Great place. Clean. Quiet. Easy to use. Perfect location next to downtown restaurants and bars. And the restaurant in the building is great too, with great staff. Will definitely be back.

Cute modern studio accessed by code sent via email. Very clean and nice. Adjacent to the Blue Oyster Lounge and restaurant where we had a most excellent meal. Bed was uncomfortable.

The property was very nice, clean, beautiful view of lake Bemidji. Had fridge/freezer, coffee maker, on site restaurant /Pub, big walk in shower, large tv, leather couch, comfortable bed!! I didn’t get the email about how to check in, however I found it in my junk mail and then getting into my room was a breeze. Just a little annoying confusion to start out with.

Very nicely done. Rooms were remodled in an older bldg of which was very classy and well decorated! Room was very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Room was very clean and had plenty of linens when needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the access to the restaurant just steps away from room. Loved that a code was needed to enter the bldg at night and a code was needed to get to hallway to rooms at all times. Felt very secure. Enjoyed using the community room as well. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Pricing was good as well.

Overall great experience. We had a little trouble checking in because I didnt realize there was not a desk to check in at. They sent me a code via an email and I didnt read it closely. We have never stayed at a hotel where there was no "front desk" so I was lost at first but someone appeared and helped us figure it out Brittany I believe. Thank you! The room was lovely. Everything is clean and new. Very comfortable. The restaurant had good food and we could walk around downtown easily. We probably won't ever get to stay there again though...once people find out about this place they will be booked out for months in advance. The only improvement I can recommend is a darker shade as the street lamp shines in the room all night. Awesome hotel!!!

This hotel was such a fun experience. The room itself and overall facility were very clean. Staying so close to the lake and downtown Bemidji was also a treat. I will be returning here for any future stays!

It was a wonderful, self-service place in a great location. Clean, contemporary, and well maintained with several food and drink locations within easy walking distance. This will be on my list of places to stay when I visit Bemidji from here forward.

There was plenty to do. We were right around the corner from the Science center, which is a big hit with my granddaughter. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were there during Christmas so we had a great view of the lights at Paul Bunyan park

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The area looked a bit sketchy, but we went walking with no problems. The attached restaurant/bar was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.

The view of the Lake & room were beautiful. Located right in the downtown area & everything was in walking distance (shops & eateries). Definitely will be back to stay.

Overall great experience. We had a little trouble checking in because I didnt realize there was not a desk to check in at. They sent me a code via an email and I didnt read it closely. We have never stayed at a hotel where there was no "front desk" so I was lost at first but someone appeared and helped us figure it out Brittany I believe. Thank you! The room was lovely. Everything is clean and new. Very comfortable. The restaurant had good food and we could walk around downtown easily. We probably won't ever get to stay there again though...once people find out about this place they will be booked out for months in advance. The only improvement I can recommend is a darker shade as the street lamp shines in the room all night. Awesome hotel!!!

4th St Lofts are on the second floor of a building in downtown Bemidji, easily walkable to the cute downtown and lakefront park with Paul Bunyan and Babe. Our room was the Dalton, and it was very nice. It is an interior room so the only window faces another building. Brick walls, nice king bed, nice bath with shower, the sink is in the room which is nice. There is a frig and microwave. Very quiet and secure. There is a cute cafe on the same floor but outside of the lofts, convenient but not loud. Parking was right around the corner. Nice re-use of a historic downtown building.

The overhead event space is really loud during event and the also during early morning clean up. We found a silverfish on the bedspread. Location, however, is prime 👍
