Great staff, room , breakfast, easy parking. 10 min from old town Toledo.

Beautiful hotel. Really 5*. Only issue was the distance from centre of Toledo. Factor in €12 per taxi trip to centre. Courtesy bus would IMO trove attractiveness Lovely pool and views of Tagus Great restaraunt within walking Jardin Casa de tabordo . Room was very hot, air con not working but it was March and can’t open the window as noises Road. No pool as it was closed and you had to pay to use the Spa, extra €30 each which was not advertised. Nice hotel but out of the town and was either a taxi or drive in. Would have expected the Spa to be inclusive.

Pool wasn't open and we were not told. We would have booked a different hotel if we had known. Hotel is dark and very old fashioned. Breakfast is mediocre with limited range. Limited facilities in rooms (no USB charging). Gym is extremely old fashioned with limited old equipment. The hotel is really more 4* than 5* given the level of amenties and facilities.

Very attractive property and room. The hotel is not in walking distance of town. That being said, there’s a very nice walking trail nearby. The dining room service and menu was terrible for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was very good. The spa treatment was ok. Price was good but it was not a deep tissue massage. Also,you have to pay an additional 30€ to use the spa facilities even if you have a treatment. This hotel is a nice choice if you rent a car or cab into town and then relax by the pool (freezing) in the afternoons.

Hotel de cinco estrellas con excelentes instalaciones. Personal un poco desinformado de algunas cuestiones. Hay dos cargadores para vehículos eléctricos pero sí un egoísta deja ahí su coche 2 días y no lo mueve el hotel no se responsabiliza.

Habitación amplia y muy cómoda, desayuno muy variado. Parking en las instalaciones.

Our stay was marvelous. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, our bartender (Oscar) was attentive and friendly, our room was beautiful and clean, and we would highly recommend this property for your stay in Toledo!

Está alejado del centro pero bien situado para ir a Puy du Fou (12 minutos en coche). Hall precioso. Habitación muy amplia y limpia aunque había moho en una esquina del techo del baño. Necesitan renovarse y actualizarse algunas cosas: la moqueta del pasillo es vieja, manchada y rota. Un enchufe roto colgando de una pared en el pasillo. Un cierre de la puerta roto en nuestra habitación (220). La ducha no tiene “teléfono” para ducharse, algo que consideramos imprescindible (la bañera sí lo tiene pero si lo utilizas, se moja todo porque no tiene cristal ni cortina. El parking es amplio y razonable de precio(11€/noche); el desayuno es de calidad pero caro (20€) y le faltan más máquinas de café (hay dos y se forman colas) o poner una jarra con café americano para los que les gusta. Los empleados muy correctos y serviciales. El precio de la habitación razonable. Volvería si volviera a Puy du Fou, que nos encantó, por cierto.

Estadia perfeita! Conforto, atendimento, limpeza. Super recomendado.

Es un hotel 5 estrellas pero el sistema de aire acondicionado no puede graduarse, el piso de la habitación tenía baches en la alfombra, las alfombras de la entrada a la habitación estaban muy sucias. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento. Muy costoso para la condición del hotel.

Bastantes aceptable pero deja mucho que desear la limpieza.

A few min drive to the old town, this property provided a nice break from the large number of tourists. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great parking available below ground and the breakfast buffet was delicious with great variety.

Nice hotel but the frontdesk / staff was very unresponsive. We had only one shower towel in the room for two and the A/C was not working. When we called the frontdesk, it took few mins for them to pick up the call and they said they will call us back in few mins and never called. We were so tired after the full day walking in the town that we dosed off into slept in a no so pleasant night.

El hotel más que de 5* yo le pondría 4 *. Las habitaciones están anticuadas y las toallas muy viejas para un 5*. La mampara se salía la goma y sucinta. Cogí dos habitaciones idénticas y no tenían nada que ver. Es un buen hotel que necesita un arreglo de habitaciones que son muy amplias las que yo cogí. A las 22:30 ya no puedes cenar nada a no ser que lo encargues con tiempo para la habitación porque después de las 22:30 ya no hay cocina. la piscina cerrada aun a mediados de Junio con el calor que hacía en Toledo. El trato muy agradable y el desayuno más que correcto. Es un buen hotel pero necesita bastantes cosas para ser un 5*

En general, todo muy bien, pero desde el día en que llegué no funcionaba el wifi, me gaste dinero para comprarme un cable de red y conectarme a la roseta de red que tenía en la habitación que sorprendentemente tampoco funcionaba, tenía que hacer un trabajo y para ello me tuve que desplazar hasta la parte de la recepción del hotel para poder tener conexión, sin tener la tranquilidad de mi habitación. Espero que en lo sucesivo pongan solución para que esto no se vuelva a repetir.

