Brilliantly located for the Porta Susa station, some areas of the hotel slightly dated/worn (carpets on stairs) but a much better than functional base for our couple days in the city. Very effective double glazing meant we could either listen to the city hubbub or block it out (to aid sleep). Good range of breakfast items.

Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff. Only downside was one set of stairs for exit was blocked off for repair/construction. Hopefully this project will be completed soon and access to the next floor by stair will be usable again. Public transportation is close by. Parking in public garage was about 700 meters away and reasonable.

Buona la posizione: a pochi metri da Porta Susa (parcheggio, treni, metro, bus) ma fuori dalla ZTL, sotto i portici che con una piacevole camminata portano in pieno centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per il periodo. Piccolo difetto il condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso ma per il resto una insonorizzazione eccellente ( pur stando su uno snodo importante i rumori si percepiscono appena )

La camera bella, pulita, essenziale. La posizione: il centro raggiungibile a piedi. Una colazione ottima. Uno staff gentile. Sono delusa dal fatto che non mi abbiano dato la possibilità di custodire la bici durante il soggiorno e che mio marito ha dovuto smontare e metterla nell'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento. Non mi è piaciuta neanche la moquette macchiata nel corridoio.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß mit bequemen Betten und großem Bad. Der Fernseher könnte ein wenig größer sein, aber wer kommt schon zum Fernsehen nach Turin... Das Frühstück ist gut. Und in der Nähe befinden sich Cafés, Bars und diverse Parkgaragen (auch für Autos über 2 Meter Höhe). Die meisten Hot-Spots der Stadt kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!

Very clean, decent bed and great shower with strong pressure and hot water. Decent breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food, cereal and yogurt. They will also make Capuchino's etc. if you ask in addition to drip coffee and an espresso machine. Close walk to the city center and less than 5 minutes to the Metro/Train station. Rooms are simple and plain as expected with a 3-star hotel. Also, a bit noisy from street noise and thin walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and its hard to critique for the price.

Wir haben fünf Nächte gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Einzelzimmer waren zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Alles war picobello sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen, wg. Flugausfällen und Umbuchungen erst um Mitternacht an. Kein Problem. Wir mussten bereits frühmorgens abreisen und bekamen die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken. Außerdem liegt das Hotel ideal zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und selbst zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen.

Siamo andati a Torino per vedere la partita della Juventus. Di solito alloggiamo in strutture non sotto i 4 stelle, infatti ero un po’ scettico per questo che era tre stelle, invece mi sono ricreduto. Pulizia meravigliosa, personale educato e disponibile, lenzuola e camera secondo me da 5 stelle . Sicuramente la prossima volta verremo in questo hotel ad occhi chiusi . Consigliatissimo

The only problem we had with the hotel was the noise, it is a convenient walk from the train station, and on the main tram line which was very noisey throughout the night. The room was too hot to leave the windows closed and the air conditioning was not working this time of year, so we had not choice but to open the windows. Everything else about this hotel was great.

The room was nice though a bit too noisy for my taste (tramway's noise) The only complain I have is related to the quality of the mattress. In my opinion the hotel should invest in a thicker more comfortable mattress.

They don’t allow early check in at all. Not even 10 mins early! Very strange practice as I have checked in many hotels up to 4 hours before and have never had an issue like this. The WiFi kept dropping and won’t connect which was a big inconvenience too. The rooms are very basic, and not very modern. The breakfast is very good. A good 15 min walk to the centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a handy supermarket located in the street. Very easy to reach hotel by the airport Bus.

Reception staff are great. Really nice and friendly - speak a load of languages. Rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Second time staying at this hotel - on way from Paris to holiday in Tuscany. Location close to Porta Susa perfect for us. Loads of good places to eat (some great places to eat - check out Raffaleo, Via Piave 5/M, angolo via del Carmine, 10122, Torino) and drink within short walk.

Le personnel de l accueil, jeune,motivé et francophone est toujours partant pour nous venir en aide.Il nous a proposé un petit déjeuner " express" avant l heure en raison de notre depart matinal,en train. La proximite de la gare, à 5 minutes,est tres appreciable pour prendre le train pour Paris le matin à 7h30. Notre chambre très vaste et tres calme et la grande propreté lieux et la literie confortable sont a souligner. Nous y reviendrons sans hesitation.

This property is a bit bit of a distance from the main sites, yet is Conveniently close to Metro stop XVIII Diciembre and a major bus stop. Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and secure, and they serve a great breakfast with tasty coffee and a variety of food. There are also multiple restaurants in walking distance and just a couple of blocks over, a large outdoor market. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Turin.

Great base for a one night stay between train into/from Porta Susa station. Not at all fancy, but a good comfortable bed for the night, decent shower and absolutely fine varied breakfast included in our room rate. Very helpful to have bags stored for us at the hotel the day we were leaving, so that we could explore fascinating Turin until our lunchtime train. Our second visit to this hotel.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Algo particular que planteamos es que por la noche bajan o apagan la calefacción.Nos dijeron que lo debían hacer por una norma de Turín. El desayuno,si bien cumple con las expectativas resulta repetitivo ya que están siempre las mismas cosas. En una oportunidad se había acabado el fiambre, siendo las 9,20 y una señorita nos dijo de muy mal manera que ya no habia haciendo comentarios inoportunos.Ante nuestro asombro,apareció el fiambre.

Bodde två nätter i samband med en kombinerad fotbolls- och cityresa. Hotellet har nära till tunnelbana, ca 100 m, och ett par hundra meter in till centrala Turin. Mycket lyhört hotell, man hörde när grannarna spolade. För lite personal vid frukosten, knappt inga lediga bord och ej avplockat disk på borden. Mycket av frukosten var slut, när de fick in nytt, så försvann det med en gång. De hade behövt vara minst en till frukosten. Ganska begränsat utbud av frukost. Vårt rum var väldigt varmt, AC:n gick inte sätta på, så det blev till att öppna fönsterna. Hotellets läge är mycket bra, hotellet funkar bra om man bara ska sova en natt eller två, men rekomenderas inte om man har en längre vistelse. Turin är för övrigt en mycket trevlig stad att besöka, betydligt bättre än Milano.

Hotellet var fint og beliggenheden OK. 10-15 min. gang til slotspladsen. Morgenmaden var dog kaotisk og buffeten løb ofte tør for de forskellige ting, der var en del af udvalget. Rengøringsstandarden var helt i top.

It was a good experience as central location of Turin. Disappointing the orange juice: we were expecting a fresh one since italy is an orange producer. Staff very courteous and accommodating.
