Would have given a 4 or 5 star rating but the elevator broke luckily we got all our stuff to the 4th floor room before it stopped working! It was fixed the next morning before check out. The bathroom door would not shut. The breakfast was great!

This is not a Hilton. There's another review that said this and I only half believed. There was bad planning to create a horrible floor plan. The bathroom sink isn't in the bathroom. There's no gym. There's not enough parking. There appeared to be cheaply done construction or renovation. Things don't line up and seems overall shoddy. There's poor management with empty spots for vending machines, no microwave in room, no coffee machine in room, no cups in room. However, most of the staff seem friendly. The pool is open and looks clean. I didn't notice a posted hours for the pool and there were people out there into the early morning. That with thinner walls means it's not super quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean, but there's lingering smells mostly of smoking and not just tobacco. Don't expect a lot and this is okay.

Overall condition of the room was very nice, but the floor turned white socks black, so take slippers.Great breakfast.

Once we arrived at the hotel, we immediately regretted choosing it as our stay for that night. The front desk clerk was awesome however! We had to utilize the stairs our entire stay due to the elevator was so slow, the hotel had a very poor air quality and you could tell it was not properly cleaned.

Room and especially bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. Mold in shower, on walls in bathroom and around vents. Furniture was a little dusty as well. Hallway had machine to help filter air, not sure what that was about but it at least smelled good. Rating is based on cleanliness of room alone. Only slept and showered so no other services needed

It’s not a bad hotel but for the price they should’ve had more. I would’ve been ok paying around $70-80 per night for what we got. The breakfast is average at best but at least free. Looks like they’re still renovating so maybe it’ll get better but that should’ve been reflected in the price. They are understaffed so check in took a long time and it’s hard to get help if you need it. Overall clean but a good stay but again expected more for the price they were asking per night.

After booking on Hotels.com, i was called by the Hotel to say they were overbooked. I have yet to get a response or a refund. When they called me i asked for a refund and i was told they never charged my card. It charged my account. Still waiting on a refund. I was stuck in Biloxi with no where to stay with my kids. Completely unacceptable.

Interactions with the staff were fine. We stayed on the second floor and it was very damp and musty. My clothes smelled musty when I got home. The room seemed clean, but the musty smells were a bit overwhelming. Breakfast was the same every day but it was pretty good, plenty of options including eggs and sausage. Loved our stay. Amazing staff, very friendly , breakfast was delicious and very clean. I would recommend this to location everybody. Thank you we will be coming back to stay.

Elevator was broken my entire stay and I was not informed of this until I arrived . pool was out of service for half of my stay. Remotes do not come with each room you have to request it. Breakfast is included bagels and juice oh and yogurt! The beds are comfortable

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was very cold for summer and almost uncomfortable. Breakfast was continental, as advertised, so don’t expect hot food.

No microwaves in the room. Only ONE microwave for that huge hotel, for everybody to use, is next to drink cooler. There was no ice bucket in our room, #127. Empty tissue box. Advertising stated they had Netflix but you have to pay for it. Computer issues both days. They called me at 10:20 pm to get my confirmation number. Pool is very warm. Man at reception was rude to my daughter who was in line to pay for a drink but told her to put it back and go to her room cause they were having issues. Continental breakfast was sad. Cereal and toast and old boiled eggs. For what those rooms cost, it should have been warm foods. I will never return here. Econo lodge up the road is half the price and you don't have to share a microwave with over a hundred other strangers, they have vending machines and it ain't dangerous pulling into their drive.

We didn't eat our leftovers from Chili's because the refrigerator did not keep the food cold enough. Bedding and towels were clean and smelled like Clorox. Breakfast was mostly pastries, cereal, and oatmeal. I wish items like waffles (make your own), grits, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, and hash browns were available like I've had at most other hotels. Extra towels were available quickly upon request. This hotel was near the many destinations we visited.
