The location was good. Very close to the food streets and local attractions. The hotel had a very loud renovation that bothered us during the whole stay. The hotel had not informed us about it. During the renovation it was impossible to stay at the pool or sleep.

the staff is friendly except for 1 staff at reception has body odour,need to improve. the room is comfy,nice bed. the location is nice,walking distance to great places 300-500m walking. the pool was scary,not well maintained & not suggest if u have children to play at the pool. overall i give rating 9/10 for the stay.

Roach infested. STAY AWAY. After seeing numerous roaches including one crawling inside the water kettle, we left the next morand the manager, Ray refused to refund the next 2 nights of our reservation. Also, the gym is currently located outside with no air conditioning and construction drilling starts in the morning. Worst ever!

The hotel is closely located to sights, overall staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from the GM to the pool staff. Pool was great, large enough for the hotel size. The room is comfortable, with a great bed. The only negative aspect is the noise on the street due to the many bars with loud music.

繁華街のど真ん中でとても便利ではありますが、車は停めづらい場所です。近くには24時間営業のコンビニがたくさんあり、lot10も近いので、買い物も便利です。アメニティは、歯ブラシ、石鹸などがありました。部屋の照明が暗いので、こちらが気になりました。 5階にプールと、ジムがあります。

Maintenance guy was great! Fixed my air conditioning and the shower drain. Nothing he could do about the slow WiFi and poor signal. Then they had electrical issues and all the elevators and escalators stopped working. Had to walk 15 flights of stairs to get back and forth to my room. Took a solid 24 hours to fix

I loved Kuala Lumpur and staying at this hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the staff friendly and polite, great location, excellent pool area. I was upgraded to the highest floor so I had brilliant views. It was my first time in the city, for a few days stop over before flying to New Zealand. I was here for 3 nights and 3 days but unfortunately I was unwell with jet lag, sick and headache which ruined my first day as I was in bed. I think you need 3 days minimum here to see the city. I will be back again. Loved it all!!

Hotel all good when you first arrive, prompt service when I stayed he had checked in 170 people already due to the bike racing that weekend. This may have lead to my problems with the hotel which are minor in the grand scheme of things. The lifts take ages there are many floors but you need to add a good five minutes to get out of the hotel, breakfast was not really worth paying extra. Good location although you need to run the gauntlet of massage offers!

The hotel situated in the heart of KL city. Just 3 min walk to Jalan Alor, 1 min walk to Bar street and 5 min walk to mrt station. The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to friends to choose this hotel.

Staff were courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No lift between reservation desk and M1, but bellhop was willing to help with my suitcase. Soundproofing is fairly good. Close to Jalan Alor. No hot water in shower...I did not report this until I left, so they did not have an opportunity to repair it. Plenty of hot water in sink. Air conditioning was effective but never switched off... just ran all night and was quite chilly in the morning.

清潔とは言い難いけど、立地が素晴らしいです。部屋によると思いますが、KLタワーが綺麗に見えました。ペトロナスツインはちょっと見えます。ただ騒がしい場所なので賑やかな場所が嫌いな人には辛いかもです。

If you value hospitality and common courtesy, dont stay here. If you like to be treated with respect, dont stay here. If you are brown, dont stay here. Housekeeping barely cleaned, just changed towels and replenished supplies. Bathrooms have pink mould, shelves and surfaces are dusty. Management wants payment upfront before they even listen to you. Had some type of issue every day. NEVER will me and my family stay here again.

Location is good with walking distance to Mrt and Pavilion. Average is considered good. Just a minus point during mid night there was a water leaking on top of the room, in front the toilet. This is totally unacceptable. Hope this to be improved to prevent from happening and spoilt customer's holidays mood.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel as a solo traveller. When I checked in, I was advised that I had been upgraded by the manager to a premium king size room on the top floor (18th floor). I had arrived early in the morning at around 09:30 and they let me check in and go to the room for a small charge which suited me after a long flight. The room itself was really good, the bed was comfy and all amenities were included. Thanks for a perfect stay, I felt that I was treated with luxury especially for the price I paid!

What I didn’t like was the service of the staff there. Some of them were very rude when you asked them to come and do something. It took them forever to do if there’s something broken down or something like that it took them forever to fix it. the fact that you gotta pay extra for cleaning is a joke and they don’t have phones to contact reception in the room. You have to go down to talk to reception. I thought that was a bit silly.

A bustling area filled with small shops and street vendors... In my opinion, it's not advisable to wander around at night with the family (it might not be safe).

The location was excellent and so was the price per night. As it was in the nightclub district, it was noisy in the wee hours of the morning but that is to be expected.

Location is good with walking distance to Mrt and Pavilion. Average is considered good. Just a minus point during mid night there was a water leaking on top of the room, in front the toilet. This is totally unacceptable. Hope this to be improved to prevent from happening and spoilt customer's holidays mood.

清潔とは言い難いけど、立地が素晴らしいです。部屋によると思いますが、KLタワーが綺麗に見えました。ペトロナスツインはちょっと見えます。ただ騒がしい場所なので賑やかな場所が嫌いな人には辛いかもです。

Good value for money and very close to the action. Central location to restaurants and bars. Can also walk to Pavilion or Low Yat. Would stay here again and bring ear plugs too.

Hotel all good when you first arrive, prompt service when I stayed he had checked in 170 people already due to the bike racing that weekend. This may have lead to my problems with the hotel which are minor in the grand scheme of things. The lifts take ages there are many floors but you need to add a good five minutes to get out of the hotel, breakfast was not really worth paying extra. Good location although you need to run the gauntlet of massage offers!

hôtel à qui il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit bien. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais pas cher non plus donc en regard du rapport qualité prix c'est différent. J'avais demandé à la réception à ce que ma chambre soit faite en mon absence, ce ne fut pas le cas alors vers 15h j'ai été voir la personne qui faisait le ménage qui a demandé de l'aide à un collègue et c'est sympa sauf qu'il a oublié les serviettes de bain. Check out compliqué, j'ai du attendre 30 minutes que ce soit vérifié et quand je me suis levé pour demander des nouvelles on m'a dit que je pouvais y aller. J'ai récupéré mes bagages qui étaient en attente mais après 30 minutes j'avais oublié que l'on m'avait donné un ticket (oups) ce qui m'a valu une soupe à la grimace du type qui les gérait, heureusement le jeune Raj qui était à l'entrée était lui sympathique et agréable. En résumé, hôtel qui pourrait être beaucoup mieux en changeant certaines choses et pourquoi pas payer plus cher en conséquence. Les réceptionnistes sont agréables, c'est à noter. .

excellent location, just 2 mins away from jalan alor food street. bars, restaurants and shops are few steps away. the room is clean but the towels are quite old and need replacement. gym and pool are small..

I stayed at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang from Monday to Wednesday and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s within walking distance of Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur.