Fantastic hotel located just on the outskirts of the city. The size of the rooms is very nice, and the bed is perhaps the biggest bed I have ever slept in...

The location is a bit off the city center, but it’s completely not a problem for us . It’s got a quite spacious room, even with a terrace! So nice! The room got kettle, coffee and tea. Overall it’s perfect!

Una estancia estupenda. Siempre que puedo me alojo en este hotel cuando visito Toledo. El servicio fue impecable en todos los aspectos. Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con una calidez y amabilidad excepcionales. El trato del servicio de recepción fue amable y servicial, en particular Irene, quien me ofreció recomendaciones útiles durante mi estancia. También quiero destacar la profesionalidad y el buen servicio por parte de los camareros y camareras del salón. Las instalaciones del hotel son simplemente deslumbrantes. Mi habitación era espaciosa, elegante y cómoda, con todas las comodidades que podría desear. La limpieza y el mantenimiento de las áreas comunes y las habitaciones fueron impecables en todo momento. El restaurante del hotel también merece una mención especial, que tiene una gran variedad de platos excepcionales y de gran calidad. Sin duda mi sitio favorito de Toledo.

I had an excellent stay here at Palacio Buenavista. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Easy access to taxi and train. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel whenever visiting Toledo!

The front desk was not helpful trying to check in..i was very early 1030? After overnight flight..check in is at 3. I asked if we had a chance of early check in. First person said they would check with housekeeping. I asked if they would call and let me know. No answer. I then told them i would check back with them around 12. Checked back at 12 . "My" room was not ready. Since she said my room i asked her what my room number would be. She couldnt tell me because it could change. She said she would check with housekeeping. I asked if she could call me. No answer. I told her i would check back..130 checked back..not ready . I told her we would be sitting in the lobby/lounge area. She said she would come get me when room was available.. she never did. I checked at 305. Room was ready.. room turned out to be room for person with disabilities, shower is open to toilet. Waited for this? .there was not one person waiting to check in while we waited for 4 and a half hours.so they were either lying to me or didnt care. Either way terrible experience. I understand check in is at 3. Dont string me along like i have a chance of getting in early and keep telling me your checking with housekeeping. Just be honest and say sorry we cant get your room till 3 and even though i was extremely tired and i would have been disappointed, i would have went in to toledo for a few hours. Room was ok. Toilet was wet after shower. The only good service was from the two young men in the bar area.

The hotel in terms of its physical building, amenity, rooms, gym, views and location is all faultless. Also very good value for price paid. A genuine five star hotel for a very affordable price. With the notable exception of a nice lady called Carmella, Service in the bar and restaurant was just woeful. For both lunch and dinner it took ages to be served. We pacifically ignored for about 45 minutes. Was not hospitable. It was just plain rude. This is the aspect that should be improved. Overall, we were very happy with our stay but it was a shame that the easiest thing to do was the element that was lacking. Nonetheless, I would happily return again and pay for a better experience next time.

El hotel está a las afueras de la zona turística de Toledo pero no más de 10 minutos en taxi, tiene vistas muy lindas, el servicio muy bueno, el personal muy atento, el desayuno superó mis expectativas. Sin duda volverá y lo recomendaría

Lo amamos, este fue sin duda el mejor hotel de todo nuestro viaje, las habitaciones gigantes, impecables, limpieza. El hotel hermoso, el desayuno espectacular, uno puede relajarse, la alberca hermosa. Fuimos al espectáculo de Puy du Fou y nos quedó muy cómodo, siempre nos apoyaron, tenía estacionamiento fue maravilloso

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem renovierten Schloss. Große Zimmer, ruhige Lage. Frühstück und Abendessen fantastisch. Bei guter Kondition schafft man es ohne Schwierigkeiten bis ins Zentrum.

Waar alles super. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist viel zu weit entfernt, um zu Fuß vom Hotel dort hin zu kommen. Aber das ist auch wirklich der einzige Nachteil

Excellent court séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Seul regret est que l’établissement soit excentré par rapport à la ville et qu’on soit obligé de réserver des taxis.

Muy buena y espaciosa la habitación, muy buen trato del personal. Lo que estuvo flojo fué el desayuno en Caja que me dieron( hasta las 8 no abría el buffet) , fueron 20 euros por un sandwich , 2 bolllos y una manzana.

Beautiful property and very large, comfortable rooms. Great views and enjoyed walking in garden. The restaurant has very few choices and is sub-par compared to everything else about the hotel.
