusted hot plate stove dripping faucet, clean linens. I slept on top off blanket not in the bed & I found 1 baby roach in the tub. Basic breakfast only oatmeal & bagged muffins with coffee & hot cocoa. Staff very helpful & friendly

Felt very dirty, smells very bad, outdated. Shower was leaking, ceiling was dirty, floor felt dirty

Bed sheets had a yellow discoloration and the faint scent of urine was noticeable in the room. Communal hallway floors were sticky and had a musky odor to them as well. Also, my first encounter with cockroaches in a hotel. You get what you pay for, but it shouldn’t be this bad.

It’s a dump. There were blood stains in my sheets. Felt very unsafe

The rooms weren't clean, sheets dirty and the bathroom nasty, roaches on the floor..disgusting.

Room appeared disheveled and not the cleanest. Left and don’t even stay because the cleanliness aspect made me very uncomfortable

My checkin was very courteous and friendly. I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. I went inside my room and while I was disinfecting the bed, I saw a roach crawling on the wall. I killed it and moved the chair in the room and there were two more under it. I killed them and took the tissue to the front desk. She apologized and assigned me to another room on the 1st floor. Now being cautious I'm looking as soon as I enter and I see two dead roaches in the corner near the wall. Now I'm disgusted and return to the front desk with pictures and ask for a full refund. I go next door to the Hilton for $20 more and enjoy the cleanliness with no mold smell. The room was more update and the bed was comfortable. The Hilton Staff and breakfast was great also. I recommend the Hilton.

Cockroaches running everywhere!

Room smelled old and unkept. Bed was hard and pillow would flatten to nothing. Grab and Go breakfast items seemed old. You could hear everyone from upstairs moving around. TV rarely worked. Fridge didn't cool very well. Very few staff members were seen and when they were, them looked overwhelmed with phones ringing and guest checking in. NO ICE MACHINE ANYWHERE.

The air conditioner in our room was so loud it made it hard to sleep. The staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately, we were not able to get a good night's sleep. We found a mattress to be vital, very uncomfortable.

The stay was not great, the AC in our room did not work

Front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was extremely dated. The refrigerator and microwave look like there are from the 80’s. Walls and laminates were peeling away, and made it appear unclean and sad.

By far the worst hotel we have stayed at. It has a secured entrance via key card but there are a bunch of shady people walking around the halls. The air is humid!! Almost damp and the musky smell will overwhelm you. NO room service. Our bedding was damp and we requested new ones and still felt the new bedding being damp. The furniture is very outdated and worn. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and a damp musky smell filled the room. Overall very poor experience.

Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. My room water pressed was not the great and didn't help the shower head sucked. The bathroom sink cold water did not work but realized you had to turn it on from the main under the sink and the reason is because the cold water nob of you turned it off from the fauset the cild water still was coming out. Ine of the house keepers was very rude when ask not to do my rooom.

Very old and dated. No ice machine. Need thicker blanket/comforter. Needs new carpet ..or no carpet.

Place smelled stuffy. Stove “hood” was loose & grease was all under it and under the cabinets. The bathroom faucet was loose. No shampoo/conditioner or coffee in the room. Not what I’m used to in a hotel. Neighbor bar was hella loud until about midnight. No mention of the $8 per night fee for parking either. Totally not worth it. Only good thing was the full size fridge.

This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've had in my life. I was hit with a deposit fee and a parking fee, which weren't listed during booking. Then they asked, "How many people?" And she says she needed the other party I.D. as well. Now, out of all of my years of traveling, I've never had a lodging establishment needing to know the identification of who a person may or may not be laying with. My word, the cameras aren't enough? Needless to say, I checked in, they got paid, and I left. I didn't even see the room after that malarkey. So, they made their money and kept a clean room because I wasn't staying there. Won't be booking there again, Im good.

We came in for an NFL game. They went all out with decorations and snacks. it was so welcoming to us NFL fans. Staff worked hard to get all us checked in in a timely manner and were super kind.

I did have an issue of over charge while on my check in process but Dominick took care of it and I received all proper credits back in a timely manner. he was very detailed. The Staff is amazing!

I booked through a third party and when I got too the hotel they said I had too be 21 not 19

Didn’t like being treat like a criminal at check-in. The parking fee and deposit was a surprise.

I have stayed here before and it was a good stay. This time i was very, very, unhappy. I didn't even stay here... There is information that needs to be disclosed on here regarding the deposit for this hotel if booked through this site.. If you go directly through the hotel site you will not be charged a deposit. It's not the point of" paying the deposit" but most adults plan their family trips accordingly due to having a family to make sure things are in order. Not, knowing about the deposit really threw me off with events i wanted to do with my children. I had to look around for another hotel after driving four hours from upper North Georgia. Anywho, thats my rant for now. Please have a great night.

