Overall nice experience , staff was very very helpful and polite , yes but need to mention one very imp thing , I was staying on the 4 th floor and the next door occupants was really loud and partying at around 2 in the morning , it woke me up , I think the hotel needs to really look into that , there was a group and they create making a lot of noise

Have stayed at many of the Taj properties and experienced very high standard service. This property doesn’t live up to a Taj standard. Totally disappointed with the food offerings and limited amenities. No luxury feel no pampering. Other than the view nothing worked for me. They need to get their game up.

Rooms are overpriced for what is on offer considering there are other hotels such as Hyatt Centric, Hyatt resort & spa, Fairfield by Marriott which offer better facilities for lesser price. Gym is not upto standard expected. Food quality is poor for a Taj Hotel. Toilet smelt of sewage which needed rectifying. Toilet size is quite small and was not cleaned to standard expected.
