We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. Location wise, although the hotel is on a busy pedestrian street we did not have any noise issues. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop, the views are stunning! Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Location, breakfast, staff that we saw in person were all great. The room was unique but beautiful and appeared newly renovated. Our only complaints were with the automated check in process to get the room key. And once that was resolved the key didn’t work the next day. There are some kinks to work out but it is a nice place in a great location. The young woman who served breakfast was extremely nice and friendly.

Overall a really good experience, a real bed and breakfast, upsetting there was no assistance on our last night, only via WhatsApp and they failed to respond after multiple queries.
