Comfort Inn Columbus near Fort Benning

Viaje 6 horas en avión y 1 de camino al hotel al llegar no cumplieron con mi reservación y la persona detrás del mostrador se burló de mí era la 1 de la mañana llevaba una niña pequeña y que te encuentres con esto es inaceptable y para colmo no me querían renbolsar lo pagado.

The staff were fantastic. The lady at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and friendly and the lady who runs breakfast in the morning makes you feel like you're at your grandma's house. She is lovely! The only reason we book this hotel was because of the indoor pool for our daughter. But when we arrived the door to the outside had had the glass broken out of it. We were there for 3 days. The glass was never cleaned up nor the door fixed nor the pool opened. That was very frustrating. The TV in our room did not work. We tried switching out the remote and that was not the problem but it was late at night so we just went to bed. The light switch in the bathroom was not set in flush and when we flipped it on the light sparked. We did not use that light again. The next morning I told the front desk about the TV and the light switch and they moved us to a different room which I appreciated. The rooms were clean as well as the bedding. However in the second room when we opened the pull out couch, the mattress had some pretty grotesque huge stains across most of it. It looked like faded dried blood that they tried to get out but couldn't so they flipped the mattress over to the wrong side. The 'gym' was subpar but better than nothing but no water source in the gym or easily accessible in the lobby area.

The front desk staff was so polite and addressed the room issue immediately! The staff that was present for breakfast treated my daughter like their own, they assisted her with preparing her waffles and spoke to every single person that entered like they have known them forever and welcome daily. The room was clean and fresh towels brought daily. The pool was clean and warm and utilized by multiple families! I would definitely stay again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!
