Simple but nice and clean facility. I felt safe there. Free parking. No pool. Very limited breakfast options. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Toiletrries were limited but higher end. Surrounding area was not the most walkable but there were a number of restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Great value for the money. They were doing renovations while I was staying there in one wing of the hallway, but the completed reno's did look very nice. My only main complaint is that there's no elevator, but other than that - great hotel!

It was Comfort Inn, renovated and renamed as Hilton. New towels, everything looks new. If your room is on 2/F, you have to carry your luggage by yourself as there’s no elevator.

The hotel is simple, very clean, comfortable beds, and basic breakfast. It would be great for sports teams as the breakfast lobby is big and walkout rooms are super handy. It does not have any amenities but for location and price I thought this was a great little place. I would stay again. For what it was, no complaints. Location is also good.

This was a great place to stay 10 min walk to Go Train or Via Super clean, nicely renovated The patio door to our vehicle was a big bonus, easy unloading only on 1 side I believe so ask for it.

Good afternoon Expedia I am absolutely appalled by my experiences this disgusting hotel. I brought my girlfriend here for a weekend get away, so we can enjoy time alone. I’m quite sure that hotels need to go through cleanliness checks and I guarantee this hotel has not because it would have FAILED. My girlfriend and I have been experiencing itchy bumps all over our bodies and have had to be prescribed antibiotic cream to help with the bumps and itchiness. I am absolutely astonished on how this place is still open. Our beds were infested with bed bug and we did not realize until further investigation of taking the sheets off. I would love to say I enjoyed my weekend but it would be a lie. I will be calling the heath department to inform them on this situation. I am distrusted and would like a refund for my stay in this hell hole. If I could remove this hotel from my memory I would. Absolutely repulsive.

I have no complaints. Staff for both check in and check out were very pleasant. Room was clean and the bed comfortable The included contintal breakfast is perfect. The food and drinks available are fresh and the area is kept very clean.

When I checked in I had to sign a non smoking form, however the room did smell like stale smoke. We just stayed one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. But realistically it should not have any odors at all.

BED BUGS and apparently this property is being changed over to a Hilton … honestly goal they get new management as the current person in charge is not the right fit for that role I’ve read several reviews regarding the outbreak of bed bugs and unfortunately I had a room with a some on October 1st and the hotel didn’t even apologize or follow back up I booked through Expedia I even had them follow up with the hotel and management never even got back to us or awknowleged the issue I called again today to speak to management and was to stop talking and call back when management was in Whoever the ignorant lady on the phone was should maybe get some training on customer service ans how To communicate with guests. Im hoping they take the proper steps to cleaning these rooms as I go through the handful of reviews I see this problem as gone off for the last two weeks and it’s needs to be rectified. Thanks for denying my refund due to your inability to addressing the bed bug infestation … with health department being aware of the issue - I hope the manager will have this under control and maybe consider that doesn’t require any sort of customer service.

I had been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years and this is the first time I got bedbugs. It was the worst experience of my life. I was only staying one night before I left the next day for my holiday. I was sleeping for a total of 2 hours before I was woken up by extreme itching, welts started showing up. I took my flashlight and found them under my pillow. I went to the front desk at 2:00 am and they gave me another room but left everything in the other room. Because of everything that had happened needless to say I would not go into the bed. I sat in the desk chair for a few hours then went and sat in the front lobby while I had to wait until Manager showed up at 9:00 am because nobody was allowed to say what they could do for me. Manager came in at 9:00 and agreed to put all my clothes through the dryer. I told them I did not feel safe enough to keep my new luggage for I was afraid they could be in there and I would transfer them to my next place. He only offered to comp my one night stay and not do anything about the luggage. I asked if they did bed bug prevention treatment and he said we clean the rooms but not spray for bed bugs. This definitely has put me off of going to this hotel ever again.

Overall the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff friendly, unfortunately the breakfast which started at 6 didn’t supply hot food until 7 and even though the hotel wasn’t busy, you can clearly hear people talking in the hallways, needs better sound proofing.

The room had been recently updated with new furniture, flooring, bathroom fixtures, and was very clean. The hotel staff gets 5 stars as I mistakenly left a toiletries bag behind and didn't realize it for 3 days. When I called the hotel it had been identified as left behind in the room after my stay and was held until the following week when I could pick it up. The only draw back was the noisy air conditioner.....unfortuately it had not been replaces with the recent renovations.

