The pool is not open, not once did housekeeping stop in. Locks on door were broken. Appears to have a very limited budget in terms of property maintenance. I paid more for amenities and got squat.

This property wasn’t bad at all the room looked really nice it came with WiFi and was pretty cozy in the end only thing was I didn’t like the fact that the pool closes at dark when there’s lights right at the pool to brighten things up it’s not on a bad side of town but getting here was definitely a struggle and the main thing was the tv it’s so tiny and I couldn’t hook up my game to watch movies or anything overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10 it wasn’t the worst place and I’d definitely book again just wish it came with a bit more the staff was 100% nice though which was a plus.

Pool was nice, it could use a lot of chlorine (as a pool owner i could tell). Staff at check in was extremely customer oriented. Room is fresh and clean.

None of the ice makers worked and the key was lucky to be able to open the door. There was what I could guess an external humidifier in my room which was plugged in and had a tube going to the toilet. The water dispenser upon arrival was empty. The AC in my room did work and the bed was made and felt like clean sheets.

The customer service was good, I will suggest them to sale food to the customers, that will help them earn money and facilitate the customers life. And the pool wasn’t clean

What I did like, there were no lines and it wasn’t super busy. Now what I didn’t like, the property was very dirty, I seen a few junkies outside there rooms being pretty loud. The room we got was by the stairs so the people coming up and down being loud. The room smelled like someone lived there for months, the bed was made pretty nice but the sheets seem to have a rough oily feeling, I had to take a shower because I felt dirty that following morning. All in all I don’t recommend

The staff was very nice but the property was very unkept. The rooms were dirty, and the floors were sticky. They marijuana smell was strong through the vents. The rooms also smelled like mold. We did have to change rooms after we arrived.

The room was super clean, the stuff were friendly. easy check out and in. However, old furniture, whenever the air conditioner started to run the furniture produced sounds out of blue!

The property was convenient to my destination. The Website claimed it had a restaurant, served breakfast & had an exercise room. It had none of these. But it did have bedbugs, which drove me from my room at 2 a.m. halfway thru my stay. The manager promised to contact Expedia and credit half my stay, but that never happened.

There was piss on bottom of toilet...hair on bed ..stains on pillow case...tv was so fuzzy hard to watch...

Rooms were clean

The most disgusting and unsafe place I’ve ever stayed in. Bodily fluids and hair on the sheets, so clearly they just made the bed’s without bothering to wash the sheets. We witnessed a drug deal outside our door. No clue how it has as high a rating on Expedia as it does.

Easy and welcoming check-in. Rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable. Would recommend and revisit if in the area.

Not bad for the price. Modern refurb: faux wood floors with repaint over everything. Furniture was extremely tired; drawers hanged out - wouldn’t stay closed. Analog input to some sort of demo TV - couldn’t remove TV “specs” from the screen. Small for the size room. Bed was very hard. Nice lighting with bedside USB-A and USB-C outlets. Restroom was clean. Shower took a long time to get hot but it did and pressure was good. Out of shower gel and no facial bar soap. No coffee maker. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Place appeared to have 10% occupancy yet they only had a King room on the third floor. Overall sparse but clean. Acceptable. Kids were having the time of their life in the pool. Convenient to I-95 and away from seedier parts of Jacksonville

Overall a decent stay. The property and room were newly renovated. The room was modern, bed was comfortable, everything was clean. But there were more than a couple issues. The door was very difficult to get open, the lock mechanism catches on the frame. They are trying to be eco friendly-but instead look cheap. They don’t offer individual shampoo bottles or soap. They have a bulk dispenser on the shower wall, but it’s one off of Amazon and doesn’t lock. So I don’t know if another guest has put anything inside it. They had body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily I bring my own otherwise I would not have touched theirs. It’s an older building and the room didn’t have many plugs. They should have planned for that and offered more things to plug into. And lastly, in the morning I saw a dead roach on the floor. At least it wasn’t live, so they’re obviously treating the rooms for them, which is a plus. All in all, a decent stay and decent value. If they fixed a few things it would be a great stay!