Terrible customer service. There was a nationwide outage of the computer system, and the front desk staff couldn’t complete check in fully. Their only solution was “we can refund you.” There ended up being about 10 of us in the lobby that Manager Wyn wanted to refund and send us out to sleep in our cars, rather than find a creative solution to get us checked into rooms we had already reserved and in many cases already paid for. This was three-hours before a large concert at the Jacksonville stadium that many of us had driven in hours to attend. And because it was a huge concert night, all surrounding hotels were sold out. Manager Wyn exhibited absolutely zero concern for customer service, and zero compassion for our plight whatsoever. She only cared about clinging to a line about company policy. The system could see our names and reservations, and the keycard machine worked, but the machine wouldn’t let them take the final step to have us sign the stay agreement. Many of us suggested they let us sign manually, and we could all come back to the desk later when the system was back up. The manager was not at all willing to entertain creative solutions to get us into our rooms. She didn’t care that we would all have nowhere to sleep, and was just concerned about protecting herself with the shield of “company policy.” The worst, most offensive thing - they called the cops on the 10 of us in the lobby! Like its unreasonable for us to be upset with the customer service.

Before I got to location I called to see if I could check in early they said everything was fine and that they had rooms to check in early got there 8am Clerk was very rude .clerk for minutes said couldn’t find my reservation which was getting me frustrated because I had to take a shower and head to my meeting in the next 2 hours ,mind you I have been on the road for three days ,clerk seems not know her job.threw my id at counter .clerk response I have never checked anyone early before. I asked clerk can you call anyone to help you out .cancels my reservation because she didn’t want to deal with me and shuts the door in my face with me still standing at the counter.no guest deserves this kind of treatment. Would not treat even a dog like that.yes it very cheap hotel but with that kind of bad customer service and attitude from that clerk I would rather pay higher to get better treatment .smell of smoke at the lobby and entrance.crazy how the also wanted to charge you almost 9 dollars for parking never again will I book with this horrible experience hotel

Affordable and close to many downtown Jax locations.

Amazing hospitality, great venue, affordable. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location right in the Riverwalk area! You can't go wrong with this gem!

Our room was clean and neat. Quiet. Close to our venue. Perfect and affordable for one night to see a concert. Would stay again.

I didi not.like the homeless roaming around the parking area. The doors are slamming hard and shaken the wall where the headboard of bed is. Bikes staring their engine late at night. The cahrge for the parking.

I gave this hotel a 4 because it really is not bad. We have never stayed at Extended Stay so we didn't know what to expect. The check in was slow because the clerk was brand new and there was a concert in town. The hotel is old and a bit run down but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel sits perfectly for interstate access; easy in and out. It also sits perfectly next to some nice restaurants like Ruth Chris and BBs. Most importantly, we felt very safe!

So we stayed her as a family of four for one night after a wedding expo. 1st thing is the area is not so good. There are many homeless people in the surrounding area. We tried to check in after a long road trip so my husband could use the bathroom and they would not let us check in at 1:30pm so we asked if he could use the restroom and they do not have a public restroom. What kind of hotel won’t allow people to use the restroom?? Getting into the place is like visiting Fort Knox. Everyone needed an ID including my daughter who is 19. So we left and came back to check in at 5pm and they would let my daughter use the restroom even though we were checking in. Once in the room we checked the beds for bed bugs because at this point I was expecting anything. No bedbugs but we did see two roaches. Killed them and just suffered the rest of the night. The beds are too soft and we all just couldn’t sleep well. Glad to be checking out after a one night stay. Needless to say we will never stay at an extended stay again. The staff was polite and I wish they wouldn’t put the employees in a position to have to enforce such hideous rules. Not good Extended Stay. Will never get my money again!!

It was for a game, good location for it. Breakfast was min.. good for a one night crash..

We came back from a concert and there was a homeless person in between the outside door and the inside door to the lobby, charging her phone and I don’t know what she was doing anyway also, the place doesn’t even have an ice machine

When I booked this hotel with hotels.com, there was nothing that said there will be a $100 deposit nor an $8 per night fee for parking. The room was ok. It had a small kitchenette and we had a king sized bed. It was clean but the building seemed old. The Breakfast that was advertised was a "stop and go" They offered granola bars and coffee. The cost for two nights sounded reasonable for the area but when you add the $100 deposit and parking, that was an expense we did not expect. There was no amenities except the laundry room, from what I could tell.

Breakfast is a joke It’s coffee and a small chocolate bar and hot water and only hot chocolate no other options They should remove it from listings because any hotel offers those for free

Location is better than it first appears. The san Marco area was very close with numerous restaurants and a tram nearby that goes downtown. Only complaints were Hotels.com said breakfast included but was just coffee and pre packaged muffins. Also could really hear people walking above.