I put down a $250.00 deposit which I was promised back on check. The staff at the desk told me and another customer that they react the limit on refunds for the day, in speaking with the manager there was no solution… can gone back tomorrow? Sorry we don’t have cash? It’s was so frustrating! I was able to tap mine pack on my card after 20 mins of back and forth. The oter customer was very upset she needed that $250 dollars for the remainder of her weekend. I’m not sure what happened I don’t understand why we weren’t able to get a refund of our own money. So disappointing and stressful! I won’t be staying with u again! Staff tried to handle no support for her from management!

As she was trying to fix the problem, and as a line started to form behind me, she kept saying she needed to talk to her manager to check me in, but fortunately she gave me a room key so my son and I could rest in our room. Later in the evening she told me she discussed the check in issue with her manager and it was just her inexperience with the check-in system that was the issue. The cons of the hotel were: (i) too expensive for a very average hotel/motel without a pool; (ii) breakfast was very limited to bagels, bread and waffles you had to make yourself; (iii) the coffee dispenser was not preset to the cups on hand so we ended up with overflowing cups; and (iv) the nearest strip mall with dining options was a 7-minute drive away. I won't be staying in this hotel/motel again.

The great staff was a definite plus. Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. However I have to say the morning staff was primo. They greet and assist . The young woman watching over the breakfast area was so upbeat and friendly no one could have had a bad day there. Desk personnel were so polite and helpful . I am a walker user and the staff consistently opened doors and asked if we needed anything. Will stay there again. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel especially knowing what the pre-renovated hotel looked like. Large, clean room with comfortable bed. It is close to the highway and also the GO train if you are travelling into the city. The breakfast area was large and well set up. However the breakfast selection is limited. There are no restaurants in walking distance and it is about a 10 minute drive to the nearest location. In general it is excellent value for the money. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay 10 min walk to Go Train or Via Super clean, nicely renovated The patio door to our vehicle was a big bonus, easy unloading only on 1 side I believe so ask for it.

Industrial area not close to amenities i.e. restaurants, shopping, convenience stores. Initial room was not made up when we entered. Had to get another room. 20 minutes to nearest food.

Overall the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff friendly, unfortunately the breakfast which started at 6 didn’t supply hot food until 7 and even though the hotel wasn’t busy, you can clearly hear people talking in the hallways, needs better sound proofing.

Everything was great except the morning breakfast and not that it mattered to me, but I’m sure the gentleman that got up at six in the morning and nothing was ready and all they had was a muffin. We’re a little upset.

There was a hockey team that was partying next to our room keeping us up a good part of the night. Also breakfast is horrible considering the price. No hot meals, even the oatmeal is packaged needing to cook it with boiled water in paper bowls.

Check in was easy, room was bright/modern/clean and staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was basic with minimal options..but enough to get us started for the day. Enjoyed the convenience of the water bottle filing station in the front lobby and plenty of parking.

I have no complaints. Staff for both check in and check out were very pleasant. Room was clean and the bed comfortable The included contintal breakfast is perfect. The food and drinks available are fresh and the area is kept very clean.

The breakfast choices were lame. Just cold cereal, toast, waffles, no yogurt or hot food. The coffee was good. Transportation from here was good. Close to the GoTrain, the shopping centers.

Hotel seems like they are really trying to monetize early check in. We had to wait in the the lobby for 30 minutes until 2:50pm on a Tuesday afternoon after being asked if we arranged an early check-in (which they charge $40 for). Check-in is at 3pm, so in fairness to them, they did get us in by 3pm. Room had a distinct not great odour (like gym shoes) and beds were super noisy and squeaky with any movement. Luckily we only stayed one night. Breakfast staff was pleasant and food is what you would expect from a hotel buffet.

Stayed two nights. The first night we were next to an electrical room that was intermittently loud. We asked if another room was available and we were accommodated immediately. The hotel was very clean and you could see the staff cleaning and working. Breakfast was good, coffee was quite good and always available.

The room was wonderful, and the convenient slider to the parking lot from our room made for ease of moving luggage to the car. Breakfast was good - both for the basics and a quick hot meal. The cleanliness stuck out for me and I was very happy with our stay.

I was told I would be charged 283 for my room. I was not, I was charged 322 dollars! The receipt then shows I should have been charged 309? All these numbers make no sense when I booked online I was shown a price of 285… your receipt is no help and you’re charging me random numbers that make no sense to what I should be paying. For a mediocre hotel with no elevator that’s crazy. I checked out at 11:05 and it shows 1:05 on my receipt. The breakfast was not great, and my room was not cleaned or even refilled on towels at all in the 2 nights I was there… I ran out of towel. Do better.