Check in was quick and easy. Just stayed for an overnight while on the road. Room was sufficient for a night’s sleep until next room’s conversation woke me at 2:00 am for about an hour and a half. That was unfortunate.

The motel was a beautiful motel, the rooms have been updated with the new vinyl wood look flooring . The people who worked there was friendly. It was in a beautiful old neighborhood but very close to the interstate. But It was a few confusing turns to get to it off the interstate. Cons: the floors in our room felt like they needed to be mopped,

I was in room 245 and one of the lamp switches was broken so I can turn it on. I believe the hotel advertised wi-fi, and that didn't seem to work. The bed was as hard as I've ever felt a bed in a hotel room.

Everything was good the only thing is the TV was not working good but otherwise I will stay again

Not much to like. The “mattress” was hardly that, seemed like a big bag stuffed with something and had no springs. Pillows were flat and office had no extras. The front door led to outside and was not sealed, so you could see the outside light around all edges of the door. The entire inside had a film of water on it from the outdoor humidity, since the door wasn’t sealed. Outside highway was extremely loud as well since doors & and windows had no sound protection. Overall horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The beds where a little hard for my taste, no cable tv and some other stuff needs to be updated in the rooms. Plus I don't want to be able to see outside with the door closed.

Room was clean. TV did not receive many channels and the ones it accessed were snowy/ could not make out facial details. To her credit the manager tried to fix that issue and was somewhat successful after 20 minutes. Also the tub did not have a stopper and the soap dispenser leaked.

Staff was very rude never book again.

The receptionist was uncoperative, rude, and the other thing i booked through expedia , when i reached he said we have no booking woth ur name, even showing him All the details confirmation number , yet he denied , and it was hrd to contact expedia as well, after an hour of wait , finally i contacted expedia and they called him , he agreed immediately without checking his system twice , and his behave was pathetic(rude) over all very bad experience witj the hotel and expedia for ruining my time after traveling for 8 hours

I didnt like anything..sheets was dirty .for teo people they give us one towel wen i went to front office take lady 45 min to even ask me wats wrong,wen i say i have only one towel she tell me o well cracker thats wat u get.if u like it u like it if not to bad ..i need full refund and i will let my lawyer involved at

Overall was a great stay. Room was clean. Staff was amazing.

I paid for the Oct 8, 9 & 10 room reservation at TriCove hotel of Jacksonville, Florida in full when made on Oct 8th to lock it in. We were unable to get to the hotel on the 8th and were unable to reach them by phone after multiple attempts. My wife sent them a message on their website stating we would be there on the 9th. When we arrived on the 9th we were told our reservation was cancelled and where were No Openings! Our reservation was not pay when arriving. I paid in advance for the three day use of one of their rooms! A room should have been left empty for my use on 10-8 through the morning of 10-10 whether I arrived or not as I had paid for a room during that period. When I paid for the room in advance the hotel and I had a binding contract for the hotel to provide the room on the scheduled dates. I believe the hotel violated a contract. The hotel had received consideration making a contract obligating them to provide me a room on the reservation dates. How can the hotel justify selling a service that another party has already paid for? My believe is that TriCove can not legally do so. I view the taking of my money in advance and not having a room available for my use on the dates of the reservation a form of theft, How is the above different than paying for an item on line in full and on arriving the next day being told it was sold to someone else and don’t they have another. They sold it twice! I drove about 300 miles for that. No refund yet.

Lots of homeless around and drugs but the hotel is ok if your just look for somewhere to sleep

Very good for the price, everything was working as it should, the area was secluded yet 5 minutes away from the highway, which is extremely convenient; however, nothing at walking distance. Floor was slightly dirty and soap was not available at arrival; but again, for the price paid it is more than acceptable. I would definitely come back!

Great staff, fantastic location and excellent facilities. (Super pet friendly) But some shady people living on the ground floor (or so it seems).

The room smelled bad, was filthy, and the sheet had cigarette burns in it. The staff lied about everything. There was no breakfast, not even coffee. No transportation to football game. It's all a lie. I still haven't received a receipt.
