This is a lovely hotel with beautiful, large, classy rooms that have a bit of a colonial feel, and the property has several extra benefits with two pools and spa facilities, We loved the location slightly outside of the very crowded historic center, making our stay move quiet and less chaotic. Bed was very comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping is exceptionally professional. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make this truly a 5 star stay. Most notably, the hotel plays constant music throughout the hotel starting early in the morning (around 7am) that completely disrupts the tranquility of the place. You hear it at the pool, sitting outside for a meal, and even in your rooms and it's mostly like 80s disco and rock, completely out of place for the atmosphere of the hotel. It's so unnecessary and annoying. The second area that doesn't meet the potential of the hotel is the food. We ate at the restaurant twice and had room service once and in all three occasions it was gouts poor quality, especially for the prices they charged

Una estancia muy placentera, el hotel está como para no salir de ahí, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el área de spa, con su alberca climatizada, sauna, vapor, jacuzzi fue lo mejor. Lo único es que les recomiendo elegir los cuartos de arriba ya que nos tocó en el piso 1 y se escucha mucho ruido en la noche y muy tempranito ya que está pegado al restaurant. Igual un mantenimiento a los baños ya que emiten ruidos raros y en el área de spa tiene un olor feo.

Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely.

El hotel está muy bien equipado, las habitaciones son muy grandes, la propiedad es colonial elegante, el personal amable y eficiente. Únicamente hay que fijar las cabeceras, porque si te recargas pegan contra la pared y hacen ruido. El tic tac del reloj también puede ser un inconveniente para dormir si se es medio propenso al insomnio. Se puede caminar al centro, aunque no está en el centro.
El hotel está muy bien equipado, las habitaciones son muy grandes, la propiedad es colonial elegante, el personal amable y eficiente. We loved this stunning place and would like to come back soon. Breakfasts were superb, (coffee so so). We ate dinner one night and it was disappointing. Rooms are quiet, roomy and comfortable. Most require 2-4 flights of stairs which enables views of the historic buildings and mountains in the distance . Staff was outstanding at every level. Spa was enjoyable with first rate massage therapists on the team.

Fascinante hotel, instalaciones de primera. Nos dieron una habitación Suite de gran tamaño, excelente baño y con articulos perfectos. El unico detalle es la atención al cliente, problemas de cuenta basicos, y repetidamente los meseros mencionan cosas inadecuadas.

El hotel está divino, súper lujoso y todo impecable. Creo que tienen poco personal en el restaurante porque el room service y el servicio a la alberca fue bastante tardado. Por lo demás todo el personal muy amable.

Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful, large, classy rooms that have a bit of a colonial feel, and the property has several extra benefits with two pools and spa facilities, We loved the location slightly outside of the very crowded historic center, making our stay move quiet and less chaotic. Bed was very comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping is exceptionally professional. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make this truly a 5 star stay. Most notably, the hotel plays constant music throughout the hotel starting early in the morning (around 7am) that completely disrupts the tranquility of the place. You hear it at the pool, sitting outside for a meal, and even in your rooms and it's mostly like 80s disco and rock, completely out of place for the atmosphere of the hotel. It's so unnecessary and annoying. The second area that doesn't meet the potential of the hotel is the food. We ate at the restaurant twice and had room service once and in all three occasions it was gouts poor quality, especially for the prices they charged

El hotel está muy bien equipado, las habitaciones son muy grandes, la propiedad es colonial elegante, el personal amable y eficiente. Únicamente hay que fijar las cabeceras, porque si te recargas pegan contra la pared y hacen ruido. We loved this stunning place and would like to come back soon. Breakfasts were superb, (coffee so so). We ate dinner one night and it was disappointing. Rooms are quiet, roomy and comfortable. Most require 2-4 flights of stairs which enables views of the historic buildings and mountains in the distance . Staff was outstanding at every level. Spa was enjoyable with first rate massage therapists on the team.

Excellent service and amazing experience overall. Loved our room and amenities there are great. I took the family for a business trip with me and we had a very pleasant stay. Food is delicious at Teresita! I recommend breakfast and dinner.

This was possibly the best vacation stay I’ve ever had! The owners have clearly put love and care and meticulous intentionality behind every detail of the property which is simply a visual feast! Our room, which was the Barbara was spacious overlooked the pool. Everyone who worked there was friendly and kind. One Young man in particular stood out. His name was Elihu and we saw him every morning as he served us the most delicious breakfast of fruit and Chilaquiles with eggs and yogurt and granola and coffee and orange juice. It was heavenly and he was phenomenal. He also brought us a bottle of wine as we sat by the pool one morning. I cannot recommend this property more highly! And the next time I’m coming back. I’m renting the presidential suite! Thank you to the owners and management for making such a heaven on earth a real reality for travelers!
